To start the decor is very cute. This place has bad service and the food is not all that. This was my first time at this restaurant and the service sucks. The waitress is the cook. Go figure.....so don't go to this restaurant if you are hungry because the wait time to place your order and receive your order is about 30-45 minutes. Freaking wow. And when you are placing your order also ask for something to drink as well or else you will be parched. My party was there already when I arrived and I did not get to see the waitress for 30 minutes. Simply wow. The waitress claimed she was preparing food. Once we were seated they saw I had a car seat at no point was a high chair offered which is fine not everyone offers. Place was super tight and I couldn't place my babies car seat comfortably without hitting the other table. We then proceeded to order and half the stuff was out. It was only 9:30 ! Only 30 min after opening . I had to settle for French toast. Our waiter only took about 20 min to bring our drinks which was fine. But once he brought our food almost 40 min later it was a mess. It is a nice cafe geared toward women. Lots of pink, flowers, and instagrammed photo opportunity heaven. Lots of backgrounds for you take take pictures for the gram. Service staff was amazing taking pictures for people to most likely post. Ice coffee was great and the chilaquiles had lots of flavor and a bit of spiciness. It was a warm day and sitting there for an hour we did start to sweat which caused us to cut our lunch date sooner rather than later. As I walked in, I felt like Alice in Pink Wonderland! It is so cute and adorable. Staff greeted us with a warm smile. I couldn't get enough of the cuteness and all the small details. Came to eat with my hubby here since we have driven past this place several times. He ordered the chilaquiles and they were very taste, they did not disappoint. Chilaquiles were a tad spicy, but good, they did not disappoint. I ordered omelette with chorizo and it was good too. The only thing that threw me back a little is that they serve you a side salad to accompany omelette, no rice or beans offered. Service was great, decor was a little too much for my husband, but place was decent. The food was equally tasty, but if you are like me and like your chilaquiles soft instead of crunchy, this might not be a good option. They used real watermelon juice/fruit juice, which gives the mimosa a fresh agua fresca feel. Lastly, the macaroons were simple but tasty. One thing that stood out for me was the service from my waiter Steven! I ate here alone, and he checked on me every few minutes. Coming to Le coco is like going to a casting for mean girls sequel lol ... The food is great I loved it The service needs more organization the girl host is so amazing but she needs more help and not leave her to do everything by her self . And my advice is to put some chairs outside so customers can wait and not stand all over the place . My other advice is that maybe the tortilla chips for the chilaquiles can be cut in small squares so you can be able to eat it in a more dainty way more Chanel like the image specially if there many girl dressing to impress , being able to eat the chilaquiles more proper with a fork . If I could give it no ratings I honestly would. It's only getting on one reading because of the cute decorations and photo ops, and because Yelp won't let me put 0. But the food is total trash they served me an omelet with burnt cheese on it- when I addressed the waitress "she said it's how the cheese is toasted and flipped." I went on to explain that there was cheese on it that is Melted and not burned, that side was burned- I even picked it up and showed her. She just said, that's how they make it. Accompanied with a nasty strawberry sloppy wilted spinach salad balsamic salad that leaked over into the egg on the bottom. So it was crusty egg w burnt cheese and a soggy balsamic bottom. The staff had no consideration and didn't even offer to remake it or compensate me for it. My mom's Chilaquiles were 3/10 OK. But my daughters "kids Nutella toast" was basically a burnt piece of butter bread and they slapped on Nutella on both sides and decorated it with strawberries and bananas. Never ever ever going back. Super hyped up overrated place . Uncomfortable, tight seating, music is TOO LOUD. I will not be recommending this place- ugly on the outside and nasty food on the inside. Took my daughter to get some Gelato and just walking in this place takes you to a whole new level. It is completely decorated. Even the bathrooms! It is super cute!! You can dine in or take out. The toast with Nutella as well as the Gelato was delicious!! I would definitely go back and recommend this place. The place opened up at 9 and they take reservations but your whole party has to be there before being seated down, totally understandable! The bathroom is also cute and I have no complaints about the decor because it definitely made it. The service.. There is a sign saying they are short staffed so to be patient. My issue wasn't about the slow service but the lack of it. When we got there it seemed as if they didn't want us there they were not welcoming until the bill came. The food.. The food was ok. I got the chilaquiles rojos with steak and the steak was actually seasoned very well! The food didn't really stand out to me. We also had the cajeta French toast, again nothing really special.
