this was a really spontaneous breakfast stop with a friend. i always appreciate when places have…read moresolid vegetarian options, and this spot had quite a few that caught my eye. despite all the savory options, i ended up settling for an acai bowl, which was so fresh and delicious, i was glad i chose it. it was light but still really satisfying, and it hit the spot perfectly. parking was pretty easy, the staff was nice, and there's a cute little courtyard you can sit in to enjoy your meal. the courtyard added to the relaxing morning vibe while we hung out and chatted. i've only popped by the one time so i can't necessarily rave about it, but i could definitely see myself stopping by again sometime!

I could put them in the oven for a little bit or in the microwave without the aluminum... But there was a lot of thought. What I appreciated just as much as the food was the wonderful customer service. Due to an unexpected delay with work, I wasn't able to pick up my order at the scheduled time, but the team was incredibly kind and accommodating despite my very late arrival. I had a conversation with I think the manager who was very very kind and explained to me his process. I've been to this establishment before so I was happy to order again. At the brunch many of the girls were already familiar with this establishment but did not know that they could order catering service services, and the ones who were not familiar seemed very interested so there might be future customers down the line! It's always a pleasure to support a business that not only serves delicious food but also genuinely cares about its customers. Thank you to the entire team for helping make our celebration a success! The outdoor area has a good amount of shades spots that block the sun and its heat. The coffee menu is unique and delicious. The drinks are really well thought out. They have a few syrups made in-house. I tried their pistachio latte and it was perfection. It has little pieces of pistachio in it and so every sip has a bit of it. I had the bulgogi panini and I wasn't sure what to expect but it surpassed anything I could imagine that panini would be. Whoever came out with this combo is a genius. You must try it! Overall, I will be back. Even though I live a bit far , this spot is totally worth the drive.

Below are some recommendations that may help enhance the dining experience and attract even more customers: Streamlining the Ordering Process: A common theme I've noticed in reviews is difficulty in finding tables after ordering. To improve the flow, I suggest implementing a system where patrons are seated first before placing their orders. This would help eliminate confusion and make the overall dining experience more seamless. Soup of the Day: Consider adding a rotating "Soup of the Day" to the menu. Options such as a cheese & bacon soup, clam chowder, butternut squash soup, tomato soup, etc. would be a great addition? Offering these soups as part of a combo with an entree could entice more patrons. Enhancing Dinner Service: It seems that Kitch Cafe may have scaled back dinner service, as I have noticed the dinner crowd hasn't been as strong as the brunch crowd. However, if they decide to reintroduce dinner service, it could be beneficial to offer an exclusive selection of beers and wines, paired with a wider variety of pizzas. Additionally, introducing more dim lighting to match the nighttime vibe would enhance the ambiance. With the popularity Kitch Café has gained on social media, I decided to visit and see what it had to offer. Breakfast Burrito 2/5 The breakfast burrito was basic and lacked any standout qualities. The pico de gallo inside made it overly wet, which made it messy to eat. The flavor was bland overall and I would not order it again. Nutella Soufflé Pancakes 2/5 Within minutes, the Nutella cream had melted completely from the heat of the pancakes, leaving me with plain soufflé pancakes in a pool of melted cream and soggy Oreos. This was disappointing. For soufflé pancakes, I would recommend visiting another café where the cream maintains its texture throughout the meal. Service 2/5 No staff member checked in on our table after delivering our food. Three different servers passed by multiple times without stopping to ask how our meal was or whether we needed anything. We eventually had to flag someone down for small requests. The employee at the register, however, was friendly and welcoming. Ambiance 4/5 The café has a charming and inviting interior. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available, as well as two public restrooms. The space includes bar seating and booths. The color scheme is warm and comforting, creating a pleasant atmosphere. We had the shashouka, which was rich, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. The toast that it came with was perfectly crusty and soft, making it ideal for dipping into the shashouka. The Kitch avocado toast was another highlight, elevated by the spicy pickled cucumber and tomato that added a fantastic kick, think Asian twist on a traditional avocado toast. We also enjoyed the veggie avocado omelette, packed with fresh ingredients and cooked perfectly moist and not dry. The matcha soufflé pancakes was fluffy, light, and airy, with just the right amount of matcha flavor. Seriously, they melt in your mouth. We've been to Kitch Cafe twice now, and both visits have been very positive experiences. The cafe has a welcoming atmosphere, the customer service is wonderful, and the location itself is a great place to spend some time. The surrounding shopping center is beautiful, so it's nice to grab a meal or coffee and then take a walk around afterward. On this visit, we ordered the Loco Moco Skillet. The food was good and nicely presented, although I found it to be a little on the bland side. The dish comes with a generous amount of gravy, so if you're not a fan of gravy, this probably isn't the dish for you. That said, the overall flavors were enjoyable, and I'd be interested in trying some of the other options on the menu next time. The latte was also good, and the service really stood out. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the experience feel welcoming. I'm especially curious to try the Brisket Burrito on my next visit. It wasn't what we ordered this time, but it caught my attention, and hopefully it will be a great choice. Overall, Kitch Cafe is a place I would happily return to. I came across this café on TikTok and decided to check it out with a friend. The staff was friendly and attentive in clearing tables, which was a plus. I understand they're a relatively new spot still finding their footing, but I was disappointed with the limited availability of menu items. I first tried to order a matcha--unavailable. No problem, I asked for a cold brew--also unavailable. At that point, I just asked what they did have. I settled for an iced latte and requested almond milk, only to find out they didn't have that either. Given that we're in OC, where oat, almond, and soy milk are standard alternatives, this was a bit frustrating. As for the food, I ordered the flower tofu bowl, which was light and refreshing, but nothing exceptional. The soufflé pancakes, which I was most excited about, were much smaller than expected and unfortunately served cold. On top of that, the bathrooms weren't very clean, which was off-putting. Galbi Benedict: The entire dish--from the English muffin to the meat and sauce--was served cold. The hashbrowns were limp, soggy, and clearly left sitting for too long. We asked for a replacement, but even then, the temperature was only slightly better. Burrito: While the flavor was decent, the experience was marred by a greasy tortilla that felt soggy rather than crisp. A quick pan grill could have made a world of difference. Ube French Toast: Calling this "ube" was an overstatement. The dish lacked any real ube flavor, save for a pale purple syrup lightly drizzled on top. First time here and for the most part, enjoyed it. It's a cute place with indoor and outdoor seating. The cashier was very friendly and welcomed us in right away. It's nice that you can also order at the table for dine in. My husband had the spicy pork belly tacos and gave it an 8.5/10. I had the brioche filled French toast and gave it a 7.5/10. The French toast was good. But, they definitely were not filled and not even close. The only filling I could see was the little dap that was on top of the bread. It would've gotten a better score with more filling. It really needs more. Our food was good. But the complaint we both had was the food and coffee was just warm, and not hot. We'd like to go back and try the eggs Benedict and soufflé pancakes. Hopefully, we can give it a 5 star review next time. read more

I was really excited to try this new brunch cafe, especially since it's Korean-owned, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to expectations. Maybe it's because they just opened, but the staff felt a bit unprepared and all over the place (정신없어). But, they were still very friendly and apologetic about everything. The biggest letdown was the wait time--our food took 45 minutes to arrive. On top of that, the portions were way smaller than expected for the price. I ordered a $16 omelette, thinking it would be a hearty, shareable dish, but it ended up being smaller than my hand. Left the cafe still hungry, which isn't exactly what you want from a brunch spot. I visited Kitch Cafe in Fullerton today (1/17 around @2)for lunch with my daughter and grandchild, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The wait time was extremely long, and the food was not worth the wait at all. I ordered the Galbi jjim eggs Benedict, and it was poorly executed. The galbi meat was overly salty, the bread was soggy, and the dish felt heavy and unbalanced. The hash browns were the biggest letdown -- tough, chewy, and tasted like they had been sitting out for a long time. Overall, the food lacked freshness and flavor, and combined with the long wait, it made for a very unpleasant brunch experience. Sadly, this is not a place I would return to or recommend. read more

I was very disappointed with my experience here. First, I found it unreasonable that I was expected to pay for the meal and add a tip before receiving any service. Second, the food quality was extremely poor. The home fries were so salty that they were literally inedible, and the pork belly was extremely dry. I also ordered the steak and eggs, and the steak was tough and had the texture and taste of beef jerky. The coffee was just average. Lastly, the service consisted only of the food being dropped off at the table, with little to no engagement or hospitality. For the price I paid, I expected a much better meal and overall experience. First we fell in love with their Dubai chocolate covered strawberries, we began returning on the regular for those until they quickly stopped selling them. On a whim having no access to the strawberries, instead of leaving empty handed we decided to try the bingsoo - it was some of the best we'd had in the area. It's now been our 4th and final attempt to return for more and each time they tell us they are out or don't have enough staff or "it's not available". We're tired of arriving only to find our reasons for showing up are unavailable - so I think this was our last attempt. Maybe we'll pop in for a donut (they are good, but not what we travel for), but otherwise I think our days looking forward to Mama Chai's are at an end.

You can actually taste the coffee. However I did wait a long time for my order, one of the baristas took my order before actually ordering my drink but 2-3 people that came after me got my order first. I mentioned it to them and they made it right away.
