Quick and easy. The staff is always great and efficient. I've been bring my vehicles here for oil changes for years. Fyi, go to Costco for $25 off on $100 gift cards. read more

TLDR: Drained my car of oil before quoting a ludicrous price Went there for an oil change. The technician told me my car requires synthetic oil (it doesn't), so an oil change would cost $120? When I said it's never received synthetic oil in 17 years, the technician said they were out of conventional oil. I said, "Okay, no big deal. Nevermind." At that point, he changed his story and said conventional oil was in stock, but the oil change would still cost $90. I declined again. Only then did he tell me my car had already been drained of oil, the implication being that leaving without paying for a service I hadn't authorized was not optional. At this point, another technician came over and became confrontational, repeatedly asking, "You asked for an oil change, right?" When I told him I wasn't paying $90 for a simple oil change, he said, "Well you're going to have to pay for four quarts of oil." I then pointed out they hadn't put any oil in my car, so they couldn't charge me for anything. No service had been rendered. The technician then said, "Well, the manager just went on lunch. You'll have to wait until he gets back." I said I wasn't waiting for anyone, and I wasn't going to sit in my car indefinitely because they began work before providing a quote. I wasn't going to be strong-armed into a price I never would've agreed to had they been upfront. I told him I was calling the police. The technician said, "Go ahead, call them!" It was astonishingly unprofessional. The California Automotive Repair Act requires shops to provide a clear price estimate for parts and labor before beginning a job. Work cannot legally commence until the customer provides authorization. Based on my understanding, the events I experienced violated that law and my right as a consumer to make an informed decision before any repairs. Upon my mention of the police, another technician filled my car with enough oil to take it elsewhere where I got a standard oil change for $56 after tax. I would recommend avoiding this place, especially for those vulnerable to high-pressure sales tactics. I'll be reporting them to the Bureau of Automotive Repair. read more

they are filthy! oil finger prints around hood and driver door. absolutely unacceptable. almost 200 for what? terrible! white lexus, pearl white lexus. well kept. with jiffy lube oil on noticeable areas of service. driver door soiled, hood and fender areas ruined. dark grease on my lexus from hands and rags. nobody wants your oil on the vehicle! tried jiffy for first time, never again! i'm use to oil stop standards.this jiffy sux! they throw in very sneaky tactics. "high mileage oil change " !!!!!! this is the trick! i see there bs!!!! when u ask for oil change, they re arange your order by simply saying "okay, you need a high mileage oil treatment additive, lol, bs bs treatment with dirty finger prints all over the front of my white lexus. u won't hear the treatment part because it's magically said initially. air filter was replaced same year, but they still want to sell you another new. jiffy really really really really really is the very worst express oil change. i will never ever ever be back to any location. dirty and over selling experience. a disrespect to my vehicle. read more

I needed an oil change (I was long overdue for one!), so I just popped in one morning and they took me in! It was early so I think that was a big factor but they're also quick (I mean, it is jiffy lube, lmao). They also changed out my air filter and gave me a couple of discounts on top of it! I was there probably 15-20 minutes, tops. Very nice, very professional! I highly recommend! read more

The Jiffy Lube team were terrific! I had a bunch of questions and they helped me through some of the issues I was experiencing. Great value as well. Best news is they thought I had another 100k on my Prius! Thank you! read more

I've gone to several different jiffy lubes through the years. Been here before a couple years ago and it was fine. This recent visit, not so much. I didn't like the attitude of the guy wearing sunglasses. Was charged more than what the other Jiffy Lube on Colorado quoted. As others state, they push to sell overpriced filters. Not a great experience and I won't be back to this location. read more

This place likes to scam people, beware. They will charge you more than what is advertised and claim you agreed verbally to a higher price. If you bring your own oil it's also the same verbal price. I brought my own oil and they charged me more than what it costs if you don't bring your own oil. The attendant that scammed me is a really huge guy. Like 400 pounds or more, he was very rude and aggressive about the situation. There is another jiffy lube around the block on Colorado, I did not get scammed there. Please beware of the verbal agreement trick they like to pull!!! My previous warning was removed. read more

This is supposed to be jiffy lube. I am here waiting in line already 30 minutes and there's just one car in front of me. The car to my left and right has been there just as long. I would not recommend anyone go to this particular jiffy lube because there is nothing jiffy about it. read more

My go to spot for oil changes ... team is great and always willing to take a look even when it isn't an oil change.

This Jiffy Lube at Hill and Walnut is the best in Pasadena. They have numerous technicians teaming up to give prompt service. Joseph was one of the technicians who did prompt work on my oil change. And, for all the work they do, the prices are fair. read more

I strongly suggest you avoid using this location. I do all my oil changes at Jiffy Lube and I decided to take advantage of the free top up. I drove in sat for a moment. Had one of the employees come up. I started to tell them I wanted a quick top up and I tried to continue my conversation explaining I just needed a top off of aisle, I tried to continue my conversation asking Wood I have to wait to get onto one of their workdays or would they be able to do it with me sitting outside but the person walked away while I was in mid conversation I sat waiting patiently while being ignored and then I gave one honk to try to get somebody's attention. The reaction was like I had screamed and yelled at everybody working and the person who I originally spoke to came out and told me did you honk at us more of a question with a implied threat one of the employees walked out with his chest out being Mr. machismo which I found really offensive and threatening I explained I was made sentence when the person walked away from me and was trying to get an answer the hostility I met made me decide to leave drive two minutes away to the very friendly location, which is on Colorado. Don't go to this location. read more

I've been using Jiffy Lube to take care of essential car services quickly. I love that no appointment is needed and there's usually an online oil change coupon available. I went in on a Saturday morning and was attended to within 5 minutes. The service tech I got was friendly and knowledgeable. I got the synthetic oil change and a tire rotation. After turning in my car, I went to the waiting room. It was fresh and had purified water available. They advised my services would take about 20 minutes. After 5 minutes, another service tech came in with dirty air and engine filters. The air filter was toast, but the engine filter could still last another oil change per the tech, so I just d changed the air filter. I appreciated his honesty in not pushing the engine filter replacement. And after 20 minutes, I was out the door and on to the next morning errand. Going to this Jiffy Lube was way better than dropping off my car at the dealer, that would have been a half day event. Sure, it may be a bit more costly, but you can't buy time. I'll be back! read more

It was super quick and the staff were very friendly, the service was around my price range for an oil change and changing my filters, one staff Adrianna event gave me specific tips for next time, she was especially helpful! read more

I had a wonderful experience at this Jiffy Lube. I worked with Joseph, Chris, Edgar, and Jaylan today they provided and exceptional experience, amazing quality, and provided an amazing customer experience. Truly worth going here! read more

Fast and efficient service! Thank you all very much Katherine, Carson and Dionicio! I will be back!

Started a new job in Pasadena and decided to try the Jiffy Lube on Walnut. Really glad I did. The service was fast and friendly. Daniel was awesome. He walked me through everything they checked with no upsell, just keeping me informed as to things I should keep an eye on and I was in and out in twenty minutes. Definite recommend and I'll definitely be back. read more

Service has gotten worst since I've been here last. No one asked me what type of service I V wanted besides oil change. No one washed exterior windows but it was checked as completed. No one checked my tire pressure but they put both front and back at 35psi. Just checked 10 mins later rear are at 30/28psi. No one tested battery, but it said completed. These are things I'm SUPPOSE to get and are being marked as completed, when they are not. Lastly was just handed my sticker and told have a nice day, was not guided out of the bay. read more

Don't come here, especially if you are a woman. i decided to give this Jiffy Lube a try, since my husband has been coming here and liked it. I was told my oil change would be $119, but when they were done, they charged me $154. When I questioned them, they said my vehicle takes more oil than what the $119 covers. They aggressively tried to sell me a new cabin and a new engine air filter. They kept pushing to install them before telling me the price. When I said no (price was too high), they tried to scare me into doing it by saying there was a lot of leaf debris and they hoped it didn't get sucked into the engine. Overall, my 15 minute service took 45 minutes. When I got into my vehicle to leave, they hadn't reset the oil service message. i had to ask them to reset it which took another 10 minutes for them to figure out. Overall not a good experience and I felt like they tried to take advantage of me because I was a woman and pulled a bait and switch on the price. read more

This location is always so efficient. Martha and Christian were great and friendly! Out of all locations I've been to this one is by far the best imo. read more

This is the place to go! Thank u so much for my new windshield wipers! Fast, easy and so polite! I'll be back for an oil change in a couple of months. I've been to other Jiffy's, but this one is the BEST! See u soon and thank u again. read more

I was charged $15 for a top off service when the car had lwss than s 2000 miles since the last oil cbange. They are crooks. Dont come here!! read more

I have been going to this location a few years now, BUT today they lost a customer!! I was told I couldn't get a certain part and that wasn't true, because I called another business and they told me I could get the part without an oil change. I found a new business to go to for my next oil change and servicing. The reason they got 2 stars was Joshua was very professional and nice, other wise I would've given this place 1 star!! DO BETTER!! read more

I came a bit in a hurry, needed to go to the bathroom, and since I was going to meet with friends after, I was happy that the tech said, go ahead and go to the bathroom! I got to handle myself and the tech drove the vehicle up for me, took care of everything and had me out in a matter of minutes! It was quite perfect. I appreciated that gesture, and that everything was to the point, no overselling just sharing information, like finding out, if the oil leaks, they will top it off!! I have a Mini Cooper and typically I have to buy a little extra bottle, well, not no more! New oil spot for sure! read more

FAST! EASY! GREAT SERVICE! Would recommend and come back again! Super nice workers it was pleasant

This is the best Jiffy Lube. I've been to so far the manager Chris is Professional knowledgeable and so helpful !!

They provide the customer a check list of all the things they claim to do during an oil change, E.g., wash windshield, check tire pressure, top off other fluids. They checked-off as completed several items that I never saw them do. For example, tire pressure check, they simply wrote "Nitrogen", apparently because Jiffy Lube is not equipped to use nitrogen to inflate tires. But my car has standard air inflated tires, so "Nitrogen" appears to be a lame excuse not to check and inflate my tires as needed. They certainly did not wash my windshield. All this makes me think this particular Jiffy Lube station is cutting corners and failing to deliver the all services promised customers. I just hope they actually used the synthetic oil I paid a premium for. read more

Kind and honest! Was able to get in and out very quickly. Full synthetic oil change. Would visit again.

I came for an oil change 4 days ago. At the end of the service I noticed dripping engine oil and I went back to report and they didn't do much to help and said it was rinsed off with water after the spill. They said there was nothing wrong. Engine oil was all over the surrounding inlet like they didn't use a funnel and spilled. Engine oil has been a constant trip on my driveway ever since. Also they didn't tighten my hub cabs after they checked tire pressure and I end up losing one. They replaced that one. The oil change is done quickly but they are careless. Inconsistent service service since I liked my previous experience. read more

Listen! This is the best Jiffy Lube experience in Los Angeles County. I truly mean it! Currently, I live in mid-city Los Angeles, but I drive from mid-city to this location in pasadena because they make my car care so seamless. Even when the faces aren't familiar, they keep the same standards! And shout out to Alex, I appreciate the help. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location - I'll be back soon. read more

Andrew was great, did my vehicle inspection fast, and they were very thorough and quick. Amazing customer service...

I am sorry to say this Jiffy Lube is less than honest since I was there last- Christian, Emmanuelle, or Alejandro (sorry, I did see your name badge) stated the last time I got Synthetic oil and I did not. That wasn't not very honest. The charge was almost 3 times what I paid last time, even with the 'coupon discount' you offered when I said this charge was a lot higher than last time. Also on the service checklist it mentions 'tire pressure' and that was not check. Each of my tires has different pressure and they are all over 35 (which was stated on the invoice). Better higher than lower, but this is just not true that it was checked and I'd think you would have even the pressure out. Lastly the labor was higher this time ($34.99) than last ($22.99) and you said your prices did not go up. So why did the labor go up? Nothing additional was preformed. How do you expect me to return as a customer with this behavior? It certainly does not fall within your pledge of satisfaction. Disappointed, read more

I absolutely love this Jiffy Lube location, the staff are all always so friendly and polite, very professional. I've had great customer service experience in this particular location so i make the extra drive out here. Both Joseph and Victor are beyond professional and are always on top of my cars needs. I highly recommend either one. Kathy the manager always makes it a mission to confirm my experience was to my satisfaction and I so appreciate that as well. read more

The service is always quick and easy, they usually check other parts of my engine to see if I need any other assistance. Carson, specifically, took the time to make sure I didn't need anything else or if I had any questions. Most of the staff is kind and that just makes the whole experience better! read more

I take my car here every couple months for an oil change- they are quick, always ask if I have any questions and reasonably priced.

The last two experiences have been poor which is why I decided to write a review. This has been our go-to oil change spot for 8 years now. I'm not sure if management or staffing has changed and that is the source of the issues, but whatever it is, I don't plan to come to this location again. The last time I came was to get my fluids topped up and have my windshield wipers changed. The serviceman couldn't figure out how to change the wipers, so after 15 minutes of him trying I decided to skip that and have my fluids checked and topped up. He checked the oil level, and I asked for the other fluids to be checked. I was met with a "Ma'am, oil is a fluid" so I decided to cut my losses and move on. I came back today for an oil change. They've had me change bays to service other people, and I've now watched two people who arrived after me get served first as they moved me to fit them in. It took 30 minutes for them to finally get me into a bay. I was the next car when I arrived. I am deeply disappointed and will not be returning to this location. Save yourself time, money, and frustration- get your oil change and general car maintenance done somewhere else. read more
