I've been driving by this place for two years, saying "I have to stop by here"-- finally did it! Whoever designed this place is phenomenal! Before you even walk inside, they have the cutest telephone booth outside for photo op! We walked in and were greeted by the sweetest employee who told us we could sit wherever we wanted. My daughter chose to sit by the hanging flowers-- but no matter what table you sit at, there's a photo op and beautiful decorations everywhere!! To make it better, the hallway to the bathroom has super cool photo ops and the bathroom is even decorated! Every single drink has flowers or a cute accessory, not just the alcoholic drinks-- so every single person can feel boujee! The food was absolutely delicious!! Normally with places like this, you get the glitz and the glam but quality of food hits rock bottom-- NOT HERE!! We celebrated my mom's birthday and it was such a memorable experience! I was an attendee of a birthday lunch. I personally have worked in the service industry for years, and I hate complaining because I know how much work goes into being a server and the daily operations of running a restaurant. With that being said.... you were grossly under staffed for our party of 16 that had a reservation. So it wasn't a surprise, and therefore had plenty of time to be prepared. That was a management failure . You had one server for the entire restaurant In addition to that she was also the Bartender. Seriously.... You literally set yourself up for failure. Food not only came out wrong, but cold ‍. In no way shape or form was the gratuity that was added warranted. Shocking really that it was even added. Then we get accused of having financial problems for our cards not processing properly. Comical and classless . I had to go outside 3 times in order for my service to work for Apple Pay. You were apologetic and understood our complaints, but since our grievances were put publicly you've decided to respond in such a low way. Pathetic really.... Excellent food, drinks and service. Our server was a male that was super kind, we came on a Tuesday morning and there was no wait and the food was fairly speedy. Lots of pictures opportunities, especially near the bathroom. Nice spot to take the girlies to brunch. Most spots that are decorated like this usually have poor food, but their food has large portions and good quality. The red chilaquiles were spicy, and the steak was zesty. I loved my side of potatoes, and my pancakes were delicious. So were the eggs and bacon. I think people expect an extreme Latino vibe, which isn't necessarily far from what this place offers but it's also French themed, so keep that in mind. The wait was very long to get our food. I think it was more than one hour. When we arrived they seemed frazzled by the size of our party. We had a few kids. They need to get more creative with table arrangements to accommodate different parties. The food was good. I think it has potential but they have to improve their service. I checked my receipt a few days later and I noticed they charged me for 2 extra omelettes. This is an extra charge of $30+. I called them and they're supposed to review and correct. I had written this review before noticing the overcharge. Check your receipt. I'm still trying to sort this out because they don't have a way to correct these mistakes. They offered to Zelle me but I don't use Zelle. I was shocked that a business can't just issue a refund for an overcharge. I had to call my bank and they're still working on it. The ambience is nice with cute decorations. It seems to attract families with kids. The menu has lots of sweet items. If they can improve their service and get better organized it's a nice concept. I don't live in the area and I don't see myself going out of my way to go again based on my overall experience. read more

Drinks looked nice, but they even charged us for bottled water without telling us ahead of time. I ordered the bacon breakfast burrito and specifically asked for no eggs and extra potatoes instead. It arrived full of eggs. When they brought a replacement, it was cold--like it came straight from the refrigerator--and the manager actually asked if I wanted it microwaved. At that point I just asked for toast and bacon instead, which came out totally dry with no butter or jam. Friends in our group also had missing items, like extra tortillas and chips that never arrived. Overall, the ambiance is nice but the food was disappointing and the service was absolutely horrible. Pros: Definitely a great ambiance, one thing I like about the place is the attention to detail especially the cute flowers with all the drinks as well as the cute cutlery, my mom lovedd the flowers and a woman at a table away from us seemed to really like them too. The toast to me looked and tasted like those Dave's killer grain bread you can get in the store, which isn't bad but at a restaurant like this I want something more elevated or maybe like a nice sourdough bread or something interesting on the side. One thing that threw me off was being charged for water, which I can afford lol but I've never been to a restaurant where I was charged and served bottled water you can get at like a gas station. My mom ordered the cafe coco which was actually really good in my opinion but for the price it came in this cute but really small teacup, like from those china sets, so I wished it would've been a little bit bigger like what your normally get at a restaurant. Rating this restaurant was very difficult to do because the spite of their outstanding ambience, so cute and girly perfect for a girls brunch, lunch or even just to get together . No seasoning at all the ceviche came out sweet which I'm not used to that I'm more used to a spicy type of ceviche. The drinks are also very pretty but not that tasty. I got the mimosa flight which was $35 pretty pricey And of course you can't go wrong with the mimosas so I'll give that a 9/10 but the margaritas a 6/10 it could be the tequila they're using, but it just wasn't my favorite. I've been here twice once when they first open, but I just came for their designer coffee. I would probably come back to try out their breakfast before I completely just say they need a new Chef Lol but overall the tea party was a success. The venue was perfect.
