I don't think they have an online option. Typically, they have lots of availability so call after 10am. Make an appointment. If they don't have one they do accommodate walk ins. They don't allow people less than 13 yrs of age. Good luck

I called and checked for availability ahead of time. I showed the front desk liaison 3 different designs. I communicated I'd want the least inexpensive one and I don't want nail art on each finger. They assured me the design would range from $35 or less especially since I'm not getting nail art on each finger. This seamed reasonable, but my friend and I left feeling SCAMMED. My friend and I's price both ended up being $110 (not including a tip). Which is outrageous because she got a different design on each finger!! I got chrome/cat eye and 1 or 2 stars on 4 nails total. They kept us past closing time, which is why we did not take the time to argue. Although, even two weeks later I look at my nails every day and I think..... my nails were not worth $110. The stars are smeared and it will never be worth $110. In the past, I've never paid more than $85 at this salon for gel-x (no take off) with a simple design. I even checked online to verify design minimum and maximum price ranges. At most, I should have paid $90. My friend got an acrylic fill with a design and she also feels like she over paid with how inconsistent the line work is and.. IT WAS A FILL. I've recommended lots of friends here in the past, but it seems like they are kind to you so they can secretly increase the price. My friends that ended up going here, shared with me they will not go back because the pricing isn't fair. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you're comfortable paying $110 minimum for anything nail related. What would have been better is communicating and itemizing why a design is at a certain price point. From what I see online pricing, I should have paid: $65 new gel-x (no take off) + $15 cat-eye + $10 1-2 stars on 4 fingers = $90 Where did the extra $20 come from??? I get this economy is different now, but I tipped $15 too. If I'm paying $125 for nails, the design should have reflected that. AND JUST TO CLARIFY THE MANAGER'S RESPONSE: NO ONE PAID $99!!!!!!! This response is a representation of their lack of accountability. This was my experience and Yelp allows you voice out about that.

I explained I had to get to work and that I had already paid full price and tipped $10 just two days prior--I simply needed the repair done. When she finally helped me, the fix felt rushed and careless. She layered on a thick amount of gel, tapped it briefly with a file, and said "OK" without any real care or attention. This was my third time visiting, and unfortunately it will be my last. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service is disappointing. I expected better treatment, especially as a returning customer.

Little kids paint their nails with regular polish and it doesn't mess up their regular nail. My nails are all white now I think from them buffing to hard or fungus and they tried to blame the nail polish!!! I hope it's not fungus. Anyway I will be trying to take care of my natural nail to get it healthy again and won't be back for a while and if I do I won't let them buff hard again . Again..this is not gel or acrylic .

The technicians are all considerate and proficient at their work, but new owner/manager Lauren is not only disorganized and incompetent, but blatantly RACIST as well. Pre-paid $108 for "VIP" mani/pedi for my Mom as a present. Lauren asked if I wanted gift card to present to my Mom. I made the grievous error of saying yes. My Mom brought her receipt as proof-of-payment and Lauren then demanded her souvenir gift certificate as well! I told Lauren that a simple act of organization, such as simply dating gift certificates, would save much embarrassment and inconvenience. Her response: abject silence. The same abject silence was extended to an ostensibly patronizing family, also black, who visited the salon shortly thereafter and were ignored by Lauren to the point where the husband returned from his errands, collected his family, and took their patronage elsewhere. Overall, NOT a good experience thanks to store management/ownership. read more

I came in for a new gel extension set and spent over 2 hours getting the run around and sitting at the table, while the only nail tech (that could do gel extensions) was tending to other customers in the middle of my session. She accepted two pedicures while I sat there waiting for her to finish my set, which resulted in her rushing through the process and applying my nails poorly - crooked nail, wrong sizes, nails not fully covered, in addition to lack of service. I wish I had said something in person or walked out, but I couldn't get myself to do it. I felt bad because while all this was happening, three girls walked in with an appointment and they had to wait until I was done (at least another 30 min). So to the person running this place, please do not say you can take an appointment when you clearly don't have the capacity.

I didn't make an appointment, but it seems like appointments are preferred. When I walked in, the place wasn't crowded at all. There was only one other person being serviced, and another client came in while I was there, so it made for a calm and relaxed experience. Dao did my nails and she did a great job. She was attentive, gentle, and made sure everything looked neat and clean. The salon itself was very clean, which I always appreciate. It's not a super upscale nail salon, but honestly it's a solid, basic spot and that's all I really need sometimes. One thing to note is the parking lot is small, so there isn't a ton of parking available, but it was manageable when I went. It was a good experience and I would come back.
