I've been using Jiffy Lube to take care of essential car services quickly. I love that no appointment is needed and there's usually an online oil change coupon available. I went in on a Saturday morning and was attended to within 5 minutes. The service tech I got was friendly and knowledgeable. I got the synthetic oil change and a tire rotation. After turning in my car, I went to the waiting room. It was fresh and had purified water available. They advised my services would take about 20 minutes. After 5 minutes, another service tech came in with dirty air and engine filters. The air filter was toast, but the engine filter could still last another oil change per the tech, so I just d changed the air filter. I appreciated his honesty in not pushing the engine filter replacement. And after 20 minutes, I was out the door and on to the next morning errand. Going to this Jiffy Lube was way better than dropping off my car at the dealer, that would have been a half day event. Sure, it may be a bit more costly, but you can't buy time. Service has gotten worst since I've been here last. No one asked me what type of service I V wanted besides oil change. No one washed exterior windows but it was checked as completed. No one checked my tire pressure but they put both front and back at 35psi. Just checked 10 mins later rear are at 30/28psi. No one tested battery, but it said completed. These are things I'm SUPPOSE to get and are being marked as completed, when they are not. Lastly was just handed my sticker and told have a nice day, was not guided out of the bay. read more

I came a bit in a hurry, needed to go to the bathroom, and since I was going to meet with friends after, I was happy that the tech said, go ahead and go to the bathroom! I got to handle myself and the tech drove the vehicle up for me, took care of everything and had me out in a matter of minutes! It was quite perfect. I appreciated that gesture, and that everything was to the point, no overselling just sharing information, like finding out, if the oil leaks, they will top it off!! They provide the customer a check list of all the things they claim to do during an oil change, E.g., wash windshield, check tire pressure, top off other fluids. They checked-off as completed several items that I never saw them do. For example, tire pressure check, they simply wrote "Nitrogen", apparently because Jiffy Lube is not equipped to use nitrogen to inflate tires. But my car has standard air inflated tires, so "Nitrogen" appears to be a lame excuse not to check and inflate my tires as needed. They certainly did not wash my windshield. All this makes me think this particular Jiffy Lube station is cutting corners and failing to deliver the all services promised customers. I just hope they actually used the synthetic oil I paid a premium for. read more

I came for an oil change 4 days ago. At the end of the service I noticed dripping engine oil and I went back to report and they didn't do much to help and said it was rinsed off with water after the spill. They said there was nothing wrong. Engine oil was all over the surrounding inlet like they didn't use a funnel and spilled. Engine oil has been a constant trip on my driveway ever since. Also they didn't tighten my hub cabs after they checked tire pressure and I end up losing one. They replaced that one. The oil change is done quickly but they are careless. I am sorry to say this Jiffy Lube is less than honest since I was there last- Christian, Emmanuelle, or Alejandro (sorry, I did see your name badge) stated the last time I got Synthetic oil and I did not. That wasn't not very honest. The charge was almost 3 times what I paid last time, even with the 'coupon discount' you offered when I said this charge was a lot higher than last time. Also on the service checklist it mentions 'tire pressure' and that was not check. Each of my tires has different pressure and they are all over 35 (which was stated on the invoice). Better higher than lower, but this is just not true that it was checked and I'd think you would have even the pressure out. Lastly the labor was higher this time ($34.99) than last ($22.99) and you said your prices did not go up. So why did the labor go up? Nothing additional was preformed. How do you expect me to return as a customer with this behavior? It certainly does not fall within your pledge of satisfaction. Disappointed, read more

At the dealership, I always feel like they charge me for every little thing, but at Jiffy Lube, Andrew and Daniel were both very kind and professional. The last two experiences have been poor which is why I decided to write a review. This has been our go-to oil change spot for 8 years now. I'm not sure if management or staffing has changed and that is the source of the issues, but whatever it is, I don't plan to come to this location again. The last time I came was to get my fluids topped up and have my windshield wipers changed. The serviceman couldn't figure out how to change the wipers, so after 15 minutes of him trying I decided to skip that and have my fluids checked and topped up. He checked the oil level, and I asked for the other fluids to be checked. I was met with a "Ma'am, oil is a fluid" so I decided to cut my losses and move on. I came back today for an oil change. They've had me change bays to service other people, and I've now watched two people who arrived after me get served first as they moved me to fit them in. It took 30 minutes for them to finally get me into a bay. I was the next car when I arrived. I am deeply disappointed and will not be returning to this location. Save yourself time, money, and frustration- get your oil change and general car maintenance done somewhere else. read more

This facility has a Lawsuit coming. Yesterday they filled up my Mercedes without HAVING REMOVED THE OLD OIL which resulted in Heavy white smoke and damage to the Engine . It had 15 Quarts of OIL in it . The techsw were too busy laughing and chasing the pretty girl employee instead of paying attention to My car . I think overall the service is fast and efficient. Just a note that under "service check list" is mentions: check wiper blades, check cabin air filter, check lights and wash exterior windshield.
