Admittedly it's a quick stop, so i haven't tried all of their offering. Tried the chocolate milk tea -- and idea i've never heard before. I ordered normal sugar and normal ice, and they have the right amount of sweetness. Oftentimes i had to opt for less sugar, but they have it right on normal. Maybe because the boba is not very sweet like most places. I don't know whether i'd do another order for chocolate milk tea though, they somehow doesn't feel 'boba'-esque if you get what i mean. Boba Indeed has been the best spot to study and enjoy great affordable drinks. I have been coming to this spot for months now and have enjoyed diving into their selections of drinks. No matter what I order whether it's a frappe, matcha, milk tea, slushes, or even their unique and delicious creations the service is SO FAST. When it's not too busy I have ordered a Thai Milk Tea and before I decided where I wanted to sit my order was being called up. Whenever I see Mont or Bella working I know I'm going to have any question of mine answer so sweetly and my order prepared so quickly. Recently they've made great renovations to the establishment. The sitting area outside has these cute chairs and is well shaded and makes for a relaxing spot to study and talk to friends. Their music plays classic hits from the 2000s that gives such a nostalgic vibe to the entire place and I return weekly if I ever need a place to focus on my studies and online classes. I have tried every lemonade at Boba Indeed and it has been such a refreshing order during this hot L.A. Summer. My favorite creation is the Up All Night as it's their espresso frappe topped with whip cream, chocolate chips, and coffee jelly that really settles my coffee cravings. Came here on a lunch break with the ladies, we all ordered a smoothie and a selection of their sides, the popcorn chicken is a must, so juicy (thigh meat) and the coating is light and crispy. The gyoza, is also very tasty, nice and crispy on one side and soft on the other, so good! The calamari, did have a fishy taste and was rubbery, not my fav, it was crispy from the coating, but would not do it again. The mozzarella sticks looked promising, but the cheese pull was not present, and the coating lacked seasoning. The smoothies were outstanding, glad I made it a large. There is plenty of parking, so that wasn't an issue. I love the overall aesthetics of the shop. It is pretty clean and has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I might even say that it would be a good place to study/work. You are able to order from a self-service kiosk or with a person if you'd like. Like that there is a fast boba shop in Downey area. It was hot this summer and why not get some tea drinks to go. So the place is right next to McDonalds so got to make sure you make a quick turn or you will have to loop around the street neighborhood. Space is small but they got the front street entrance which isn't hard to miss. I ordered three drinks and the hostess was really helpful and jovial. I got the passion fruit blended ice tea with boba and crystal boba in SUPER SIZE, and my bf got the piña colada with boba and rainbow jelly in a regular size. Flavors of both were true to what we ordered and hit the spot, but what I loved is the supersize cup FIT in my regular-sized cup holder!!!! Most super or extra-large boba cups don't normally fit the cup holder making driving a cold-handed experience. Boba Indeed cups give your hand a little cold break.
