Unfortunately, this restaurant did not meet my expectations. I'll start with the positives--the restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. The decor and ambiance make it a great place for celebrating a special occasion. I made reservations for my birthday dinner with a party of eight. I brought my own cake, and the staff was kind enough to store it in their refrigerator until we were ready for dessert, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the service was where the experience fell apart. Since gratuity is automatically added for larger parties, it felt like there was very little sense of urgency or attentiveness throughout the evening. It took quite a while for our drink orders to be taken and served. Our food also came out at different times, with some side dishes arriving well after the entrées had already been served. The only explanation we received came later when a supervisor personally brought out the missing sides and apologized, explaining there had been a delay because they had to prepare a fresh batch of rice. While I appreciated the communication, it would have been helpful if someone had updated us sooner. During the meal, our server was changed, and we hoped the service would improve, but unfortunately, the experience remained the same. The food and drinks were beautifully presented, but the flavors didn't quite live up to how impressive everything looked. My rating is based primarily on the food, but if I were rating the service alone, it would be one star. Considering it was a Sunday and the restaurant wasn't particularly busy, the slow service was especially disappointing. Sadly, this wasn't the birthday dinner experience I was hoping for, and I don't plan on returning. read more

This sweet spot was a delightful surprise. Hidden away in a "strip mall" is this warm and inviting, classy, quiet and elegant restaurant. The service was excellent, with just enough attention to feel taken care of, and not too much so we felt rushed (I hate that). I felt like the servers were invested in us having a wonderful experience. And we did! We ordered the vegetable empanadas, which we spectacular! The crust was perfectly crispy and flaky. Some of the best empanadas I've ever tasted. For our entree, we shared the Japanese A5 Wagyu. The server seared it table-side on some crispy, buttery brioche. We had the poblano mashed potatoes on the side...wow! I was not expecting the flavor bomb that happened in my mouth! So delicious!!! For beverages- I had the Emerald Embers, a tequila-forward, citrusy, Serrano chili sparkle beverage that made me hum; my partner had the most delightful Santorini served and poured table-side in a porthole infuser. Overpriced and Overrated -- Fancy Ambience, Mid-Tier Food This place puts all its effort into pretending to be a high-end restaurant, but the only thing actually high-end here are the prices. The food lacks flavor--honestly, you can get a better, far more authentic meal at a local homemade spot for a fraction of the cost. To top it off, they don't even bother mentioning that the valet parking isn't complimentary until you're already paying for it. Between the hidden fees and the mediocre food, it's a complete rip-off. We had guacamole and chips, shrimp ceviche, a burrito and fajita trio- with chicken/shrimp and steak. Good taste and seasoning. Beautiful black restrooms and nice art throughout the space. Our server Emily was amazing and made the whole moment memorable. Came here for my friend's gender reveal and it was such a cute experience. The reveal was so unique they brought it out in a little potion-like box with smoke, which made it feel extra special and magical. My original review reflected a very disappointing Mother's Day experience, but I believe it's equally important to recognize when a business makes things right. After my review, Stella, the General Manager, personally reached out, listened to my concerns, and generously invited us back. We returned for Father's Day with my dad and father-in-law, and the experience was a complete turnaround. The service was outstanding, our waiter was attentive and friendly, everything ran smoothly, and the food was absolutely top tier!! And please at least watch other people ordering the Churros dessert, they really put on a show for you with fire! Our servers were attentive despite our big group. The place is huge! The food was good. However, the prices are ridiculous for what you get in the way of courteous service. You get two waiters; one waiter was amazing, hence the 3 stars. The other waiter (a big guy with a beard), was a Diosa in his head. The attitude was something we could do without. It's not only a privilege for me to be there, but it should be as much a privilege for your business to have a customer- crazy how often this point is missed at restaurants. I really wanted to enjoy my experience at Diosa because the food was actually pretty good. Unfortunately, the service completely overshadowed the meal. When it came time to pay, our server, Victor, made splitting the bill unnecessarily confusing. There were three of us, and we had ordered happy hour items. He told us we couldn't simply pay for what each person ordered. Instead, he said we either had to split the bill evenly or assign custom dollar amounts to each card. We chose the second option and clearly wrote down exactly how much should be charged to each card. The next day, my friend discovered he had been charged $86 instead of $36, an extra $50 that should never have been charged. He called the restaurant as soon as they opened to get it resolved, but instead of helping, he was told the payment hadn't processed on their end even though it had already posted to his bank account. This was several days after our visit. Rather than correcting the mistake, they asked him to wait another day while they "looked into it" and said they would call him back. Mistakes happen, but what really disappointed us was how the situation was handled. There was little urgency, accountability, or effort to make things right, which left a very poor impression. The food was decent, but customer service is just as important as the meal. Because of this experience, I can't recommend and won't be returning. read more

Gave Diosa a 2nd chance & im SO glad that I did. Let me start by reiterating that the food is Delish! It was my bestie first time eating there and she thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I will start off saying that this restaurant hit on all points, 5 stars for the food, service, ambience, energy, and cleanliness. I was feelin the vibe, with the candles, purple lit booths, and massive center bar. Our host, Juan, took real good care of us. He was attentive, funny, with great energy. We ordered the jumbo shrimp taquitos, lobster ceviche, shrimp enchiladas, and fajita trio. For drinks, I ordered the guava lavender margarita. It was so delicious, my husband, who doesn't really drink, drank most of it' so we ordered another one. Such a great time, we didn't want to leave They do weddings and parties. The only thing missing was a live band, but it didn't really need it because the music was good and just loud enough where you could still carry on a conversation. We will return sooner than later! Fancy, pretty place- I loved 1 of the drinks tho I didn't feel that the whole shot of alcohol was in the drinks,($50 for 2 drinks) I walked in sat at bar was not schooled for 13 minutes place was not busy maybe 4 other people. Once my drink was ordered and delivered ,bar tender brought a little lamp to the table that should have been out while I was looking at menu!! I was disappointed with service- ended up eating next door instead because of service. On another note parked valet the gentleman asked me to turn my truck around so he can park it, charge was $10 no signs come to find out the valet is for the whole plaza not just Diosa . They have delicious food and blah blah blah so here we go I decided to order a whiskey sour and a Paloma. My whiskey sour was made twice because the bartender forgot to ask me if I want the egg of course I want it. It's a part of that cocktail.. He brought me the cocktail again, but it was looking really weird and the taste was not really nice and smooth. He offered me to make it again and I'll say no at that point I was really super mega disappointed we had to order food and I decided to cancel it. Imagine the drinks were like that I cannot imagine how the food was gonna be parking situation is really good. You can find parking easy. The team of the establishment seem to be also very top of the game. They're really nice but the drinks are not. They really need a beverage director especially for the bar. What a sadness for my heart that this place has a full bar but not a great cocktails and come back maybe 3 to 6 months to see how they doing again and I'll probably update my review. read more

We came here to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and it ended up being such a special night for us! From the moment we walked in, the ambience was just what we wanted. Classy, cozy, the lighting was just right, and the music set such a calm, chill vibe. It felt like the perfect place to finally have a real date night again after having our second baby.
