Just left your M.I. Florida location,ALL was awesome, so stopped in Rock City, No Bueno ! Ordered over medium eggs, got fried. Husband ordered the same and got eggs uncooked. Watched girl bussing table by wiping all the table food onto the seats. She looked at it and walked away. Also slid the bussing tray off the seat and it was covered with water. read more

We returned to try other items on the menu... I ordered the Tri-Fecta, with Blueberry Pancake, Chicken Sausage & Scrambled Eggs...and my husband ordered Florentine Eggs Benedict. My husband seemed a bit underwhelmed with his Benedict (especially since the last one he had was at Snooze A.M. in Charlotte (a Masterpiece version!), but I was happy with my meal. I've always liked their generous, buttery Blueberry Pancake...and especially enjoyed trying their tasty Chicken Sausage Patties (my first time trying a chicken sausage)! The place could use a bit more color, but overall, I like the comfy ambiance...and good overhead playing too (Maroon 5!). So glad Rock Hill has this...as it's in dire need of good breakfast joints. We felt like we were an inconvenience. Took a while before we could even order and the whole time until the end the server barely made any kind of effort to be remotely friendly. The grits were soup. Not sure how they do it here but grits are easy and take more effort to ruin. The sandwich my wife ordered was cold. And the potatoes salty. read more

We came in on a Sunday before our tournament. At 11am it was pretty busy. There were only 2 of us so we were able to catch seating at the bar area. Our waitress greeted almost immediately, took our drinks & our food order. Always be ready in a busy place! The 1st time I have had the Floridan French Toast, WOW! I absolutely recommend it 100%! The Berry Booster drink also tasted nice & refreshing. Everything was pretty good with a good experience. The staff was all super friendly & our waitress was top notch! Food was edible. It didn't really have any special flavors or spices, just sort of blaa. My husband's eggs were not served "over easy" as he had ordered & when replaced , they were still overcooked. Our waitress was friendly, however she had to be prompted to come over to our table to see what we needed if anything. The ambiance was amazing! Loved the decor and overall atmosphere. The mediocre food didn't fit the ambiance at all. I went to the restroom and there were paper towels all over the floor and an empty toilet paper roll. read more

I'm visiting my rapidly growing hometown and decided to try First Watch in Rock Hill. The biscuit with turkey gravy was delicious--the perfect comfort pairing for a late-morning meal. I enjoyed it with fresh coffee and a glass of water to boot. The ambiance was amazing, bright and welcoming, making it easy to relax and enjoy the meal. I went in to have a late brunch at 1:15 on a Saturday. There were 3 other tables with groups of 4 or fewer people, so not crowded or busy. The waitress did a good job initially, but never came to ask how the food was. It's probably a good thing, because I was trying to decide if I should send my omelet back or just choke it down because I was really humgey. The eggs were so overdone they were literally CERUNCHY! I've never had to cut an omelet with a knife, but I did with this one. The toast, on the other hand, wasn't very toasted. And it was one measly piece of bread. The fruit cup was tiny--3 grapes, a few blueberries and 3 pieces of pineapple. Overall, VERY disappointed and will not be back. I don't recommend it at all. read more

Got in around noon on a Saturday it wasn't too busy. A hostess held open the door for us and we got seated immediately at a table for 2. Michaela, our server, was nice and brought our food out in a timely manner. The interior is nice and clean and so were the bathrooms. There's about 4 I think and they're all gender neutral single rooms. Our food was good about usual for a breakfast place although our potatoes could've been cooked a little longer and it had a smokey aroma but it wasn't a problem. We ate all our food without any food to go. Coffee was $3.99. $7.49 for a singular carrot cake pancake and $13 for the farmhouse hash. A bit pricey for one pancake but it was tasty. Nice little addition for Cherry Rd. I can see it doing very well here. read more

When the server finally came and brought some water, took our order, and then she disappeared. We never did get our drinks or food. After waiting over an hour total, with the server not returning even once, we left..... as did the table beside us for the same reason. Place still in start up and iron out Mode. Took too long for waitress to greet and bring coffee, even though you could see wait staff chatting it up and on cell phones in bull pen. Food was warm at best when served. link sausages were not cooked thru to center. Belgium waffle was good. eggs were over well but cooked on such high heat the whites were 'burnt' And 'seared'. Don't mind high priced breakfast but only when service is prompt and food is better quality than Waffle house. Had better experience in the Oviedo, Fl franchise. Not worth $20/person. Our server Hailey was an absolute gem, gave us suggestions, and was super attentive. One person in our party had Million Dollar Bacon and it was devoured before pictures could be taken! The seasoned potatoes will change your life, and the portion size of The Works Omellette will create leftovers for later. Ohhhh....The Purple Haze drink/juice was not only beautiful to look at but really good. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, making it well worth the visit. Visited for my stepdads bday brunch and it was amazing! The service was spectacular and all of the staff were willing to help. The restaurant was very busy but the staff managed like a well conducted orchestra. The atmosphere was welcoming and I highly recommend the lemon ricotta pancakes!
