This is an update and my third time trying this place. Prior two times were disappointing but they're starting to figure things out. Holly the bartender is just amazing. Can't say enough good things about her. Made the overall experience enjoyable. Buffalo wings were great and one of the waitstaff offered me extra buffalo sauce! Seasoned fries are far from seasoned but they are good. They don't show any deserts on the menu but they have a few if you ask. This brownie was awesome lol. read more

This was super disappointing. Live close so excited to try. Place was empty at 6 on a Wed. Ordered onion rings, bang bang, sweet potato fries, French dip, The bang bang was ok. As they were delivering that they told us they were out of onion rings. The sweet potatoes were limp, greasy, and not crisp at all, the French dip was small, very little meat, no cheese, we had to beg for onions so there was a tiny amount of that.. it was not flavorful at all and neither was the au jus. We both agreed it was the worse French dip we had ever had. Just super disappointed. The service was great so with new/different cooks it could be a good thing. read more

We visited on what appeared to be a very slow day, and our server only had one other table. They were friendly, but after our food was delivered, they never came back to check on us. We never received drink refills or had an opportunity to mention any issues with the meal. The appetizers were actually pretty good, but unfortunately the entrees were a big disappointment. The fish and chips were the biggest letdown. The fries were good (clearly a frozen product, but they were cooked well), but the fish was painfully obvious as a frozen product. It was flavorless with a rubbery texture. I remember it being much better in the past, so this was disappointing. There was also a mix-up where the slow-roasted pork shoulder was brought to our table by mistake. Thankfully it wasn't our order, because from the brief moment we saw it, it looked like a pink mound of meat--honestly resembling canned Spam dumped onto a plate. It wasn't visually appealing at all. The braised beef was edible, but it was missing the advertised red wine reduction, leaving it bland. The broccoli was well below average as well--no seasoning and virtually no flavor. Overall, the friendly service couldn't make up for the lack of attention after our food arrived or the disappointing entrees. Based on this experience, we don't plan on returning. read more

Different name but same inconsistent, inattentive and lackluster service unfortunately, as the trend of mediocre to below mediocre "pseudo sports bars" in the area continues What I mean by "pseudo sports bar" is a place that has a bunch of TVs, but really isn't a ports bar, as most of the TVs are tuned to things other than live games actually happening at the time, and staff has no idea games are even on, as they seem to be oblivious to most things. I really wanted to like this place as it is so close to my house but even when grading on a curve, it doesn't come close to getting a passing grade as it was a total bust all the way around. Poor service from beginning to end, wrong orders, disappearing server, forgetting to get check three times leading to my to go order of wings being cold by the time I was able to finally get my check and leave and try them (not good), never did turn to the game I asked about even after three reminders, I could go on and out, but you get the idea. Definitely not worth your time in my opinion and I wouldn't be surprised if this place suffered the same fate as The Office eventually. The name and ownership may have changed, but the poor all around experience still exists unfortunately, so hopefully someday we will have better draft luck in this town as this place performed about as well as the Carolina Pa that's did in week 1 vs the Jags (in case you didn't watch, it wasn't good!). read more

Some of the complaints about the food in other reviews is odd to me, as my wife and I both enjoyed our entrees , salads, appetizers and dessert. Our server was polite and informative, the manager helped me choose on a draft cider with multiple sample options and flavor descriptions. All in all, while we miss The Office, we enjoyed this new concept and my wife and I enjoyed ourselves. We will return. read more

We were hopeful but after being seated we waited 20 minutes for ANYONE to acknowledge us, take a drink order, heck bring us water......Noone ever came. Then we watched another couple be seated and the waitress took care of them immediately. We got up and left after that.....we won't be back and I doubt this restaurant lasts long! read more

1st time with the new name/owners and I was not disappointed! Most of the same staff are still here, which is nice to see. The menu is similar but also different. I started with the small bites Grilled Shrimp, which was small, but it did come from the small menu. The skewers were perfectly grilled and seasoned so zero complaints. I had the skirt steak for my main lunch and it came out a perfect medium-rare with mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was a very good lunch portion (it definitely needs to be larger for a diner portion). For dessert I had the strawberry shortcake which was just ok. Not bad, just not really anything to write home about. Pretty sure is just a previously frozen cake with a dollop of whipped cream and a strawberry. Julius was very friendly and polite and even hand wrote the dessert options for me since they are not quite in the menu yet While I will miss The Office, so far things seem to be going well under the new ownership and name. I think the name change was probably a good move as now they can be their own thing without Office loyals being overly critical. read more

We each ordered the fish and chips. The fish had a light, crunchy crust and the white fish filet was very tasty. French fries were excellent and plentiful. The service was excellent and my husband got a sample of beer that helped him decide what to order. You can't go wrong here. read more

Very disappointing experience at Local Draft. From the moment we sat down, things just felt off. The place was basically empty when we arrived, and after our experience it became pretty clear why. The beer situation was frustrating. The menu links to Untappd showing a list of beers, but many of them weren't actually available. Our waitress didn't seem to know the beer menu very well, and one of the beers we ordered was even brought out incorrectly. Food was the biggest letdown. We ordered the nachos for $19, and they were honestly one of the worst plates of nachos I've ever seen. The plate came out in about ten minutes but somehow was already cold. It was basically a soup of cheese and toppings with barely any chips, making it impossible to actually eat without running out of chips halfway through. Completely overpriced for the portion and quality. What made things even stranger was that the waitress actively warned us not to order the spinach dip because "everyone complains about it." If staff know something is that bad, it probably shouldn't still be on the menu. Between the confusing beer list, overpriced food, and poor execution, it was a pretty disappointing visit. Recommendation: skip this place and go somewhere else. read more

Went on Valentines eve and the place had a DJ that was playing music from somewhere in the Middle East that was obnoxiously loud. The DJ was horrible. The staff that worked there was very upset about the music and was pushing their local customers away just to please a dozen or so people from another country. Management was not listening to the 3 to 4 dozen other people that were dissatisfied, in order to make a small group happy. I've been to this place twice in the last year. The first time there was a fruit fly epidemic. I can honestly say that the owners obviously don't care about their customer base and maybe have some problems keeping the place clean as well in the back. The bartenders on the other hand were excellent. I feel bad that they have to work there under these conditions. I will not be returning to this establishment. read more

Wish they change the menu-our newly trained waitress was sweet and we liked her. The other staff were attentive ( almost too much) could tone it down a bit as it gives the appearance that something was amiss at one time that they are trying to correct. The spinach and artichoke dip had an after taste and the pita bread triangles for dipping were as hard as a rock. The salad entree was basically just lettuce and tomato. I can't say enough great things about The Local Draft. This restaurant took over The Office in the Redstone Shopping Center, and they dramatically improved the food and the service. I hosted a gathering of 42 people there last night, and everything was perfect. Raj, the Manager, was very accommodating in setting up the tables just like I wanted them (I wanted all tables of 8), and the waitresses (Kristie, Shelby and Weronika) were extremely professional and personable; they were a pleasure! They were proficient and organized in taking our orders and keeping track of who ordered what so we could get separate checks, and they aways had a smile on their faces. Nothing was too much to ask! I organize these dinners every couple of months, and The Local Draft is now going to the top of my list for repeat dinners. We will be back! I highly recommend you try this restaurant. read more

The service was ok but the food was not. My husband had the burger which was no better than a fast food burger. I had the shrimp skewers which were supposed to have a little bit of heat and they didn't. They were also supposed to be served with Hawaiian sauce. The waitress said the sauce was already on shrimp. I certainly didn't see or taste any sauce. She brought me more but it seemed to be just melted butter. Won't be going back. read more

Food was bland and overall not good. Blackened chicken wrap was a single large piece of chicken in each half, making it difficult to eat. Chicken didn't have any blackened flavor and lettuce was wilted. Other items ordered also lacked flavor and weren't cooked well.
