This Chili's location has gotten much better since we first went there. Good food, drinks and service.

Was pressed for time so hit up Chili's for a quick bite. Went with the pick 3. For those 3, went with the burger bites, fried cheese and the chicken crispers. The burger bites were not that bad. The fried cheese is what it is..fried cheese but also not bad. The chicken crispers were just warm so they must've been under a light so they were not good. Service was the star of the show. It was excellent. Checked on often, drink refilled etc.. So not an awful experience but not fantastic either. Service fantastic, most food was just ok and chicken was a fail. read more

Quite a surprise to happen into Chili's on Veteran's Day. Am a veteran, but just did not register on me that it was our day. Restaurant was very crowded, a good clue that something good was going on. And mostly men and men with women or families...and the men all were wearing veteran baseball caps. I did not have a hat, but I told the waitress that I was a veteran, so that was OK. We each had the soup and house salad ($10.49 each) with iced tea ($3.29 each) and treated ourselves to a amazingly richly wonderful dessert Chocolate Molten Cake ($10.29). We don't regularly eat dessert, so this one went over REALLY well for us. Yum-a-liscious. When presented the bill, both of our salad dishes were complementary! I had lunch at Chilis yesterday in Indian Lunch and they had been slammed. The manager was working with the To Go orders and Travis was busing all the tables as well as hosting and J was our server. It is hard to see anyone working today in the food service industry or otherwise with as much heart as the three of these individuals. I was so impressed with the food as well as the service and cannot recommend them highly enough. You won't be disappointed. read more

The hostess (Kiera) was extremely rude. I thought it was just a bad day and moved on. Giving grace is what I chose. I went back a different day and was glared at and given dirty looks by Kiera again. Then the food came and my steak had what looked like spit on it. I chose not to eat it. The waiter never checked on me and I ended up paying and leaving. I got home and my daughter and I both started to throw up. Come to your own conclusion but I'm pretty sure they intentionally made us sick. We won't be back. read more

A franchise - I know... but I was pleasantly surprised at the taste, portion and service. Prices extremely reasonable.

Food was terrible. My cheeseburger was black, when I asked them to bring me a new one they charged me for both. When I caught it on my receipt I went back inside to ask for a refund for the meal they charged me twice for. The girl took my receipt and said they would give me a partial credit later that evening. I never received any credit. Also, my mothers Crispy Chicken Sandwich had breading so thick that it was only crispy on the outside and had so much slimy goo that wasn't cooked under the crispy outer part that the breading slid off the meat. read more

4 of us went to Chili's for lunch as I saw on TV that they have reinvented themselves since a new CEO. I love the concept of a Tex-Mex-American menu. The meals were served attractively, but speaking to 3 of our dining parties, all said, very salty. There was also a server who kept pushing his hair back with his hands....a definite turn off. It looks like the establishment may be struggling as there were uncleared tables, limited clientele, slow service. Our server who was a very nice professional was good. read more

Wish I looked at Yelp reviews before we went in. Our waitress came over to us to take our order 3 times in 5 minutes after we asked for a few minutes. The cheese bites were a good start, but that's the reason for one star. The salad was ordered with no tomato, came out with tomato and the waitress said she had to fight with the kitchen to get another when she brought it out half way through our entrees. The ribeye ordered medium was way over cooked to charred, the brisket burger needed lots off BBQ sauce to get the dry down and both the loaded mashed potatoes and mac & cheese were covered in so many scallions all you saw was green on top. Two more years passed since we ate here and it was disappointing again today. I did curbside but after the pickup time was passed I ended up going in where not a soul intended on ever bringing out my food. Tea had a bunch of flavored syrup at the bottom instead of mixed in, food was COLD. The chicken tenders were miniscule and full of gristle and red veins. The salad had 6 pieces of lettuce and a literal pinch of cheese. The dressing cup was 1/4 full. This trio was a disaster and I can confidently say we will not be back. $50 for three inedible meals is disappointing. read more

Can't remember my last Chili's experience, it's been years, I'm traveling and eating out A LOT, but I was quite surprised at this very good salad I purchased the evening of 9/12/25. The Sante Fe Salad. The take out section is tucked away in a corner near the bar. It's quite awkward standing there with customers entering the side door next to the take out orders area. It was a bit uncomfortable in this tight space used by customers and employees. No biggie. I didn't know what the fuck I wanted. I'm traveling and there's rows and rows and rows of fast food places....where I am residing. People in this area are excited about a new Costco opening. Really! Okay , but I think I want some decent food! So, first time I ordered a salad that DIDN'T have rotten, limp, lettuce that should have been thrown out, but everything about this salad was as on point, including the tortilla strips, guacamole and the tender, juicy, chicken strips. It had a little spicy ness, but not too much. This salad was the freshest I've EVER had. I'm excited to try other stuff on the menu, but I was totally pleased with this purchase. Yum read more

Honestly, I'm giving up on Chilis.... The lack of customer service seems to be a virus that infected every location within a 50 mile radius (I've been to them all in hopes for change)...despite the customer service I prayed for a good plate of food but to my not so surprised experience it was just barely edible. Ice cold, soggy and just sad meal that I indeed paid for but left with only exactly taking two bites before I just gave up sipped my drink and paid my dues. read more

We visited during the hard opening on Memorial Day , lunch time. The place was mobbed and we waited about 10 minutes to get a booth. The service was excellent and several different people came to the table to check on us asking if things were okay. The menu with many southwest choices, featuring burgers, ribs, salads, tacos, wings and steaks as well as assorted sides and other meal combos. Prices reasonable, portions good, food plated nicely, attentive service and paying your bill by credit card easy since a machine to do so was on each table. My hamburger was cooked perfectly to order and my coleslaw fresh and tasty. My dining mates southwest ceasar salad also excellent. We saw children in the restaurant so there was something for everyone to enjoy. We will return for sure read more

These people seem to have turned the corner back to good service. We went in last night for dinner with friends. Much better service throughout. Good food and drinks. No more "we don't have plastic shakers for the presidente margarita" excuses, etc. Hope it holds. We live close and really enjoy going there but had given up. We'll be back! read more

For Chili's in Indian Land SC. The service was really good even though they were really busy. No complaints about the service. The food was just disgusting. My husband and I both ordered the 3 for me. He had a hamburger and I had the chicken tenders. Our soup was cold and thick and tasted like it had been sitting all day unheated. His Hamburger was cold and really greasy to the point of sogging up the bun. Both of our French fries had been sitting under a warmer and were cold and tough. The worst of all was my chicken tenders. They had a really odd sour smell and were really tough and also lukewarm warm. I could hardly bite through the 1 tender I tried. I ate couple bites and asked my husband to try it. He agreed it was bad. We paid for our meal but left without finishing it. Both of us have been nauseated since. We have eaten there before and never had a meal like this. I am not sure I would trust them again. There is no reason for that kind of food being served.. read more

Came here last night with my friend for a nice dinner. I ordered a margarita that came served with 7 gnats in it. Or something that looked like a fruit fly. My friend and I pulled them all out and put them on a napkin. When the food came out, it was brought by a manager so I showed him the napkin. He asked me what I was drinking, but did not offer to make me a new one or comp the one filled with fly's. He also left the napkin with all the flys on the table. We arrive with a friendly greeting from the host. Party of 4. we get sat and order 2 waters, Coke, tea, Bourbon, margarita Margarita was mediocre at best actually tasted like cheap mix and it took over 5 minutes to get it. Kept waiting on water refills. My chicken/waffles were burnt (see pictures) and not a good taste. (See picture) Wife's nachos came out burnt and not correct ingredients. Had to have them cooked again. Took over 12 minutes to get them back but manager did bring them back. They looked better the second time (see pictures) Server would barely stay long enough to get a request for the many things wrong - corn made wrong had to be redone, wrong dressing with wings, no dipping sauce as pictured with on the menu for chicken & waffles Manager never came back out and first bill presented had 2 orders of nachos on it then the server said, "wait, I have to change something" then she took off the extra nachos that had been put on. None of us ate all of our food and we spent over $90 and had to go to McDonalds because we were all still hungry. Save your money...2nd visit and both times have been a disaster read more

This is a newer Chili's and you can tell just from looking at the decor but don't let it fool you. The server was attentive and didn't have a long wait. Ordering went smoothly but when the food came that was another story. Requested plain mashed potatoes and they brought out loaded which I declined and asked for the plate to be remade. Then when I finally tasted my food, the steak was closer to being well done and not medium as ordered and didn't take as if it just came off the grill. Broccoli was undercooked and wasn't easy to chew. None of the other food that was brought out looked as good as it normally does when we go to our regular Chili's location. Thought it was weird that 2 different people brought out food and never the server. Will not come back to this location - it really failed my expectations. read more

YO what's up Tyrone Nation !!! Coming at you with a Chili's review so yo boy got the ribeye steak and the corn on the cob the norm! To my surprise there was a hair... in Olive Garden it was acceptable but Chili's has taken this a step to far. The food was subpar at most and there was as much fat in the steak that you'd see in yo mama. But ya know yo boy gotta take a break sometimes and smell the roses and it was all decently prepared and the servers came over every 10 minutes to check on my meal! Never got refills on our drink to the point we're drinking ice water waiting for her to come back so we can ask for a refill. Didn't even give us silverware until after we ate. First impressions: DIRTY For a restaurant that just opened 30 minutes ago, why is there so much trash on the floor? Napkins, crumbs, straws ... Second impression: SLOW By the time we got our meal (almost 30 minutes later -- yes we timed it), the restaurant was very busy. Our server name came by asking how everything was and we had to ask for the bill (who knows when we would see her again). For a new restaurant in the area, they're off to a horrible start. read more

For a vegetarian version of the Cajun Chicken Alfredo (yes, just minus chicken)... they put the chicken on the plate, then took *most* of it off. That's bad for a vegetarian. My steak & shrimp fajitas... well - probably the least appealing fajitas ever. Excellent first time at Chili's! My mother and I decided to try the new chili's for lunch. Once we entered, we were instantly sat, even though they were busy. Our server was Bailee and she greeted us/got our drink order within a minute of us sitting. After bringing our drinks, she was able to take our order correctly w/out having to write it down. The food came out a little under 10 minutes which was good, but the most important thing was that it tasted good. The key moment of the experience was that I never had to request a refill on my drink which is something important to me. Only con was that once we got here, there was some larger parties waiting. After we sat, the larger table beside us had a party of only 3. There is probably some reason that this happened, but it just seemed a bit off since there were smaller tables open. Overall, this was great experience and I look forward to returning. read more

The management at this place is better than many higher end eating establishments. We have frequented this place a lot since it has opened and have experienced some of their early growing pains, Covid pains, and the difficulty in finding employees. Each time we are treated with respect and care, and if things don't turn out perfectly, things are fixed and we are taken care of by a manager. The food varieties are great, we especially like the specials. read more
