Have always driven by and finally decided to try this place! They make the best use of their space with the interior design. There's some barstool seating and a smaller table allowing customers to hang out. They have a tv running music videos and offer free WiFi! Aside from the drinks, they have macarons filled with ice cream and other snacks such as pocky for purchase. I ordered the passion paradise fruit tea with honey boba and a matcha macaron. I was so pleased by the freshness of the boba and the drink was just the right amount of sweet. The macaron was yummy; I would recommend waiting a minute or two for the ice cream to soften before eating. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was I didn't notice any restroom available to customers. read more

Been coming here since forever and hands down the best tasting Boba. The service is well above average not Amazing but definitely above most others with zero complaints. Amazing service would involve having the staff be cheerful and extra welcoming and maybe offer to help choose a drink at the start of the transaction. But again they are very friendly and very prompt with the drinks so well done. My daughters are extremely picky with Boba and we drive up to 25 miles to come here on a drop of a hat. That says something delicious. The first time i heard of Boba was here back in the day and still 20 years later they taste amazing here and we have been to all the best in the OC. read more

It wasn't that bad. I was craving some Thai tea. Most places were closed. This spot was open. Downside is they mix the Thai tea with sugar already. I don't like that but whatever. The taste was ok. Too sweet for me. But what really disappointed me was the price. $6.25 for a regular Thai tea? Yea, definitely not coming back. No boba or other toppings. This is the most expensive boba shop I've been too. I'll pass. I'd give 2 stars but I'm not a hater. Service was good. I was the only one in there. Why is that? The place was cozy, yet the menu was small, not on the wall but in front of the cashier, and it was hard to see when someone ordered a beverage. Maybe a bit too sweet, but the boba was chewy and consistent down to the last tapioca pearl. The house milk tea (regular=$4.25) with strawberry popping boba was disappointingly bland. I saw this place in the corner of a strip mall and was immediately impressed by how charming, and welcoming it looked. Coming inside; - the atmosphere is pleasant and the temperature is comfortable. Cute bench areas with pillows to sit down on; & a huge varietey of coffees, teas, smoothies, and boba to choose from. However ; this place needs some TLC. The ceiling tiles are obviously leaking ; apparently water damage. The floors need a mop; badly, and there are no restrooms. I was also astonished by the prices! Especially since they are supposed to be catering to families & the nearby school crowd. $3.85 plus tax for a single macaroon is ridiculous. Also, there are no wall outlets to charge your phones. My smoothie was great, and the customer service was superb; don't get me wrong! But owners Please Please Please fix these simple issues; these changes can be made in a few hours time. I tried contacting the store's phone multiple times but they never answered over the course of a couple of days. I usually don't give reviews but this is my entire outlook! when did this place get so expensive? I went in early this morning and it's close to 7 dollars for a drink! Not even a grande at Starbucks is that much. Not to mention the portioning the boba is 7 dollars for a regular I don't even want to know how much it would be for a large?? Boba loca... what can I say. I've been coming here for maybe a decade? I think the drinks are pretty good, I love the mint chocolate chip milk shake. I think there's better milk teas out there but I mean this place is just pretty standard boba place. If it weren't for the mint chocolate chip shake I would not be coming here anymore.... I don't know what it is, I'm not sure if the owners are complete cheapos? but every time I come here I consistently see one girl struggling to make ALL thr drinks, take orders, make the boba with a line out the door.. and I have to witness the poor workers struggling to complete orders why customers get impatient and be rude to her.. ugh it's just like do you guys care more about the business aspect of things? When I first started coming of boba loca in like 09, the owner was always there and it's like if (she's around here anymore ) she can't come or can't have I duno maybe more than two workers on a Sunday? I really think this place needs to get their priorities straight... seriously, one person to make the drinks? I mean I'm sure it's more complex issue than that on their side but every time I come it's like this... Also they rid of their stamp card/reward system. Yelped the nearest boba spot while we were driving from LA to SD, and this was the place!! I ordered the mocha frap with boba. Honestly, it was nothing spectacular. It was a bit watery and the boba was pretty hard. Maybe my boba expectations are really high since I've had the Best in HI..
