Do most people come here because there is an agreement with certain tours? That's how I ended up here LOL. Our tour guide for the day mentioned that their huli huli chicken was really popular and good, but I keep hearing things about SHRIMP trucks and Shrimp was literally in the Shrimp The Bomb name, so I went with a shrimp plate - the half half which was half shrimp scampi and spicy garlic shrimp. Food came out quickly, and the shrimps were mostly good. The noodles under were really bland as well as the rice. For the price, it wasn't really worth it for shrimp that didn't get me full plus a tasty slice of pineapple. The rice and noodles weren't great to me and it just didn't really fill me up. The spicy garlic shrimp had some good flavors, but I wished it was the really spicy kind to even out some of the blandness from the carbs.

Great food and portions . The service is very good, and line moves very quickly . Real authentic food

This was cold.. Had it been warm it wouldn't been better!

Island tour brought us here.. The shrimp tasted ok but entire plate was just lukewarm.. Chicken was the biggest rip off because it was literally a quarter piece of chicken, two scoops of plain rice and a couple pieces of lettuce for like $22.. Overall I wished I'd had a different option because the chicken portions and cold food left me feeling like they played us. But if you have to choose between the two, go with the shrimp because it was way tastier and came with rice and noodles..

So many great flavors! Stopped here on our Aloha Sunshine Tour. Definitely worth the stop, plus they are right next door to a souvenir shop, which had quality yet affordable options. Friendly options for those who with gluten and/or dairy allergies. Great service, lots of outdoor shaded seating. Lots of nice flavors. My family members enjoyed the shrimp meal. Enjoyed the chicken meal with a side of kimchi.

A great stop on your journey around the island. We stopped at this food truck on the north side of the island. We were on an island tour and this is one of the stops our driver takes his tour groups. He called ahead so we didn't have to wait for our food which was nice. There were lots of picnic tables for us to sit at and eat. They have two signature dishes. One is shrimp and the other chicken. Everyone really enjoyed their lunch. I took the opportunity to walk across the road and walk the beach.

It was so good that we got curious about the butter garlic shrimp and ended up going back the same day to grab another plate to take home. The butter garlic shrimp was just as good--rich, garlicky, and super satisfying. Overall, the shrimp tasted fresh, portions were solid, and both flavors delivered. Pho Vientiane...food truck extraordinaire…read more I admit that I'm a bit of a foodie and I'm always looking for new and tasty places to eat. I have even traveled abroad in anticipation of experiencing the local cuisine. I was originally introduced to the world of phở by a Vietnamese friend a lifetime ago. I have been exploring the variations of the iconic dish ever since. My favourite restaurant in the world is Vietnamese-owned and operated, back in Canada. While visiting the Islands, I only recently had occasion to spontaneously stop and try "Pho Vientiane," a long-time frozen-in-place food truck--secreted along the Kamehameha Hwy, Hauula - on Oahu's North Shore. I was more than pleasantly surprised by the quality and selection of Vietnamese street food this wonderful eatery was offering. The proprietors of this humble food truck were quintessentially customer service-focused. The menu options are impressively diverse, especially considering the size of the space in which they are stored and prepared. The service was impressively expedient, and the quality and generous size of the offerings were extraordinary. I was sufficiently impressed by Pho Vientiane to offer up five stars for the authentic tastes they offer. They are every bit as addictive as those I experienced when I visited South Vietnam - back in the day.
