I have only been to the location on Simond and I can tell you it is absolutely spectacular. The couple of times I have been, I have lucked out with parking and didn't have to worry about running out of time. I love, love, love that this it is inclusive and LGBTQ-friendly. I'm so glad I finally found this adorable Mueller spot! Some tables if you want to stay and eat in. Street cafe vibes in the best way possible. Would be a great spot for coffee and fresh pastries with a friend. It's a scratch bakery with tons of options. Everything looked so good that I was glad I didn't go too hungry. I had a banana chocolate chip muffin and it was delicious. Just the right amount of moist but still fluffy. My friend had a kolache, which he greatly enjoyed. Looked like they had some gluten-free options. The service was super fast! Not too busy when we went in on a Sunday morning after hitting the farmers market. I was surprised it wasn't busier. I visited Lady Quack's cakery this morning after a walk around the lake in Mueller. I had a regular coffee with pumpkin bread. The store is bright and inviting, with many pastry options for vegans. There is a reasonably large outdoor seating area to bring your kids and pets to. I found the coffee to be average but the pumpkin bread was quite moist. Lady Quack's Cakery is found within the Mueller area! It has a good location and the general ambiance is clean and bright with natural lighting. There's somewhat limited seating, but you can also take things to-go and sit outside by the lake since it's so close. Service was pretty fast. When we went, there were also coloring pages and board games/card games (my friend and I played a few rounds of Taboo) which were a nice touch. Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin (4/5), Chocolate Croissant (3.5/5) - The muffin was nice and dense, cream cheese in the center paired well with the overall pumpkin flavor - Chocolate croissant was appropriately flaky, but we felt like it didn't have enough chocolate. It tasted standard, not anything too special. Overall I'm glad I got to try out Lady Quack's Cakery, but probably won't be back anytime soon since there are so many other bakeries in Austin! read more

I stopped by here on a Wednesday afternoon while being in the area. They have a terrific selection of pastries and delicious looking cakes and cookies. The interior is also adorable and well decorated, and the barista was super friendly and accommodating. I had a hard time deciding on a pastry since they all looked so good! I ended up choosing a vegan chocolate peppermint muffin which I believe is seasonal. It had a nice crunch to the top and was soft on the inside. Not too sweet too--perfect flavor. The vanilla iced latte I got was creamy and a good consistency. It also was well balanced. I definitely felt a burst of energy after drinking it midday, so the caffeine shot was much needed. Stopped here after lunch to get something sweet. Got the s'more cup. It's very similar to a Reese cup but with marshmallow filling and graham cracker bottom covered in chocolate. It was great and very sweet. I only had half and saved the other half for another day. Service was friendly and nice. The bakery has a few tables for dine-in and to enjoy your drink and chat with a friend. Tom of display cases to show off all their amazing pastries. If you plan on coming here, one thing you need to know, is that you'll be feeding the sidewalk kiosk for the time you spend parking in the street. This place seems to better serve the thousands of apartment dwellers in the immediate area due to its location. Once inside, you can choose one of six small tables to sit at or there's far more seating outdoors. They have some games and books to occupy your time by the door. I suggest you get here in the morning, because by the early afternoon it's slim pickins inside the cases. To be honest, many of the cupcakes seem to be pretty small in size and the peanut butter cookie we got for $3 was something I would never get again. It was surprisingly easy to find street parking when we went, and we were able to quickly order our slices of cake. They went above and beyond with the cakes for my clients. The 3 tiered wedding cake and grooms cake were perfect. The baker even decorated the cake with our flowers and it looked better than the reference photo. With plenty of baked goods to choose from and unique coffee recipes, I was delighted to have stumbled into this shop. The staff was kind and chipper and the atmosphere was bright and pastel. They have books for adults and children to borrow from their library and a drink station where you can dispose of plastic cups and silverware as well. Their almond croissant wasn't as buttery as some others I've tried but the almond paste flavor was nice. Accidentally found this place while we were at Mueller park and it was amazing. I was craving some cupcakes and they delivered. We got the cheesecake and red velvet mini cupcake and both tasted delicious, the crust of the cheesecake one tasted different and was richer and almost toffee like. Sunday morning I went in to this bakery and normally it's great service. Today however a tall woman with dark frame glasses Took my order at the counter. I asked her if she could add Splenda to my coffee and she rolled her eyes and told me there's a counter with Splenda. I explained that I'm disabled. It's obvious but see didn't seem to notice. Then she told me to go around the counter and get my coffee. I couldn't reach it so I asked her to come around the counter and she held out the coffee and dropped it on my lap spilling it all over my jeans.
