We finished at 7:10 pm, which is like the quickest boiling crab experience ever! Thoughts: -Sauce is not the authentic boiling crab sauce, it is way less seasoned and had an odd aftertaste. Crab tends to turn to shreds when it's overboiled, and I was EASILY pulling out nice, intact pieces from the shell, so no worries about that here.
