The staff who made the tea seemed nice but told us she had only been working there for a few days without prior experience. If it was her relative lack of experience that led to this debacle, then I would say corrective action is needed on the part of the store/supervisor so that customers have consistent experience no matter the store. We've been to a few other locations including overseas, but never experienced something like this. I hope they continue to improve.
