They are perfection! It is a Korean bakery but reminds me of the little cakes I used to get in Fussa, Japan. My whole family love's the cakes here and yes they can be on the expensive but worth every single cent!!! We have been getting our cakes here for years now. My daughter asked for a shark theme and the baker was very accommodating and creative. Thank you Juno!!!!!

The food was amazing. I got a birthday cake that was adorable! The Thai boba I got wasn't that good. It's my favorite drink and didn't taste right. But I'm going to try another flavor next time. I love this place! Staff were very nice and patient with everyone and it was a relaxed atmosphere

About a 1-1.5: Juno Bakery & Cafe is located inside HMart; it'll be the first vendor you'll see before entering the food court area. Their menu offers various beverages (coffee, tea, cappuccino, mocha, macchiato, lattes, hot chocolate, bubble tea, and even seasonal items), cakes, and various Korean breads & pastries. We came here after having lunch, and had the following: +a Mozzarella Cheese Stick - this was a Korean donut twist, covered in sugar, and filled with melty mozzarella; not really what I expected, but maybe a fan of those who are looking for something sweeter +a hot dog pastry - a Korean bread filled with a beef hot dog +a raisin +an apple tart +and, a Strawberry Lemonade bubble tea drink - probably one of the worst tea drinks I've had - this was super diluted and watered down, and there was hardly any strawberry or a lemonade taste to it; the 'kiwi' and the 'strawberry' jellies were a little on the hard side and didn't add anything to the drink One gripe I had was that the strawberry lemonade drink was priced at $7.08 - that's kind of ludicrous! Not to mention that it was ill-prepared, the cost that they have these drinks at is kind of wrong... Unlike other Korean pastry shops, there weren't any disposable gloves or sheets to lay on the trays; I had to get the individual pastry sheets to line the tray. I also noticed that the case that held the 'warmer' pastries (such as the croquettes) were super smeared and required some wipe down - it was kind of gross. This seemed to be a popular spot with the patrons, and there was a line and another longer line for those who were waiting for their beverage(s). I'm glad I was able to give this place a try, but wouldn't return. +overpriced tea drinks! +no disposable sheets to line the trays +surface areas need to be wiped down

Cafe Juno is located inside Hmart. They seem to have a pretty wide selection for a small area. We bought a small rectangular sized mocha cake which was moist and not too sweet. I don't know why they were giving away freebies but when we checked out, the employee included for free a bun with some cream and I think jelly inside. I was afraid that combination would taste odd but it actually tasted pretty good. I'm hoping to try some of their individual cake slices in the future.

What an awesome bakery located within Hmart in Frederick!!! I practically bought two of each items and loved every pieces of them!! By far my favorite was the vegetable stuffing bread and fluffy bread with blueberry cheese fillings. They had an amazing chewy texture that was indescribable and loved how subtly sweet they were. I'm looking forward to buying more when I am in the area!

I tried the hot dog bun and it was a good snack while shopping around Hmart! There was a wide variety of bakery items that included the bun I ate, red bean bun, cakes, croquettes, and many more! They also serve bubble tea and other drinks. It seemed pretty popular as most people in line were also ordering a drink. There is also a surrounding food court if you want to get something to eat. Overall, yum :) and it's a good spot to get something quick to eat and drink while grocery shopping!

It's a cute little cafe inside of hmart! I would say it's convenient but I find that it's actually a negative because there's a extremely noticeable seafood smell the moment you walk in the doors and unfortunately that smell lingers onto the cafe and I just can't for the life of me eat my goods inside. Maybe it's just a personal issue. Besides that Everything is nicely organized and the snacks are very unique. You won't find stuff like this anywhere else in Frederick. I enjoyed my goodies but I do wish for the price the hot foods would come hot. I came around 11 and the hot food was sitting in those heaters but I felt they barely kept it warm. My cinnamon twist was tasty but cold which I wish wasn't the case

oreo crunch and mango slushie with strawberry beads
    Jacqueline R.

These refreshing slushees are my new thing. While i was at H mart i was craving a boba tea but stumbled upon these babies and with almost every flavor there is i couldn't NOT not try it. The flavored beads cost extra but so worth it at the end. It was after the gym so it refreshed me instantly. They have cakes, tiny decorated pastries, and fresh bread daily. The aroma itself brings you in that side of the store.

I was looking for a bakery to purchase a red velvet cake for my best friend's birthday, and I only had about 6 days before I'd need it. I'd called another place but earliest that I would be able to pick up on the day that I needed it was 2 PM. That was entirely too late. However when I called Sweet & Savory, Meghan told me she could do it and asked me when I wanted to pick up. She said that they opened as early as 8 AM, even on Sunday. So, I requested to pick up the cake at 10:30 AM, on the Sunday of the day I needed the cake. She asked me a few details about the cake design, but I told her to be creative. I gave her the colors I wanted, and icing choice, but she could be creative with design. Per Megan, I know now that she doesn't prefer to not have a cake design concept from the customer (I can understand why, because without it, it can be a nightmare with some customers), but I trusted her expertise. I'm a creative person, so I know sometimes it can be confining to not allow an artist to let their creative juices just flow! I had feeling she would come up with something amazing, and SHE DID! Can I just say, she knocked it out of the park!?! The cake was gorgeous and delicious! My friend love, love, loved the cake! She's still talking about that cake and it's been a week! The folks at our event loved the cake too! It was so soft and moist (that is difficult to do with red velvet cake) and the icing tasted like a cream cheese, the macaroons were out of this world and overall it was incredible! I cannot wait to use this bakery for future events and/or special occasions! So, if you're looking for an incredible professional bakery, affordable, convenient and the baked goods are awesome, then go to Sweet and Savory! You will not be disappointed, and if you are, then you did something wrong or something's wrong with you because they are the BOMB.com! Thank you Sweet and Savory!

My gf and I ordered chicken adobo to share and was told it was chicken. After eating it, we realized it was clearly pork. When I brought this up, the staff did not believe us and continued to insist it was chicken instead of taking the concern seriously. They didn't even try to look at the bowl they served me. Let me be clear this is not just about preference serving pork when a customer is told it's chicken can have major religious and dietary consequences. Many people avoid pork for religious reasons, and dismissing that concern is unacceptable. Accuracy and transparency with ingredients are basic expectations, especially when it comes to meat. We got a few baked good we got silvana was good. The biko was gods cooked well the sweetness was balanced. The restaurant was clean and quiet. The vibe was chill. But that doesn't outweigh the impact of being misled about what I was eating. Trust is broken, and I won't be returning. Gwenies need to train their staff and they need to clearly label meats and take customer concerns seriously especially when religion and dietary restrictions are involved. I have been a fan of Gwenies for years and would even travel to their original location in Rockville MD. Please make sure you check your bowls get to her correct meat you order! And saw the "under" orientation of the toilet paper, which violates the original patent for toilet paper holders from 1891, where the paper clearly goes over the top. The "over" configuration: * prevents the roll from brushing the wall * makes it easier to grab with one hand * reduces accidental unrolling * and, most importantly, does not make decent people feel like they're living in a lawless society. What you have here is bathroom anarchy. I must admit that tile and brushed metal fixtures actually look really nice, which somehow makes the backward roll even more upsetting. It's like a beautifully plated meal served on the floor. Moreover, the ceiling contains approximately 400 judgmental eyes observing you while you attempt to live your life. The wallpaper on the ceiling (on the ceiling!!!) has a pattern based on the "evil eye" motif (sometimes called nazar), which shows up in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern design. Traditionally it's supposed to ward off bad luck or jealousy. All it does in this case is confirm the establishment has abandoned reason and at least one of the people who work has met a psychedelic mushroom. Still, the vibe everywhere else in this place is amazing and the coffees are very very good!
