We intentionally declined dessert at the restaurant with the intention of visiting this cozy ice cream shop. The interior is very small and a line easily forms outside of the front door. We ordered butter pecan and caramel pistachio. I really enjoyed the creamy texture and the mild caramel flavor of my ice cream but the pistachios seemed a bit too soft. Nevertheless, overall I loved my choice. The hubs enjoyed his butter pecan but said that his socks weren't knocked off. He felt as if his ice cream texture was a bit off. I loved the relaxing vibe and community spirit. There was also a lovely variety of flavors, including a dairy-free option. They also give away free fast-acting "Lactaid"-type tablets. I would definitely return!

There was only one employee working when we visited, but he handled everything with a great attitude. He was friendly, polite, and never seemed flustered despite staying busy. The ice cream itself was delicious, and the portions were generous. I got the butter pecan, while my daughter enjoyed the chocolate love and mint chocolate chip. Both were flavorful and hit the spot on a warm day. My only disappointment was that they didn't have a traditional cookies and cream flavor. The only option was a coffee Oreo version, which wasn't for me. Other than that, they had a nice variety of classic flavors, several cone options, and basic toppings. Overall, a great little local ice cream shop with friendly service and generous scoops. We'd definitely stop by again.

So far, we have tried the white French rolls, the jalapeño and cheese bread, which I love!! I always buy a loaf sliced and just eat it with butter.
