We went there at 4:30. They were busy and said to come back at 6. The owner was very insistent that we show up at 6. We got there at 5:50. After waiting til 6:30 we were seated and they started working on my daughter's full set. She showed the lady the picture of black French tip with a gold stripe. I thought my daughter changed her mind when I saw the white French tip with gold stripe. My daughter has had her nails done often for school events and special occasions aa she is a senior in high school. She has never experienced pain as she did this time getting a full set, so she was afraid to speak up when the technician said she was done. The technician had repeated black French tip with gold stripe. My daughter thought she waa putting white under to make the black stand out. After leaving sometime after 8, she started crying. Been coming here for years, Natalie is so patient and kind everyone else always seem to be going through menopause their always in a bad mood. Their sanitary hygiene has gone way down. I really think they need to step up their game here because I don't see it going well. I read a few reviews before coming in, the majority of the bad ones were about the price. Allow me to be another one. I came in and asked for a full set. I had some gel polish on about half my nails (the rest had chipped or I'd peeled it off). When sanding off the old gel the technician didn't remove all the old polish. I didn't comment assuming it would be handled later on. After applying the acrylic tips I told her I wanted them cut short. She cut them all and I had to ask her to cut a few shorter. She never checked to make sure each hang matched each other. I then asked her to file them round. She filed them square and I had to ask again to make them rounder. They're not quite what I wanted but I felt I had to pick my battles. When she applied the color she did two coats of color and one coat of the top coat. I prefer a matte top coat so since she only did one coat of the matte top coat it's easy for me to see places she missed. I also see that she didn't coat the whole acrylic tip with color. All of these are things I have no problem overlooking normally. As the customer I have a responsibility of voicing my opinion more. But when all was said and done my totally was $45. That's easily $10-$15 more than any other salon I've been too for the exact same service. For almost 50% more than what I paid for my last manicure you better believe I expected something better. read more

Loann the owner is my go-to-person for nails and pedicures! I always get the "gel builder" and it typically last for a couple of weeks before I need a fill. Also, my 6 year old daughter will occasionally get a mani and they are so sweet with her! I usually call in advance and make an apt. I try to be considerate of her time, like she is with my time. I've never had to wait or had any issues. I read numerous comments that the staff is rude, I think it's just a language barrier, Loann and her staff mean well. I wanted to give this location a chance because it's minutes away from my home. Even after reading the reviews I went yesterday. One of my nails was left visibly shorter than the rest, some were left lumpy and others bubbled up. I decided to give them a 2nd chance today and went back asking them to redo them they said they'd redo the one that's shorter they sat me down but while doing so the lady sat down shaking her head as if complaining about redoing my nails. I ended up just getting up and driving to my regular nail salon that's further. I rather pay for a whole new set then to deal with that customer service. I definitely will not return here. read more

Worst pedicure I've ever had. Unsanitary and I have cuts on my toes from cuticle trimming. Callus scrub treatment was less than 15 seconds and this is my favorite part of a pedicure. Also each leg/foot was massaged for 1 minute while the gel light was on the other side. As soon as the gel light minute was up, my massage was over. As a mom, I don't get much free time to treat myself, so it was super disappointing to have the little time I get to myself, ruined because of such a bad experience. read more

Went here once and Tracy did a great job, I went back for a fill and wanted to use Tracy again to do my nails, but they said she went on "Vacation" so I had someone else do them and it was a terrible job. My nails turned black and the next day they started lifting and all the so called "gel" peeled off. Come to find out, they lied about Tracy being vacation and she is now working at a different place and they lie saying she is on long vacation. Luckily I found her!!! When she placed the hot towels on me she didn't allow them to cool. As soon as she finished the pedicure she handed me my things and basically walked me out; didn't allow for the nails to dry. Don't come here. Very quick and superficial job. If I wanted my toes to look like I painted them myself, I would have stayed home! Most importantly the woman cut my skin in several places and I bleed opening on the top of one toe. She did not acknowledge this but said my skin was "sensitive." She did not ask if I was happy with my service either. I asked for another coat of paint after the drying process. She had not even applied a clear coat the first time. I told her I wanted more paint on my big toe esp. because you could see the white defect through the paint. She had a rude tone telling me I wear my shoes too tight and why my toe was like this, as if I am not having my nails painted to cover this. Then blood from one cut got into the paint and I had to ask her to fix this too. She was going to leave it. Then she was rude when putting my sandals on, yelling "relax." Maybe just this person was having a bad day but this was not the service I expected. It is particularly disheartening to come to a nail salon and be maimed. read more

If I could leave no stars I would. I'm usually very forgiving of nail salons, however, I brought my mom to do dip powder since she likes it. I have my own business in gel manicures, but this place in particular was very uneducated in using dip powder. The lady kept insisting my mom get gel and I explained she needed something stronger. Therefore, over an hour later, my moms nails looked insanely sloppy and she had the dip powder all over her cuticles and backside of her nails.
