The shrimp was good, though it was panko crusted, not tempura. The chicken was awful. The texture was flaccid and it had a gamey smell and taste to it though, in fairness, untrimmed poultry thighs have a similar taste and smell. It briefly ran through my brain that maybe they ran out of store-bought chicken and subbed feral chicken, it was that bad. The inside of the trailer was run down and incredibly cluttered and dirty.
