Delicious authentic french pastries! I have traveled to France and this is the closest I have found in the states. Flaky croissants are amazing here. You wont be disappointed!
Food was tasty and flavorful. There's a lot of option to choose from the menu. The service was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and cheerful! The atmosphere of this place was "Paris vibe" but there's outdoor sitting & it was clean and organized. The place was kind of small but there's another room where you can seat and relax
I originally gave this place three stars. After reading the comment from the owner regarding my review I've upgraded to four stars. She was right. It didn't deserve three stars. My apologies to them.
Sunday, 3-01-2026: We came here with our family of eight. Our son-in-law's brother & his wife were visiting from Dallas, TX & this was their last day. This was my first time here & for me the set up was confusing. You initially place your order at Le Coffee Shop (there was a line!) but you are seated next door at Le Bistro. Fortunately, we found a table to accommodate all eight of us. It's not a very big area but it's neat & tidy. Decor was rather simple but charming . The food was brought out rather quickly and we all enjoyed our meals. I had the veggie omelette with fruit & coffee. I tried some of the quiche which was also very tasty! This was a nice & tasty send off for our departing family members. We will definitely be returning!
Located off the main strip of Downtown Temecula, this is a hidden gem, mainly for the food. The decor is simple and modern. It seems to be a take out coffee shop. Service was great. I got some pastries to go. The croissant was flaky and buttery. The pan de chocolate was also very good. Definitely come check this place out!
This is the HAUTE spot in Temecula for breakfast or lunch. A very comfortable well appointed facility, which is only getting better when their beer and wine license goes through. There's plenty of outdoor/indoor seating . The pastries are the BEST that I've had in the Temecula area and the staff is always quite charming and lovely. And the crêpes?-simply divine! On my last visit, I had a pistachio croissant and today I had a wonderful "crepe au sucre" with their homemade crème fraîche that was out of this world! Every dish that was flying out of the kitchen was expertly plated and simply gorgeous and desirable. The Cortado is very good as well. Truly a charming place, and I could eat one of everything on the menu. I shall return soon. This is the best place to go in OLDE TOWNE Temecula, see you there. I forgot to mention that I was so excited that I forgot to take pictures of the wonderful food at our table. I was just too taken by the product in front of me and devoured it without snapping a pic.
Substance and Style. As soon as you enter the Cafe side smiles and welcomes are abundant. Great coffee and house made pastries served us well this trip. The menu is great and priced just right but just a pick me up was needed today. We sat on the large outdoor patio after looking over the near empty but beautiful Parisienne themed dining room. Another friendly staff member named Jackie greeted us and was real kind. We chatted just long enough to hear about the great menu and a few sister locations. This is a great place to start your day in Temecula, or even stop in to refresh your coffee buzz or get a snack to prepare you for walking around OTT.
We were actually headed out of town and I was really craving a delicious chai tea latte.. This is a cute little shop. They were pretty much out of pastries, but they did have some delicious looking butter croissants. I saw one girl coming out of there with Ginny's hot chocolate that looked so delicious. They do have some outdoor table tables and it is dog friendly. They do offer breakfast as well. I think we'll hit it up next time for a little omelette.
Charming place with delicious food and a lovely ambiance. I ordered a latte, the La Berry Crêpe, and the La Crêpe au Sucre, and everything was fantastic and well balanced. The latte was wonderfully rich with a pure coffee flavor, which I truly appreciated. The crêpes were excellent as well--super thin and not overly sweet, which is rare since many places tend to make them cloying. The La Crêpe au Sucre had a delightful citrusy note, while the La Berry Crêpe featured the most delicious and delicate berry jam I've ever had. The service was great, and the atmosphere was warm and charming. I would come here every weekend if I didn't live so far away.
Brunch at its best. Self service, order first and find a table. We got Le lux croissant sandwiches . The croissant is so crunchy, the smoked salmon is decent size plus the cheese is so creamy. Quiche mushroom well seasoned , crust is good and baked just right. Not recommended the potatoes gratin S'mores latte is ok . Can't taste toasted marshmallows. The place is busy . Family friendly. Love the place away from the Main Street. Be back
Thursday morning in Temecula. I spot a café with over 1,100 reviews and a solid 4.5 rating. At that point, you don't overthink it--you walk in. First impression? Parking is rough. Really rough. I ended up paying $10.35 for two hours, which honestly feels like daylight robbery. I know it's not directly the café's fault, but when there are only a few tables occupied, it would be nice to see some kind of validation or reserved spots for guests. Paying that much just to grab breakfast hurts a little. Then the food arrived. And I immediately stopped complaining. I ordered the salmon omelet, and it was absolutely spot on. I'm not into salty food, I prefer clean, balanced flavors--and this was exactly that. Nothing overpowering, nothing heavy. Just done right. One of those plates where you slow down without realizing it because every bite makes sense. The coffee? Strong enough to wake you up, but not aggressive. Not overly sweet either. Basically, exactly how I like it. Service deserves its own mention. The girl at the register was genuinely helpful--answered all my questions, gave recommendations, even shared what she personally likes (she's into sweeter options). That kind of interaction matters. It felt human, not scripted. Would I love cheaper parking? Absolutely. Would I come back anyway? Without hesitation. I'd pay for parking again if it means starting my morning like this. If you're in Temecula and thinking about breakfast--this place earns its reputation.
Downtown Temecula, the location where you order is really small but they got out our food really fast. They have a separate room Where you can sit down and eat next door and there is some outside seating available. The coffee was really good and so was our sandwich .
I came here on a Sunday morning, ordered coffee and breakfast. Food and drinks were okay, not terrible BUT I am reviewing this place based on their service. They brought out a veggie omelette when we ordered a bacon omelette. When I corrected the server, he said he couldn't take it back because it'd be at a lost for them and that we'd have to order a brand new plate. When we tried to explain that that's their mistake he became very argumentative and adamant that is their restaurant policy. I then asked for a manager and apparently our server is the manager because he's the owners son. He is so rude and would NOT back down, started yelling at me in front of many other patrons in the restaurant and still never ever brought us what we ordered. As a business this is very unprofessional and I would not recommend supporting them when they treat their customers like this.

My first time here, definitely won't be my last. I met a couple of my friends, two of us were first timers. A cute venue with outside sidewalk seating and new indoor seating. It was a nice day so we sat out on the patio. I ordered the Crepe with Berry Marmalade and a Lavender Mocha Latte. Both were delicious! I also got a taste of the Spinach Quiche and the Croque Madame. Again, both were delicious. I love that while I was waiting in line a nice young man handed me a menu. I placed my order, got a number and found a table. My food was delivered to the table. Everything was wonderful, I highly recommend Le Coffee Shop. read more

Was traveling to Temecula for some wedding venues and decided to stop for breakfast at le coffee shop. From the start, the ambiance was great with a small inside but a fair amount of seats outside which we found well for a Saturday morning. The service was great as well, as people were shooting out from the interior serving coffees, food items, etc at a good pace. In terms of the food and coffee, I thought it was solid! Coffee was good, and the breakfast sandwich had great portions with the flakiest open-ended croissant! Loved it and would make it a priority to come back. read more
Ambiance - 5/5 Super cute and French themed with arc de triomphe in the background and an Eiffel Tower in the bistro. Restrooms were also nice and clean (liked the hand soap!) Food- 4/5 Croque madame- 5/5 Amazing and the sunny side up egg made it! Everything was perfectly cooked and in the perfect proportions Side of fruit was also good and fresh (strawberries apples and pineapple) Chocolate croissant -3/5 I was disappointed. I was expecting more of a pain au chocolat but it was like a croissant with two small thin chocolate bars in it (20% chocolate, 80% butter croissant) Drinks- 3/5 I got the iced lavender mocha latte with oat milk half sweet and it was still sweet. I love chocolate and love lavender but together it was too much. My friend got the iced cookie butter latte and enjoyed it a lot (with 2 percent milk) Overall, I'd definitely come back! read more

Listen, I'm not a harsh critic -- but this place feels very authentic in terms of really serving quality French cuisine in a cozy coffee shop setting. The coffee is amazing, my go to honey latte order surpassed my expectations here, & the staff is friendly and very attentive! Also quick if you're on the tight morning schedule! Great little spot in Old Town. It was so great, my husband and I came back two days in a row while visiting Temecula. The first day, we ordered breakfast and coffee to have at the cafe. The quality of their food is great. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and coffee. The second day, we ordered coffees to go and ordered the cinnamon roll and chocolate croissant. Both pastries were great. The staff are also very friendly and were open to share recommendations. Overall, great service and great food. Definitely a place worth checking out. read more

Today, I drove an hour up to Temecula to meet some friends. We decided to try Le Coffee Shop, a French bakery in Old Town Temecula which was recommended by one of my friends that is a local to the area. It was easy to find and conveniently located near the freeway. The ordering process was simple: you wait in line, place your order at the register, receive a number, and then find seating--either outdoors or in their indoor space next door. Since it was my first time there, I wanted to sample a few things. At the register, I ordered three items: an iced Vietnamese coffee, a berry crepe, and a BCO omelette. I distinctly remember choosing a side salad to go with my omelette because it comes with a choice of a side salad or fruit. After giving my order to the cashier, I didn't double-check the screen, but I did see that there were three items rung up, so I quickly paid (including gratuity), opted out of a receipt, and moved on. I was the last in my group to order, so I didn't want to hold things up. We found a spot on the patio, and the food came out quickly. The restaurant had an efficient system despite the busy atmosphere. My friends received their meals, and I got my coffee and crepe. Then my "meal" arrived--but it wasn't what I ordered. Instead of the omelette, they brought me a sandwich with a side salad. I let the waiter know that it wasn't mine. They looked confused, left, and came back again, asking if I was sure. Again, I told them it wasn't my order. After another back-and-forth, a man--who I assume was either the manager, owner, or head chef--approached me. Instead of trying to clarify or resolve the issue, he immediately insisted that the sandwich was my order. When I explained that I had ordered an omelette, he asked for my receipt. I told him I didn't have it since I had opted out of printing one. I then felt forced to pull up the menu on my phone, since I was struggling trying to remember the exact name of the omelette. As I was explaining, he cut me off and said, "What you ordered is a sandwich." Instead of acknowledging that there may have been a miscommunication or mistake at the register, he doubled down, adding, "It's very important to read the order on the cashier's screen." He also tried to justify it by saying, "The sandwich is very good." At this point, he left and returned with an iPhone or some type of device, shoving the screen in my face with my order pulled up. "Is this your receipt?" he asked. It was, but the wrong item was listed. He then asked, "Do you want me to print it?" which felt unnecessarily passive-aggressive. I just said, "No thanks, I'll eat the sandwich," and without another word, he stormed off. The whole interaction was rude, condescending, and completely unnecessary. Mistakes happen--but the way he handled it was unprofessional. Rather than acknowledging that the cashier may have misheard me, he acted as if I was the problem. He didn't offer to correct the order, apologize, or even show a hint of understanding. The food itself? The crepe was good, the sandwich (that I didn't order) wasn't bad, and the coffee was decent. But the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Even my friends, who witnessed the whole thing, agreed that his tone and attitude were off-putting. They felt bad and even offered to share their food with me because they saw how uncomfortable and unnecessary the whole situation was. At the end of the day, good food isn't enough to make up for bad customer service. Would I go back? Probably not. read more

Hands down they make the best croissant and cappuccino around, pastry chef Charlotte knows her trade very well, delicious, buttery and fresh pastry. Service is great and fast and you can sit outside and enjoy the fresh air or inside the adjacent restaurant with wonderful Ambiance. read more
TIP: Inside seating located left side, next-door & you'll get a number to place on your table. Met my daughter for a lunch date here during the week and I must say it's the best time to go away from busy weekends. Their coffees are so good! We both had the salmon omelette and it was delicious. We didn't have a chance to try the deserts but it was a good spot to meet up and eat. They're located closer to the entrance point (off Rancho California) and there's lots of parking if you get there early. Checked out this place because my daughter has been super into brunch and iced coffee. I will start by saying it's a small, quaint little shop- there is no indoor seating, and minimal outdoor seating. The service was friendly, but not necessarily good. We ordered a few items, the coffees and my breakfast came out first, shortly after they brought the crepe. We then waited for a good 10 minutes while they brought out other food to tables after us. I went back in and they had totally forgotten my daughters breakfast, which isn't horrible, it happens, it's just not great when one meal comes out and is cold by the time the next one comes out. The food was okay, maybe our choices weren't the best. The crepe was good, and we also got a chocolate croissant which honestly was underwhelming. The coffee was strong, but had decent flavor. Overall, we personally are glad we got to try it, but wouldn't go out of our way to go back. They do have beautiful almond croissants though and we should have tried one of those. If you have a sweet tooth, it's a decent try for sure and they do have traditional French food items, which are fun. I think just the lack of seating and overall service wasn't the best experience for us. read more

The dirty chai latte was great. The croissant on my breakfast sandwich was beautiful and so crispy, the avocado toast was very delicious as well. Super filling meal for the portion they give. This spot never disappoints. I would say that they are definitely the best French cafe in town. Every breakfast offering is so good. My faves are the omelettes, waffles and quiches. Their breakfast sandwich also is very delicious. I'm glad that they are extending their dining space next door and I believe they are opening a French resto soon which I am so excited to try. If you ever visit Temecula and you're looking for a great breakfast, brunch place....i highly recommend this place! Food and service are great!! read more

Great spot for coffee and lunch! I got an iced espresso with three shots, oat milk, and a pump of vanilla. Their salmon croissant is incredible: the croissant is soft, buttery, and comes with your choice of side. I went with the fruit. This is my second visit, and I ordered the exact same thing because it's just that good. Recommend! read more
Had brunch with family after staying for the night at temecula winery. The food is good. I rarely eat smoked salmon omelets, but the one they have is good. Not too salty, and with all other ingredients, it taste great. Their Vietnamese coffee is not as strong as i expected. My daughter tried their pistachio Macha. Too much pistachio flavor. read more

if you want a delicious coffee and cinnamon rolls get there early soldout 2 times so got there when early got some quiche lorraine exquisite pancakes and creamy french butter spectacular and servers are fabulous great staff fast clean service. read more

We did not work on a gluten free dough but we have some option without flour. But our flour is French flour only so you might be able to have some

I don't think they do. It's more of a cafe that you walk up and order from then find a seat to sit down to eat.

When it’s rainy, we don’t put any seating, but our indoor room is almost done.
