Delicious authentic french pastries! I have traveled to France and this is the closest I have found in the states. Flaky croissants are amazing here. You wont be disappointed!
Food was tasty and flavorful. There's a lot of option to choose from the menu. The service was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and cheerful! The atmosphere of this place was "Paris vibe" but there's outdoor sitting & it was clean and organized. The place was kind of small but there's another room where you can seat and relax
I originally gave this place three stars. After reading the comment from the owner regarding my review I've upgraded to four stars. She was right. It didn't deserve three stars. My apologies to them.
Sunday, 3-01-2026: We came here with our family of eight. Our son-in-law's brother & his wife were visiting from Dallas, TX & this was their last day. This was my first time here & for me the set up was confusing. You initially place your order at Le Coffee Shop (there was a line!) but you are seated next door at Le Bistro. Fortunately, we found a table to accommodate all eight of us. It's not a very big area but it's neat & tidy. Decor was rather simple but charming . The food was brought out rather quickly and we all enjoyed our meals. I had the veggie omelette with fruit & coffee. I tried some of the quiche which was also very tasty! This was a nice & tasty send off for our departing family members. We will definitely be returning!
Located off the main strip of Downtown Temecula, this is a hidden gem, mainly for the food. The decor is simple and modern. It seems to be a take out coffee shop. Service was great. I got some pastries to go. The croissant was flaky and buttery. The pan de chocolate was also very good. Definitely come check this place out!
This is the HAUTE spot in Temecula for breakfast or lunch. A very comfortable well appointed facility, which is only getting better when their beer and wine license goes through. There's plenty of outdoor/indoor seating . The pastries are the BEST that I've had in the Temecula area and the staff is always quite charming and lovely. And the crêpes?-simply divine! On my last visit, I had a pistachio croissant and today I had a wonderful "crepe au sucre" with their homemade crème fraîche that was out of this world! Every dish that was flying out of the kitchen was expertly plated and simply gorgeous and desirable. The Cortado is very good as well. Truly a charming place, and I could eat one of everything on the menu. I shall return soon. This is the best place to go in OLDE TOWNE Temecula, see you there. I forgot to mention that I was so excited that I forgot to take pictures of the wonderful food at our table. I was just too taken by the product in front of me and devoured it without snapping a pic.
Substance and Style. As soon as you enter the Cafe side smiles and welcomes are abundant. Great coffee and house made pastries served us well this trip. The menu is great and priced just right but just a pick me up was needed today. We sat on the large outdoor patio after looking over the near empty but beautiful Parisienne themed dining room. Another friendly staff member named Jackie greeted us and was real kind. We chatted just long enough to hear about the great menu and a few sister locations. This is a great place to start your day in Temecula, or even stop in to refresh your coffee buzz or get a snack to prepare you for walking around OTT.
We were actually headed out of town and I was really craving a delicious chai tea latte.. This is a cute little shop. They were pretty much out of pastries, but they did have some delicious looking butter croissants. I saw one girl coming out of there with Ginny's hot chocolate that looked so delicious. They do have some outdoor table tables and it is dog friendly. They do offer breakfast as well. I think we'll hit it up next time for a little omelette.
Charming place with delicious food and a lovely ambiance. I ordered a latte, the La Berry Crêpe, and the La Crêpe au Sucre, and everything was fantastic and well balanced. The latte was wonderfully rich with a pure coffee flavor, which I truly appreciated. The crêpes were excellent as well--super thin and not overly sweet, which is rare since many places tend to make them cloying. The La Crêpe au Sucre had a delightful citrusy note, while the La Berry Crêpe featured the most delicious and delicate berry jam I've ever had. The service was great, and the atmosphere was warm and charming. I would come here every weekend if I didn't live so far away.
Brunch at its best. Self service, order first and find a table. We got Le lux croissant sandwiches . The croissant is so crunchy, the smoked salmon is decent size plus the cheese is so creamy. Quiche mushroom well seasoned , crust is good and baked just right. Not recommended the potatoes gratin S'mores latte is ok . Can't taste toasted marshmallows. The place is busy . Family friendly. Love the place away from the Main Street. Be back
Thursday morning in Temecula. I spot a café with over 1,100 reviews and a solid 4.5 rating. At that point, you don't overthink it--you walk in. First impression? Parking is rough. Really rough. I ended up paying $10.35 for two hours, which honestly feels like daylight robbery. I know it's not directly the café's fault, but when there are only a few tables occupied, it would be nice to see some kind of validation or reserved spots for guests. Paying that much just to grab breakfast hurts a little. Then the food arrived. And I immediately stopped complaining. I ordered the salmon omelet, and it was absolutely spot on. I'm not into salty food, I prefer clean, balanced flavors--and this was exactly that. Nothing overpowering, nothing heavy. Just done right. One of those plates where you slow down without realizing it because every bite makes sense. The coffee? Strong enough to wake you up, but not aggressive. Not overly sweet either. Basically, exactly how I like it. Service deserves its own mention. The girl at the register was genuinely helpful--answered all my questions, gave recommendations, even shared what she personally likes (she's into sweeter options). That kind of interaction matters. It felt human, not scripted. Would I love cheaper parking? Absolutely. Would I come back anyway? Without hesitation. I'd pay for parking again if it means starting my morning like this. If you're in Temecula and thinking about breakfast--this place earns its reputation.
Downtown Temecula, the location where you order is really small but they got out our food really fast. They have a separate room Where you can sit down and eat next door and there is some outside seating available. The coffee was really good and so was our sandwich .
I came here on a Sunday morning, ordered coffee and breakfast. Food and drinks were okay, not terrible BUT I am reviewing this place based on their service. They brought out a veggie omelette when we ordered a bacon omelette. When I corrected the server, he said he couldn't take it back because it'd be at a lost for them and that we'd have to order a brand new plate. When we tried to explain that that's their mistake he became very argumentative and adamant that is their restaurant policy. I then asked for a manager and apparently our server is the manager because he's the owners son. He is so rude and would NOT back down, started yelling at me in front of many other patrons in the restaurant and still never ever brought us what we ordered. As a business this is very unprofessional and I would not recommend supporting them when they treat their customers like this.
Le Coffee Shop Unexpected - a little bistro type coffee shop that appears small at first glance, located in this very large architecturally unique building located in Old Town Temecula. A surprise hidden indoor dining area two doors down. Exterior adorned with red umbrellaed tables sprinkled on the exterior patio area. Balsamic avocado toast nicely adorned with a fresh touch of salad just the right size with a cup of coffee. La Salmon omelette has an almost frittata consistency with more of a baked exterior with soft interior cream cheese asparagus and smoked salmon, enjoyed the choice of salad with my omelette. I ordered the cookie butter latte with oat milk. It was delicious. They use 1883 coffee syrup so it is a high quality drink. There was a line but the service was great. They made drinks quickly. They had some reading on the outside. There was handicap seating and plus size friendly seating. It was dog friendly as well. read more
Le Coffee Shop was a delicious brunch fare, with French style decor and menu selections. I stopped by at 11am on a Saturday with a friend, and there was already a long line out the door. Luckily, the workers are courteous and efficient, clearing tables so that customers are able to dine in relatively fast. I had their Crepe Au Sucre, and it was deceptively filling. I loved the texture and small crunch from the sugar, with a vanilla bean cream and lemon topping to cut through the sweetness. Simple, yet divine and executed well 5/5. Their Pistachio Matcha Tea Latte was to die for!!! I've had a lot of matcha lattes even in Japan, but I liked how bold and present the pistachio flavor was and it melded with the matcha base nicely. 6/5, went in not expecting much and came out blissfully happy I ordered this drink. I knew Old Town was known for brunch places but Le Coffee Shop was amazing! 10/10, would come again. A must visit for anyone wanting a nice breakfast/brunch place. read more
Went for a 3rd time today for a wonderful breakfast. I had La Berry Belgian Waffle, and my wife had Le French Toast and Potatoes Gratin. Once again, everything was great. So happy we found this gem in Temecula. You might look at the French Toast and be judgmental, but trust me, you'll be glad you ordered it. The taste and texture are unique, and delicious. Oh, and make sure you take a couple croissants home with you... Order at the counter, and they give you a number. There are some outdoor tables, which are great when the weather is good. If you want indoor seating, just head two doors down and pick out a table. They bring your order to you. Great food and service. read more

First time I came here with my friend and didn't like the feel of things and it seemed like the setup (layout) of things was not what we felt up for so we left. Today, my husband and I came here because deep down I wondered about this place since they have good ratings. Basically, we ordered the food at the counter at one unit and we sat indoor two units down. It's awkward because it's not all together one unit. And when I need more coffee I step outside and walk two doors down to my left and refill my coffee myself. It's not convenient and relaxing. I want someone to serve me coffee and maybe get more napkins from them but nope. So basically, they bring me my food and take away my empty plate...very minimal service. The food is good and has restaurant quality but the set up is a no no for me. My husband ordered a club sandwich ($19) and I ordered a salmon salad ($16). Food was good quality and well made. Our coffee was $3.50 each and my husband said it was weak...kinda surprising because this is a coffee shop. One visit is good enough. read more
Some outdoor seating available and more seating indoors next door. I tried the almond croissant with almond spread inside, it was soft and flaky. I would still say no comparison to what we had in Paris, however, we def enjoyed it...Hubby loved the veggie omelette the cinnamon roll was just ok. For 11 days in a row I went here for morning croissants and lattes during the election cycle. Thanks to a Yelp search and enticing photos I knew this was the real deal, and it definitely is across the board! First, I want to thank each and every employee, barista, and the wonderful owner for their outstanding service, warmth, and demeanor each and every morning, especially at opening. What was my favorite? That's really a tough call because everything I tried was first-rate. The butter croissants are definitely the entry point. Then the almond croissant, and that chocolate croissant... tré excellence!! Every latte was superbly constructed, the espresso wasn't bitter, and my sandwich reheated perfectly one day. I sampled the quice and love the gratin potatoes with fresh thyme. If only I lived closer. Oh well, I hope to visit again soon. read more

OH, Le Coffee shop est tres bon! The coffee is so delicious, both hot and cold, and they also serve decaf! Their omelette, different kinds, are sooooo good! The owner told us to try it the French way, no ketchup, and of course, we don't eat ketchup with French omelette, it's so good! Well my bf still added some ketchup to it though. You have to check out Old Town Temecula, and while you're there, stop by this French cafe. The coffee is uniquely flavorful and just the right amount of sweet. I had the tiramisu latte~ it was so good!!! I ended up getting another one. The almond croissant was the best I've ever had, with a rich cream filling inside. This was not our first time here. We came here about 2 years ago and we loved it. We had to come back when we were in Temecula this time. We came on a Sunday around noon time. It was packed. Looks like they have expended to next door with more seating. We were kind of disappointed since most of the pastries were sold out that day. We were only able to get the cinnamon roll and a canelé. Tried this coffee/bistro for the first time. It's in Old Town Temecula so the parking can be very difficult. We parked about a block away. There is a separate door to go in and order your drink and food. Then you take your number to a table and you can sit either outside or inside in a room that is a few doors down. The girl that took our order was not very friendly. She seemed very put out by questions we asked her and never smiled. However, the food was very good. Besides the photos I have here, we also got a chocolate croissant and it was very good. It was flaky and crispy on top. My mushroom quiche was loaded with mushrooms and the dressing on my side salad was light and delicious. The crepe was filled with berries and tasted delicious. The young man that brought our food was very nice and answered our questions with a smile. I would definitely come back and like to try other items on the menu. read more

This place is the definition of a 5 star French coffee shop. We were in Temecula for a balloon ride, and I had my eye on this place for breakfast after balloon ride. It's located in the old town of Temecula, cute little street with some shops around and plenty of parking. The staff are friendly and nice. We got an almond croissant, a leek quiche, and 2 coffees. OMG, the croissant, so crispy, so fresh, so ... french (I can say that this was the best croissant I have ever had in the entire US) The quiche was also very fresh, unique, creamy and tasty . we were headed home after a weekend in Idyllwild when the wife unit (who was driving) decided we should stop for quiche. I've admitted in previous reviews my general reluctance to sleep on the couch with one eye open, and this situation was no different. after quickly scanning LE COFFEE SHOP's Yelp page to confirm several quiches were indeed on the menu, l plotted the fastest route, cinched the buckle on my seat belt, and held on for dear life. she was hungry, and the drive to Old Town Temecula was a white-knuckle ride with minimal regard for stop signs, speed limits, traffic lights, pedestrians, or other cars. Max, the cattle dog, and Scout, the Jingo-Husky mix, were excited at a chance to stretch their legs, claim a few bushes, and join us for brunch. the restaurant's attitude about dogs on the patio made that VERY comfortable. the wife's QUICHE SEGUIN (ham, goat cheese, and caramelized onion) and my SALMON OMELETTE (Gold Label Smoked Salmon, asparagus, caramelized onions, cream cheese, green onions, and Emmental cheese) both came with fresh fruit. brunch at LE COFFEE SHOP delicous and definitely had a French feel even if we couldn't look up and catch a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower. read more

I was in Temecula for a job assignment that ended sooner than expected and I wanted to check some cute coffee shop out. So I found Le Coffee shop that has a small interior in the area where you order (elegant black and white decor and some merch available). Then people can sit outdoors or next building which also belongs to them and is going to be or acts also as a bistro. What I was told is that will open soon but seemed operational already. Maybe because there were several people enjoying their coffees and light bites or pastries. Parisian vibes, Eiffel tower included. Loved my coffee and will be back with friends that live in the area. read more

Really lovely cafe in downtown Temecula, perfect for hanging out over coffee. My cafe Americano was good but my husband's hot chocolate was one of the best we've ever tasted. The dessert was nice. Staff is super friendly and even though we stayed till almost closing time, they never made us feel rushed. Will be back! read more

On a Sunday morning, the place was packed, with the line stretching out the door. There was only one line to order both coffee and food, which made it a bit slow. The weather was cool but sunny: honestly, I don't think I'd be willing to stand in that long line if it were any colder. We tried calling ahead to place a pickup order, but no one answered. On the plus side, they do have plenty of seating away from the register. The to-go coffee orders were handled quickly, and while my coffee was good, it wasn't particularly memorable to return. read more

First time here but I Absolutely loved Le Coffee Shop! It was a little cold but we couldn't pass up the cute little store front. The coffee was amazing...rich, smooth, and clearly made with care. But the real star was the breakfast sandwich. Fluffy, buttery croissant bread filled with perfectly cooked eggs made for the perfect start to the day. Everything tasted so fresh, and you can tell quality really matters. Will Definitely be back for some coffee and breakfast! read more

We did not work on a gluten free dough but we have some option without flour. But our flour is French flour only so you might be able to have some

I don't think they do. It's more of a cafe that you walk up and order from then find a seat to sit down to eat.

When it’s rainy, we don’t put any seating, but our indoor room is almost done.
