Nearly three decades later, this wonderful little restaurant continues to deliver some of my favorite breakfasts anywhere! Cinnamon's has built quite a reputation for its creative, tropical spin on traditional breakfast favorites. While their rotating specials are always tempting, some of their most spectacular creations are regular fixtures on the menu. And those pancakes! Oh, my goodness! On this visit, my wife and I decided to share three different items: a blueberry pancake, their signature Hawaiian Carrot Cake Pancake, and the Hawaiian Omelette with a side of fried rice. First, the pancakes. You can tell immediately that this isn't some ordinary boxed pancake mix. The batter has that wonderful homemade flavor and an incredibly light, fluffy texture.
