Nekter has very cozy seating and it's also spacious inside, so I dined in. They make fresh juices, smoothies, and others. I ordered the açaí banana berry bowl, and it was delicious. Even if I'd be Hagerstown for some reason, I'd either be on the freeway or downtown area at best. This is on the north side of town, so unsure when or if I'd ever be back. On my way to my work travel, the rail was coming which might mean I'd be waiting 10 minutes, so I decided to pop in here for lunch. Staff was very nice. I asked several questions about the menu, and they were helpful. I got a grain chicken bowl with rice, Brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, & more. It was excellent. The place was clean with plenty of room to seat and enjoy my nice meal. They had a beautiful water jug, which I enjoyed water in my courtesy water cup. Overall, it was an excellent experience with the outstanding bowl. I'd come back if ever back over here.

I got an everything bagel with almond spread that stuck to my mouth, not the bagel. Asked for not toasted and got it with a hint of warmth but no crunch. Avocado toast was sparse. I got a Medium Snow Cone with Egg Custard and Mango Syrup, my partner got a Chocolate-Dipped Frozen Banana, and we grabbed an orange and marshmallow-topping snow cone for family at home. The old-timey stand has walk-up ordering next to an outdoor furniture seller, so we relaxed on some oversized Adirondack chairs while we waited for our order. I appreciated that the snow cone came in a plastic cup that made passenger-seat eating easy cleanup. Of course, this is a snow cone, not the Baltimore classic snow ball. A great, quick stop just off I-70 for when you need that taste of summer!

I love their kale ceaser salads too, but that's also very hit or miss on whether it's even available. The staff seem nice but they're very slow in food preparation. You need to give them 45-60min to prep 1-2 items or you'll be starving & waiting. Wish we could frequent this place more often but no avocado toast = no me.

I was in the strip for dinner next door and saw fro yo so I knew I had to come here after for dessert. They only had 4 froyo flavors and one sorbet. One of their machines was out of service so it's possible that they might typically have more flavors available. It wasn't the best froyo I've had but it wasn't bad. The topping options were ok but the setup was odd. They had candy bars but most weren't crushed up. Most of them were mini size bars (like mini Snickers) in their whole form. Not how I want my chocolate/candy on my froyo. Everything had lids but some of the lids didn't have handles so we awkwardly had to maneuver them while spooning out the toppings (you get your own toppings). We got here 1.5 hours before closing so I hope the lids were only on there because they were preparing to close. I will give them credit that it was one of the cleanest group places I've ever been in, and I've been to a lot.

When they first opened they were strictly a frozen yogurt place and bubble tea. Now they offer less frozen yogurt (but still have a nice selection) and they have a nice offering of Vietnamese food. They have beef and vegetarian pho, as well as other selections. They have also added pretty murals to the walls. On this trip, we tried Taro Milk tea, Peach milk tea and a beef pho with an extra side of vegetables. The owner was there and was super helpful about my options. The pho was piping hot when I got home and tasted really good. They gave me a generous side of vegetables. The pho was my favorite part of the meal. Our milk teas were good. I personally prefer a "stronger" taro and could have done with it being slightly less sweet (I usually don't add any sweet to my teas, or almost nothing). You can't control the amount of sweetness here. My daughter liked her peach tea but thought it was a little too sweet for her but still good. Each Boba shop has a different take on their milk teas (we're boba addicts and have tried most of the ones in Montco), so I think over time, we've developed a taste for a certain type of milk tea. I was pleasantly surprised by the nice food additions to their menu and thought they were delicious. If you're in the Urbana area and craving some good food, frozen yogurt or Boba, then definitely check them out..

Many business owners think about their products and services from the perspective of a provider or…read morevendor. Not the customer. Here's some advice: Walk through your business the way a customer would. How do they enter your space or navigate your website? How easily can they identify what they need? How smoothly is their order fulfilled? Where are the natural opportunities to upsell or add value? What does the payment experience feel like? Every step shapes their perception of your brand. If customers sense high effort, confusion, or indifference from staff, they will look elsewhere. Of the four customers I saw during the visit to your location: 1) the first one was frustrated because the ingredients advertised weren't available, so instead of being guided to an alternative she had to make that choice, 2) The second customer was frustrated because there was only one person working, and while this individual was making his order, the soul worker did not acknowledge any of the other customers, so he was frustrated when the customers pulled his attention away from crafting his order, leaving him with a negative experience, 3) the third. Customer was clearly frustrated because she was purchasing premade juices, but still had to wait an under amount of time before even being acknowledged by staff, 4) the fourth customer (myself) after waiting in line and have to ask a new employee who just came on shift if I could be helped was immediately informed by the staff regarding what they were out of and what they didn't have. Here's a tip: Instead of delivering a flat "we're out," train your team to offer alternatives that keep the experience positive. If you're out of vanilla on a hot day, guide the customer toward other refreshing options. They came to you to solve a problem--thirst, hunger, comfort--and your job is to preserve that momentum. When your marketing has already done the work of getting someone to your door or onto your site, honor that investment. Even if you can't provide the exact product they wanted, create a smooth transition so you don't lose the sale, the relationship, or the goodwill. Your brand, values, and reputation are being formed in real time. Inconsistency, poor service, indifference, or discourtesy can undermine your business before it gains traction. A customer‑centered process is your competitive advantage. For customers who are trying to support your business, especially as a black owned business, you are making it hard for customers to give you their money. Please fix this.

Loved it and will buy again. The quesadilla was made to go on a hot skillet. The tortilla was perfectly toasted and crispy. It was stuffed with vegan cheese, black beans, mushrooms, tomatoes and corn. The beans were seasoned well (chipotle) and the vegan cheese and veggies complemented perfectly. Came with also a side portion of spicy crema sauce which added a kick to the dish. Staff was polite, food is great! Will continue supporting these businesses!

Im sorry but the service and portion sizes have gone way down at this location. I've been coming to…read morethis place since it first opened over a decade ago. Back then the food quantity and the service were top notch-great service with a smile and good quantity portion size. Since then, everything has gone downhill and this place is hit or miss depending on who makes your food, not to mention that anything worth having or anything that is not a cheap item has been removed from the menu (ex: hearts of palm, and now even the popular jackfruit tacos!) Only the cheapest ingredients left behind such as beans, chickpeas, onions, cilantro so they can major profit more and more. The menu has become boring to everyone I know with no exciting new items but just the same old and taking away certain items that the customers love. (Other Moms locations I go to switch up their menus with yummy offerings that Ive never seen offered at this location) Their prices have also gone up quite a couple of times since before covid and on top of that their portion sizes have lessened by more than 50% and still they get stingy only at this location when scooping the scoops always shaking the spoon to lessen the portion of each scoop and still finding sneaky ways to raise the prices more or take away anything that might cost more. Ive also noticed they only hire Hispanics now which I don't care but they definitely do not give service with a smile and half the time they don't understand what you are asking for and get rude if you sub or ask for something that might require a change. I am Spanish so of course I understand the language and alot of times they talk bad or whisper to each other right in front of me when you are undecided or make changes to the menu items. In my opinion, a different manager is needed that values customer service as the current manager is rude and does not like when you ask for substitutions and very stingy as well with portion sizes. Back in the day if i wanted half a scoop of one topping and half of another on my tacos it was ok, not anymore. A lot of people who don't come here often rate good as a good lunch spot but when you come here consistency, you start to see the flaws and lack of service,
