So when shopping at YES organic Hyattsville today, I was prepared to pass by the tres leches cake sample. But it looked so moist, I gave in. OMG, I am so glad that I did. Best! Cake! Ever! It is very moist & creamy. Best of all, it is not overly sweet, as many tres leches cakes can be. Put simply: perfectly balanced!! I ended up buying one, but I will head back to get a few more for tomorrow! :)

I understand that at the holidays it's probably hard to bake enough cookies to send at the same time but it's pretty unacceptable. The cookies were hard and dry enough to almost break a tooth.
