My coworker got me turned onto their breakfast burritos! They have a few burritos to choose from but they call them wraps. The loaded breakfast wrap is just hashbrowns, egg, bacon and cheese. I want to try one with avocado next time. The ordering process is so easy online or call in. They deliver for a $4 to our office building which is so nice. Has been a few years since we ate at Nick's. I happened to have an early morning MRI scheduled and afterward we re-visited Nick's. They had re-done the interior. It was clean, neat, nicely done and very clean. A long narrow eating area has tables and booths along each side. The front entrance is more open and has one large table and access to the cashier. Joan was our waitress and she is the lone waitress covering all of the tables. She was so busy, but she is fully competent to take care of everything. Kudos to you, Joan. Menus are changed daily and posted on the wall for each seating area. Pretty much the standard American breakfast and lunch offerings; however, they have a good number of Greek specialties. Portions were good and they did not skimp on omelette fillings. Prices reasonable. Open for lunch and breakfast, so if you are in the Southpark Mall area, go across Fairview for a nice meal and experience. read more

Nick's is a great lunch spot for those of you who work in the South Park area. It is tucked away inside of an office building. The vibe inside is a no-frills diner and I love it. I got the gyro lunch special to-go, which includes soup and one side. The chicken rice soup was AWESOME! Gyro was great as well in terms of the pita and meat. I was super disappointed to see that they don't put tzatziki sauce on their gyros! I want some tzatziki in my life. Veggies are canned. Can't beat the price for a lunch! I always drove by this place and told myself I had to try it out and then promptly forgot all about it as it is hidden in the middle of office buildings, but I'm glad I finally had a chance to dine in! I was very pleased with the home cooked feel of the food and friendly service. I got the house special- grilled shrimp and chicken over rice with two sides. I chose the buttered squash, which was really delicious, and the cole slaw, which is mayo based and finely chopped. The entree was amazing~ with loads of grilled veggies (onion, bell pepper, mushroom, tomato) and also came with a complimentary cornbread muffin. Great place for a quick lunch! read more

I've been eating at Nick's for decades, literally since the early 90s. I met Nick Gallis by happenstance ages ago and always enjoyed talking to him, before he moved his restaurant to Southpark. Living nearby I started going there, mostly for great breakfasts, but on occasion for lunch. I wish they were open Saturdays, but I know the hours required to operate a restaurant can be grueling for a small staff. Nick's Cafe has awesome food, a Superwoman in a waitress, named Joan, who has been there forever, a great family atmosphere, good meat and 2, or 3...great Greek items...what you're looking for when you want very good food without breaking out a ton of cash. Today Nick's has a new owner, Teddy, and he's tweaked the menu a bit, did a little remodeling, and Nick's is as good as ever. I miss seeing Nick and his lovely bride, Christine, but they still come around, and I know they're still very proud of the great little...but a bit challenging to find...dining establishment. Nick's is a bit like the old potato chip ad...(no one can eat just one) in that no one will only eat there once. Nick's Café is a family ran business located on the first floor of a business center. I've had their food several times over the course of years I worked near them. It's nothing special but decent food. It has gotten pricey over the years . I really like their green beans. I believe they are Greek style but they are delicious. Nick's have a lot of regulars from business professionals who work in the building to older couples who seemed to come several times a week . I've tried their salad with chicken and it's huge. I used to get their $5 breakfast special which came with ham, cheese and egg on a pita with fried potatoes. I don't believe it's $5 anymore but I like their fried potatoes. It's not food I'll make a special trip for. Just convenience and I enjoy talking to Nick . He's not in as much anymore . His wife is nice too . I believe their son and daughter in-law is running the restaurant on a more consistent bases. Sometimes the grandkids are there helping out on the register , very nice young ladies. read more

You know, Nick's is one of those sleeper restaurants that always comes in handy in a pinch. You may not be in the market for a 3, 4, or 5-star meal, but it's always there. Warm plates of comforts foods, friendly service, tons of regulars, and the same decor for the past 20 years, most likely. Located in one of the office buildings, this spot is your typical "Meat and 3" type of joint. I'm pretty standard with the marinated chicken over rice, greens, and usually another veg. Is it amazing? No, but it's just right. Kind of like something you'd had for a family gathering that has plenty of love put into it. Always filling and affordable, too. As a sidenote, I've had the vegetable soup a few times and it is truly incredible. You typically don't think much of it in other cases, but do yourself a favor and try Nick's. Truly delectable. It's the typical cafe where you pay at the counter. Some old candy rests within the glass case that hasn't been touched for year and a cool old cash register rest atop. This is the kind of place that brings back memories of diners I would go to as a kid with my grandparents. Old cushy seats, patterned carpet, and odd, hotel-esque art on the walls. Ha! This is a diner style setting and if it has been around long enough based on reputation there is probably a lot more on the menu to try. I went with the classic burger, cole slaw, fries and a side of Okra. Food is up to par but nothing to brag about. I'd go again if it was convenient or friends were going. You're going to pay $8-$15 for a lunch. I'm not sure how I miss reviewing this place! They have the best beef stroganoff! The beef is so tender and the noodles are so buttery. It just melts in your mouth! :) It is only served on Mondays!
