Chocolate shake and strawberry cheesecake shake

The ambiance is great. Love the decor however I have been here twice and there is just no flavor in the shakes. The concept is great but the shakes taste like sweet milk instead of what flavor you ordered. Service is a little slow and you don't actually talk to anyone that works there. You order on a machine and they call your name. Probably won't be back for a $14 pretty, but flavorless shake.

I'd like to start off by saying if I could give them 3.5 stars I would. The ambience is pretty cool when you walk in. Very instagram-able if that's what you're into. The prices are a little too high in my opinion. We came here as a family (family of 4) and spent a little over $60. For ICE CREAM!!! The ice cream treats were good, but not sure if I'd come back. Although their milkshakes do look like they'd be interesting. We all got the bubble waffles (Nutella) which were good, but I'd say not enough ice cream in it. I did like how they were warm and soft (the bubble waffle) and had a great flavor. My kids enjoyed their bubble waffles! They are big on anything sweet lol. The service was fine. Didn't have a bad experience. Overall, just not sure if it's worth the money. It's not bad tasting just a little too pricey.

So happy this place is open! What a fun experience for a date, out with friends, or as a family! The vibe is great with fun lighting, unconventional seating, interesting decor, and games to play while you enjoy your food. We came for dessert, but were pleasantly surprised to learn they offer lunch-type food, too. There were a few other groups of people in the restaurant, but our orders were still completed quickly. The milkshakes were very good! Well-blended and consistent across the multiple orders of our group. We will be back!

Love this place! Gave it a 4 stars because we have yet to try more than 3 things from their menu! Will be stopping by soon. Definitely a sweet experience! From the decor to the cup!

They are next level tasty. My fav main is the Steak & Eggs: homefries, 2 sunnyside eggs and toast. Lots of food and lots of flavor. Steak always comes as ordered (in my case med rare) and perfectly seasoned. Misc: atmosphere is a relaxed family vibe. We wanted a memorable place to mark the occasion and chose Showroom. I even noted both celebrations when making our reservation a week in advance. The hostess was friendly and kind, although clearer direction on where to wait would have helped. The front entrance was congested, and we felt like we were in everyone's way. Unfortunately, the service never matched the occasion. Our server never introduced themselves or acknowledged either celebration. They began taking orders without any engagement, and throughout the meal we were repeatedly unable to get their attention. I understand Sunday brunch is busy, but I work in a concierge-driven environment and was genuinely disappointed by the lack of hospitality. The food was mixed. The chicken and waffles and the omelet were good. My husband's steak was cold and the portion was very small. He ordered French fries but received unseasoned potatoes that lacked any flavor. My fish and chips were fine but also lacked seasoning, lemon, or any attention to detail. I specifically requested fries without Old Bay but received fries heavily coated in it. We also ordered a steak and eggs meal to go, which took about 30 minutes. When it was opened later, it contained only three small slices of steak. My brother-in-law genuinely thought he had been given someone's leftovers because the portion was so disappointing. My husband quietly paid the $300 bill while I still hoped someone might acknowledge the birthday or retirement with a simple mention, smile, or thank you. It never happened. We were never even offered a desert menu. We left without a goodbye or any acknowledgment from the staff. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe how we felt. We had many options in Frederick but chose Showroom because we expected a special experience. I could tell my family didn't want to complain because I had spoken so highly of the restaurant, but they were equally underwhelmed. Please do better.

It filled up fast, and there was a lively bar crowd, and also an engagement party celebration upstairs. All of the servers were so friendly, and happy to share their favorite dishes and beers, etc. We started with the wings, which were great, and then we had the house salad with salmon and the burger and fries. OK, I did not order the burger and fries, but my boyfriend did, and I ate half the fries on his plate, they were that good! Great, friendly, with generous pours for wine, and just a really friendly, great place with perfect food for a winter day. I wish I could find a place like this in Washington, DC.

The restaurant has a great vibe, and you can tell a lot of attention went into the design and overall atmosphere. The staff can be a bit hit or miss. Our servers have always been friendly and attentive, but the host has been a little off-putting on a couple of visits. The food is still very good, although I've noticed a slight decline in quality over my last two visits. That said, it hasn't been enough to keep me from coming back. Overall, it's a great restaurant and one I'd still recommend to anyone visiting or living in Frederick.

Our server was knowledgeable and professional. She welcomed us, explained the menu and quickly brought brought water and lemons for the water. She was fantastic throughout the meal and made our experience wonderful. We ordered French onion soup and a "special" of fried green tomatoes for our appetizers. Complimentary, fresh, warm, honey-wheat bread with both regular and cinnamon sugar butters, was brought to the table. The bread had a very nice texture. The French onion soup was very delicious and not too sweet! It was perfectly balanced. The fried green tomatoes were fresh and the breading was perfectly crispy. However the "seasoning" was in the mildly spicy remoulade, which was served on the side. We also ordered a broiled seafood platter with sides of broccoli and twice baked potato. The hubs ordered char-grilled pork chops, grilled asparagus, and potato au gratin. Everything was perfectly cooked and tasty. We really enjoyed everything. Regarding ambiance, the dining room looks a bit formal with its white table cloth and dim lighting. However, everyone dressed casually - jeans, shorts, etc. This made for a very relaxed atmosphere. But..... Ultimately, and in spite of all the good, I will deduct one star simply because I believe the entire menu is overpriced.

During our trip in July 2026, we walked in and was immediately greeted by the hostess, Rylan. She seemed a little flustered about not having a supply of fresh silverware for give to us, and we had to wait for them to bring her more. She was apologetic for the wait and seemed genuinely embarrassed, but we assured her that it was ok and it wasn't her fault. Once we were seated we were greeted by our waiter, Jose. This guy was a rock-star! Customer service was top-notch, and he was extremely friendly. I ordered a plate of Loaded Cheese Fries to share with my son, as we weren't very hungry. When the food was brought to our table it was hot and delicious, but the fries cooled down fast and became stale-feeling. But, to be fair, I suppose that's what happens when you load refrigerated dairy producted on top of hot fries! The men's bathroom was very clean and well kept, and the booth seats were very soft and comfortable. Other than the fries cooling down way too quickly, I have zero complaints and would recommend this location to my friends and family!
