My name is Servando Yzaguirre Jr and I have been a customer of Just Tires for quite some time I've been to 4 different locations in the LA area but I have to say that the Pasadena Just Tires is the best, very professional and efficient, excellent customer service, staff are polite and greet their customers. I needed a wheel aligmeht and they took me immediately in and offered me a great price. I have been going here for a couple of years now and Juan, the manager my favorite does not work here at this location anymore. Juan got a well deserved promotion. He always gave me stellar customer service. The staff working today was very professional and nice. read more

They couldn't take in my car for an alignment @ 5:50pm they close @ 7pm. I saw some of the mechanic guys laughing at me walk away

I went for puncture tire, after checking they say that it can't be repaired and need a new tire because it is deep and I declined and asked to replace with the spare tire and they charged me for $20. I went to Costco and repaired the tire with rotation of all tire for $20. read more

First time coming here for a nail my vehicle had. I had made an appointment and with that It took 2 and a half hours. What is the difference between making an appointment or just coming in? I had to ask how much longer it would be. When the vehicle was ready and I paid. I wasn't even told to have a good day or if any problems to come back. I will definitely not be coming back here again. read more

DON'T GO HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I've been taking my Jeep to my mechanic and Jiffy Lube for years now. However, I saw a coupon for a cheap oil change at Just Tires and thought that I would give them a try. I made an appointment for today and showed up a few minutes before hand to check in. Upon check in I was informed that the promo price was actually going to be $50 more and that it would be 1-1.5 hours before they could start my oil change. On the app I had reserved an oil change that said standard synthetic blend or conventional oil change for $24.99 (down from $56.99). I was going for the standard synthetic blend yet somehow was told I would now have to pay $80ish for that. DECEPTIVE AS HELL. From misleading sales prices to providing appointments that mean nothing, this place is a joke for oil change only customers. I understand if things are running a little behind, but what is the point of an appointment if I still have to wait so long. Those with oil change appointments should not be stacked against brake and tire appointments, etc. So I decided to leave and took my business back to Jiffy Lube where I got my oil change in ten minutes, and for $10 cheaper than the Just Tire price. The guy at the front counter was kind and understanding, so his customer service was on point. I just wouldn't trust or count on this company for an oil change. read more

I'd Like to give a SHOUT OUT to the Foothill crew. Antonio, Yadira, and Alberto. This crew was cordial, thorough, efficient, and professional. After making my purchase, I took their recommendations and suggestion so strongly, I returned the next day for tires to the rear. Discounts were amazing. THANKS GUYS and LADY! Got my Honda Pilot serviced there for a fully synthetic change oil and tire rotation for $100 out the door. Scheduling an appointment was very easy. I was done in around 90 mins, less than the 2 hour estimate for the service; which was excellent considering they were understaffed that Sunday. Fernando the receptionist was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He gave me a discount coupon without me asking. Will definitely come back here again. Thank you! read more

Definitely not the place to bring your business. My fiancé got a flat tire coming back from LAX and we had to frantically find a spot. As someone who used to work in the tire business I know how things are done. It was a completely repairable flat and instead they told her it was not repairable and then price gouged her on a single tire that was the "only one they had in stock". They charged her $380 for a single tire, and totally took advantage of her. Once I got home I had the tire taken off to inspect it only to realize they didn't even balance the tire. Don't even come here in a crisis, and especially as a woman you will get totally railroaded by their sexist staff and slippery conduct will absolutely get the best of you. read more

The front counter crew acts like rookies stuck in endless on-the-job training and paper-shuffling. And the manager? Even more brilliant, nose growing on his forehead, proudly hissing the air of entitlement with that smug look on his face. The transient bunch hums and haws, poking along like those at the DMV or some social services office. I finally pivoted to their sister store in the next town and got what I needed fixed, zero drama. Miss the good old days with Tony and his team from years back, people who understood customer experience. No wonder they don't stick around clowns. read more

I went in just as they were closing and asked if they could check my tires because the warning light popped on. Tony was so friendly and helpful. He checked all tires and put air in. Great service with a great attitude! This is why we stay with them. Thanks so much Tony!! read more

I have been a customer here for over 20 years. I have a 19inch run flat tires. I came in for a tire repair from a nail. I waited an hour they told me they couldn't repair it as it was too close to the side wall. It wasn't that close. They wanted to sell me a new $450 tire. Went down the street to America's tire. They will repair. "It's absolutely reparable." JUST TIRE YOU HAVE LOST A TWENTY YEAR CUSTOMER. SHAME ON YOU!! I WON'T BE BACK. read more

Great service. I would highly recommend this business location. Friendly and kind staff that are willing to help in any way.

I came here to get 4 new tires. I called the day before and they had to order the tires. The tires arrived by 11am. The front desk service guy was so nice and professional. His name was Rafa. I watched him with the other customers and I like how he kept it real and didn't tell people they needed new tires if they didn't. They had a deal on tires to save $80 off 4 Goodyear tires. I paid $1,100. Plus tax and a wheel alignment. So $1364 altogether. Which is $200 cheaper than another place I went to. Since the Jeep dealership I usually get my tires from started charging 3% on purchases using credit cards, I will gladly give Just Tires my business and my money instead. It took about 2 1/2 hours for them to change all 4 tires and do the wheel alignment check. The waiting area was spacious, clean, air conditioned and had bathrooms. I recommend this tire shop to everyone I know. I don't know how this place only has 3 stars. I've been here before. The last time I came here and got a tire patched. The staff is always so nice and professional. The service is great here!! read more

I came in with a flat tire and told the staff that all I needed was to have my tire patched. When I showed up, I was told that the wait would be 2-3 hours because there was only 1 worker. My tire was completely flat and I didn't have the luxury to drive around for something faster. When they finally started working on my car, I noticed that the hood was open. I went over to ask why they would need to open my hood when all I needed was to have a tire patched. The mechanic explained they do a complimentary service where they check the fluids in the car. I told them not to do that because I had just gotten my car serviced. I was not told this was part of their process there. I was shocked at the price for the work they did. It literally took 20 minutes once they actually started working on the tire. The part for that was $4.99 and was charged $39.50 for the labor. For 20 minutes of actual work! I guess their employees are paid very well. I'm giving 2 stars because the front desk employee was at least honest with the time. Don't expect over the top customer service. Employees are there for their job and that's it. I can't say I saw any of the employees smiling. read more

This place is a life saver. They service TESLA's!!! Took my model S in to get my tires checked on after I noticed the pressure dropped. They found it to be a small metal that punctured my rear driver tire and luckily they were able to take care of it with a repair. Long story short, not too many places service tesla'a and not too many places open so late especially after working hours. Alberto took great care of me and told me arrive before 630pm and they were able to take care of everything. Totally recommend the friendly service and straightforward attitude of the team that they have here. I have been a customer of Just tires for over 4 years now and I will definitely recommend and come back here. They also have a nice waiting area, with AC, bathroom, drinking water and coffee. :) read more

He was back in no time with good news, nothing in any of the tread and no apparent leaks! He explained that had adjusted the tire pressures and I should be good to go but if anything happens to give him a call. I asked for a refund.. for them to recommend that I come back another day so the manager can fix cus the staff there " isn't as knowledgeable " gtfo, took it to another shop where they showed me how they tucked up my camber and toe and to top it off they left me with no tire pressure on all four tires , would never recommend read more

It was one of those lucky days... tire was leaking air due to a puncture wound, unfortunately, it got nailed on the side and it was not patchable, so I had to replace the tire. Staffs were very professional and knowledgeable, not trying to sell me some ridiculously expensive tire that cost more than my car, price was reasonable, without prior appointment, I was in and out within 30min. A little surprised how little inventory they carry in house, there weren't a lot of band names tires available for me to choose. Maybe it was a good thing? Eventho I had a bad day, at least the tire replacement experience went well and smooth. Thank you Just tires! read more

this morning I brought over a friend to this location to get a screw removed. And a patch put in the tire, 80% tread It was near the outer part of the tread. I asked the technician if he can fix it he said yes we went inside and the service personnel said there was no way they could do that. You need a new tire. ((I'm an automotive mechanic who worked from tire shops to dealerships, I attend SEMA, sign up for all sorts of demonstrations from tires to new tool products)). When I confronted the technician in front of the sales person, he denied saying yes he can fix it, and when as far as telling me he told me he could not when I had another person as a witness there saying he did say so. I've tried this location in the past 8-10 years ago and they were pretty shady then.. so things have not changed here I will not recommend bringing a car here and I can see if you did you would have nothing but problems trying get them to onto the warranties they sold with the tires or any other service they provided.. It's sad because I would've gave the technician a $10-$20 tip . -2 stars We went to their competitor that was catty corner to this location and they gave us great service ... maybe they should take some tips from RTW. They know how to treat a customer. read more

Great service! Brought my car in to get a flat repaired. It was a little late in the evening, close to closing time. I was worried they would not be able to repair my tire. Thank you, Jessica and the mechanics at Just Tires! read more

Ok, I didn't buy tires here, but that isn't the point. I got air in my tires, but it doesn't stop there. I was concerned I had a flat. Due to how busy they were, they told me to "just pull up and we will quickly check your tire pressures and fill them up as needed" Jose to the rescue, so nice and efficient. He checked my tires, explained about the appropriate tire pressures, and what to do if the tire pressure light comes on again in the upcoming weeks. In the meantime, he put new caps on all of my tires, filled them all with air, and said, "have a great day." So incredible. Will I buy tires here in the future! YES! Why? Because of Jose! That's why! Thank you for making the start of the day so exceptional. It matched the service rendered. read more

Worst customer service, these guys don't want any business. The manager basically discouraged me from purchasing any service as "they were too busy" "this is going to take a long time" terrible. I almost never right a review but I felt compelled to do it today. I got a flat tire today in the freeway and managed to drive my car to this Just Tires.Even though I did not buy a tire with them because they did not have in stock, they were very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. We've been coming to this Just Tires location for almost 20 years. Although the sales and technician staff have changed throughout the years, the kind and professional service have not. We have purchased tires from here, gotten our tires re-aligned and rotated, and have tires repaired from nails. Today, I took my husband's car in for a nail that caused a flat tire. I had called in the morning and talked to Fernando Suarez (at front desk) about the best way to get the car there. He said to ask AAA if they can add air to inflate the tire enough to drive the car over, as opposed to putting a spare tire or towing the car (which would take longer and be more expensive). Fernando was indeed correct! The AAA tech was able to assess the safety of the tire, add air, and follow me to Just Tires. Once I got to Just Tires, the strong air conditioning was a welcome relief in the 80 degree heat wave at 9:30am! Welly Garcia, the Just Tires tech, was able to look at my car right away. Fortunately the nail was removed, and the tire was able to be repaired rather than replaced. All this was done in about 30 minutes! They were both very friendly and courteous. I am so thankful for the excellent and fast service I received yet again at this Just Tires location. The comfortable waiting area with coffee, TV, chairs and great AC was a huge plus in this summer heat wave!! read more

These guys are awesome. They recommended a very good tire at good value. They listened to what I wanted and tried to help as best they could. The warranty (road hazard) is a no brainer. Came back in today for the second time because I had hit a very bad pothole and they replaced the tire fairly quickly. Juan, who I believe is one of the managers was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. He is definitely a big reason this shop runs so well. Highly recommend! read more
