I initially came here as a last minute walk-in. With small children and a full time job 2 hours away, it's hard to book in advance. (When busy, the wait time can be a little long. ) I had a full set done by Michelle. She is AMAZING! Although, it takes around 2 hours, she is a perfectionist and does them better than anyone else has ever done. I've been all over Orange County, Riverside and San Bernardino counties and she has been the best, BY FAR!! They have a small selection of gel colors. Wish there was more variety but overall, I always walk out with gorgeous nails that I'm happy with. read more

Worst experience I have ever had. My pedicure was literally 15 minutes. I was rushed because she screwed up and forgot she had an appt. I will NEVER go back. I was charged regular price for half the time. What a joke. I give ZERO STARS. read more

Great place! They are always so kind and polite. Very nice ladies here. I've been in many times and tote 1, 2, or 3 daughters with me without appointments. They treat us all so great and are always happy to serve us! Decided to try out Kim's nails because it's the closest shop to my house. Went on a Saturday morning around 930 after I got off work. Glad I went so early because it started picking up right after I got in there. Didn't catch the woman's name who did my gel manicure but she was nice and did a good job. I'm not the type of person that will write a review, but this time I'm taking the time to advise everyone of the BAD service. I got a regular new set of nails they were so ugly short and bulky, I was there over 2 hrs after I ask about how long it will take to get them done and they said 45 minutes! I had to go back next day to get one nail fixed because it was horrible! And the lady made me wait 30 minutes when I ask her if she can do it, she said no I'm busy, went to the spa chair and start doing her own pedi....Long story short my new set came off in less than 2 weeks! I went in yesterday after a long day of work and asked for a pedicure and then paid more for a longer foot massage. The pedicure was half done and then she fell asleep while doing my massage. She slept with her hand resting on my foot. I had to keep moving just to wake her up! NU, that's who did it. And that's the second time it's happened. I won't be going back! read more

This place is absolutely terrible. My Wife went there to get her eyebrows waxed. As she walked in they were not even busy. One of the lady's told her they will be ready for her in 10 minutes, my wife said she would be back in a few minutes. so my Wife and I went across the street to stater bros for not even 10 minutes. Visited from the Fresno area and thought i'd get my nails done, let's make this long story short. As soon as we walked in my mom said hi to the owner or manager who knows she was rude and snobby to my mom but as soon as locals who she recognized came in she was smiley and nice. When I sat down the lady had me choose my color and when I finally did she kept getting up to go eat or drink. When she finally started my nails she made me bleed and didn't realize it until the end and didn't say sorry but fake laughed. When she was done taking an hour for a regular gel nail set ( no acrylic ) and put my hand in the thing to dry them the light in there dropped and ruined my nail and she got mad at me and blamed it on me lol. I visit the Riverside area a lot to visit family so now I know this is the nail salon I won't be going to. I still tipped her because I work in the restaurant industry and I know how it is to be stiffed ( not tipped ) and some people's bills are paid off this, but at the end of the day if you're going to have a job, know how to do it. :) read more

If you don't mind CONSTANT FOREIGN language while getting your nails done this is the place for you. They do o.k. work but forget a relaxing massage as all you will hear is constant talking back and forth in a foreign language. And if you make an appointment they usually run behind but if you arrive 5 minutes late and they happen to run on time which doesn't hardly ever happen they act like you have messed up their schedule. All in all if they would stop chattering constantly it would be a MUCH BETTER place to get your nails done. read more

Bad experience! Had a mani &pedi this weekend. My pedicure nail color was not fully coated. My gel manicure started chipping within an hour from leaving the salon!!!! The lady took over 2.5 hours to get both done even when there was no waiting time!! I was charged a $1 for using a debit card. The excessive use of their foreign language gave me a headache (no offense)!!! A salon is supposed to allow you to relax not feel annoyed! I will never return to this location again. read more

NEVER EVER again will I go back. the lady took most of my hair off, I have never had my eyebrows so thin in my life...and she kept on telling me it look better it look better. Went in for French gel manicure. Price $30. Reasonable for the service. But I did not receive the hand massage or and lotion on my hands and for arms. They were quite busy and I was rushed out. I gave the girl $40 and asked for change. She brought me two 5 dollar bills, assuming I was going to give her a $5 tip. Normally that is what I tip for a FULL gel manicure, but she did not finish. This place to be honest isn't bad but its a bit pricey. I go to get a cleaning on my toes. Since I'm a guy i get judged a lot but this place not at all. Very loving and caring. Just ask for lily. She is the best. Hope your experience is as good as mine. This place is recommended. read more
