Im patient, so had no problem waiting overnight -- and they used that time well. Came here twice for a wheel alignment and had a frustrating experience both times. The first time, I walked in without an appointment and was told they could get to my car within 2 hours. After waiting over an hour, my car still hadn't even been moved from the parking lot, so I left and made an appointment for the following week. When I returned for my scheduled appointment, I waited another hour only to be told there were still several appointments ahead of mine. I asked if they overbook appointments, and the employee said no, they were "just very busy." At that point, I left again. Before I left, they told me to "come back tomorrow and we'll take care of you." I understand shops get busy, but what's the point of an appointment if the timing isn't honored? Better communication and more realistic wait-time estimates would go a long way. Not going back. read more

I called 5 days ahead to make an appointment to buy and install a tire for my Mercedes. I arrived a few minutes early, and the young guy working was extremely rude right away. I told him I had an appointment, and he snapped, "You didn't make an appointment, did you?!" He then unhappily searched the computer, acting super inconvenienced like it was my fault it wasn't in there. I'm 99% sure he was the same person I spoke to when I made the appointment five days earlier. We went out to my car to confirm the tire, which was confusing since he had assured me on the phone that he had the right one. He was dismissive the whole time, didn't hold the door for me, gave zero information about the process, timing, or what to expect. He only said it would take 30 minutes to an hour. If their process was to pull the car out and park it on the street when done, they should have told me to keep an eye out for my vehicle. Instead, they gave me no instructions whatsoever on how I would know when it was ready. Over two hours later, I happened to notice my car parked on the street. I had to ask another employee if it was done, he casually said yes. No one ever came to tell me or let me know before hand to keep an eye out for my vehicle so I could check out. I wonder how long they would have let me sit there waiting if I hadn't asked. I also specifically asked them to check if my car needed an alignment after they would install the new tire. They never followed up or gave me any information whatsoever, no update on whether it was checked, whether it needed one, or if it was safe to drive. There was no final discussion or service review at the end at all. The whole experience was super weird , unprofessional, and disrespectful. The rude employee is easy to spot he's the only one wearing sunglasses indoors and acting like a smug, arrogant kid too superior for actual work. I'd never go back to this location. I'd happily pay extra at another shop just to avoid this place. There are tons of better tire shops with the same prices. What a joke. read more

I was extremely glad this shop was open on a Sunday. Without an appointment, it took about 90 minutes to switch out 4 new tires. The shop is a little dated and dirty inside. The guys working were pretty cool and helpful. I have black aftermarket wheels on my car that came with a black valve stem cap and when I got my car back, they had switched them out to shorter, grey ones so some of the gold stem was visible and was extremely noticeable. I wish the guys would pay a little more attention and make sure all the original parts are back on the car. read more

I popped over to this location just to put air in my tires. They have a designated technician doing that (for freeeee) and he was friendly. This is such an easy solution to doing it myself, which is tedious in itself and sometimes hard to find gas stations that have the machines. This is the only service I can experienced, but would prompt me to return to this business! read more

My oil change was $33 more than what I payed 3 months ago . Thats more than a 30% mark up . I made an appointment online for an oil change at 8am . When I arrived they said their technician doesn't get in till 9am . Had work at 10am that day so I had to rescheduled for the following day at 9am . When I get there I am told the technician doesn't get in till 9:30am . What's the point in making an appointment if they don't have someone available ? read more

Purchased/installed set of tires here about a year ago. Most tire stores are the same price, so I choose because they offered lifetime tire rotations. Was told 'just make an appointment & bring it in". So, made appointment well in advance & brought it in (was actually early). Was told wait time would be 2-3 hours. WTF? Why have appointments if you don't honor them? I'll find another place for my next set of tires. --------------- Update :: Made reservation for tire rotation at Americas Tire across the street for the following week. Night & day difference. They coordinated w/ me on the res via text. Once I arrived, they greeted me & checked my car within 10 min. Even though they appeared quite busy, they had me in & out in less than 40 min. Called on a Sunday afternoon at about 1:30p about a slow tire leak and the call agent ( the staff who answers the call is not at the local store) said "can you come in at 2:45p for a free inspection / tire repair?) not believing my ears; i asked about how it can be free??? Utmost honesty and professionalism! This is my second time here, but this time, it wasn't for tire repair. I had a rear wheel losing pressure constantly for months before it finally went flat. Thought the tire was done. Shopped around for hours, this shop had the best price, I ordered two rear tires and dropped the car off for service. I couldn't believe they called me just an hour later. I went there in January at their Diamond Bar location and had great service there. This past Saturday I had a minor concern and since it was a Saturday and my mechanic was closed I took my 2019 Toyota Corolla to this location. As with the Diamond Bar location - it took me no more than a few seconds to be waited on. I was then helped by Julio who not only was polite but was patient with me and he solved my very minor problem with my car! Now I know where to take my car on the weekends! Sometimes when you have a good customer, you should do things to make sure he's happy. I sent them a lot of business. All of my tire business, service and even some heavy repairs. Robert was the manager at the time and he was incredible! After he left, the place has been a mess. The times I've been there have been a huge disappointment. Too much retail - charge the customer for things that may not be necessary, etc. I've noticed that the parking lot isn't full anymore. All of my clients I've sent there no longer use them. I find it interesting how changing management can destroy a business so quickly. Very sad, but the owner should do a better job monitoring business. read more
