Fast service. You can stay in the car if you like, but I stay in the waiting room with free bottles of water.

They are filthy! Oil finger prints around hood and driver door. Absolutely unacceptable. Almost 200 for what? Terrible! Nobody wants your oil on the vehicle! Tried Jiffy for first time, never again! I'm use to Oil Stop standards. Jiffy sux read more

This has been my go-to shop for oil changes for a couple years now. They do a great job every time. The entire staff is Friendly, prompt, and upfront. Highly recommend for oil changes and any other car service you might need! read more

This is the best jiffy lube I've been to! Fast and efficient, not over bearing with the sales, just does what is asked and will not try to make you feel like you need to purchase additional services. They'll tell you what your car would need to get changed or replaced and ask if you want them to do it or you could wait for another time. Super friendly and information, great service! Wyatt, Aaron and the manager I believe was Antonio were super great read more

Way to expensive! VW beetle oilchange to cost 152 dollars is ridiculous. Should've went to autozone and watched a youtube video for $50. Not coming back. Only good thing is that there was nobody in front of me.. wonder why.. yet still took 40 minutes. read more

Jiffy Lube Oil Change - Having the time of my life at jiffylube - Auto Repair Near Me - Pasadena, California

Tony and Steven were great! Very friendly, quick and thorough...they definitely made this my go to oil change place. Thanks.

Today I called & Spoke with TONY Who said he was the (Manager) & gave me the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've EVER experienced in Any store that I've ever been too. I visited a store In Las Vegas to get my Oil Change & they advised me that whoever worked on my car last & the technicians who worked on my car didn't properly tighten my oil filter which caused my oil to leak Because my Drain Plus Gasket was messed up & Stripped & the last place that I serviced it was "JiffyLube" They also mentioned to me that the Oil filter was ready to come off with 1 cycle spin & that it was not properly tightened & that could've potentially caused my motor To Cease! I spoke with TONY & He was literally arguing with my over the phone for 1 Hour & did not want to give me the Technicians names who worked on my car so I can let corporate know about my experience! I asked for a refund & he simply said NO! I'm EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED! I asked him at least 10 times to tell me the names & he said to check on my receipt & I told him that I didn't have it & he still said NO! TONY SHOULD BE FIRED for his Unprofessionalism & for the way he treats his customers over the phone! I asked him if this is how he treats his customers & he said YES which genuinely shocked me! He said he would treat customers better who provided the receipt which is stupid! I DO NOT WANT A FREE OIL CHANGE OR PARTIAL REFUND! I WANT A FULL REFUND & I WILL BE LETTING OTHERS KNOW ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE! I DEFINITELY Will be Contacting Corporate letting them know about my experience & letting them know how TONY Treated me Especially as A 1St Time Customer! WORST MANAGER EVER! If Anyone Is Reading This...PLEASE Take Your Car To VALVOLINE! JiffyLube Does Not Care At ALL!!! They will definitely will mess up your car like they did to mines! He Even Mentioned that 1 of the technicians is longer working for them which I assume is because he messed up other peoples cars! YOUVE BEEN WARNED! RETRAIN & RECERTIFY ALL YOUR STAFF! ESPECIALLY YOUR MANAGER TONY! STAY AWAY FROM SHITTY PLACE! REVIEWS DONT LIE!!!! read more

Jiffy Lube Oil Change - NONE OF THIS WAS PROVIDED IN MY EXPERIENCE - Auto Repair Near Me - Pasadena, California

Had a great quick visit that was extremely detailed. Both Wyatt & Tony were not only helpful, but took the time to explain all the recommendations and future services that may or may not be beneficial. We'll be back! read more

This is the best JL I've visited. Wyatt was friendly and showed me the conditions of my filters to show that I didn't need to change them right now. Very refreshing not to be sold a new filter when I didn't need one as yet, and it was great to see how they looked like! read more

I really needed to get an oil change and so I looked up a couple places nearby. I noticed that there are two Jiffy Lubes here in Pasadena. I knew exactly where this was so I was able to drive up here this location has two garage spots where they can service two cars at a different time. I asked them how long it might take otherwise I would go to the other location a couple blocks away. He said that one car is wrapping up and I'd be able to be done and then 10 minutes or so they'd be done with my vehicle. It was extremely fast I was given the option to stay in my car if I wanted to and 10 minutes later if he was ready to go and I was out there. They were very quick and efficient and I would definitely come back again in the future. Before in the past I would go to a Pep Boys (I know it's totally different types of services.) are going to the dealership and that would just be a whole ordeal and a big production and I would just take way longer. I know it's not the same but this was perfect for what I need at this time around especially if it's just for an oil change. Great job to the team here and I'll be coming back for sure. read more

I stopped into Jiffy Lube on Colorado Blvd in Pasadena last week after having been to a Pep Boys (who told me there would be a hour wait) and another auto store. I purchased rear brake lights from the other auto store and a gentleman tried to install the brake light, but was not able to do so. I stopped into the above-mentioned Jiffy Lube, and they were able to install the brake light with no problem. They liked my rear bumper sticker and teased me about it as well! It says, "Powered by Bitch Dust," with a TinkerBell logo!! Overall, they were nice guys and took care of my rear light situation. read more

Great service at the Jiffy Lube at 1603 E. Colorado Blvd across from PCC. So easy to pull in and out to get an oil change done. Had a great experience from start to finish with Adan who was my CSA and helped me with the coupon Jiffy Lube offers. I will definitely be going back there. The leak leader was Antonio R. I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube. I normally only get my services at the dealer, but I decided that their long wait times and high prices were enough. I pulled up and Frankie took care of me. Everyone was very professional and nice. They all followed Covid protocol and allowed me to sit in the car for the oil change. I also got a tire rotation and a filter changed. Overall, I would recommend going here and I will most definitely be back for my next service. read more

Aaron was very clear, helpful, and friendly. I was a walk in for synthetic oil change, and I waited at the most 30 minutes in total. He gave me a comprehensive review of what my car needed and what it could wait on. I was very satisfied with my experience. Thanks, Aaron! read more

This location is my go to drive-thru Jiffy Lube. I recently had an oil leak, a month after getting an oil change so I called and was told to come in for a diagnostic. Turns out the oil cap is the original from when I bought my SUV back in 2012, so it was time to change it as overtime it started to come loose. They did not charge me for it and even me a complimentary bottle of degreaser for my garage. Yep! They went above and beyond my expectations, so I will continue to patronize a business that's all about exemplary customer service. Go to this Jiffy Lube! They are friendly, efficient and will treat you like we'll. read more

Carlos was extremely helpful and informative. best service and super friendly, definitely recommend !

I brought my 2019 mini Cooper in for service. It was my first time ever going to Jiffy Lube and I must commemorate the whole team. From the second I pulled in I could tell they were above and beyond what most people would expect from a stop and go service. They cared. They were responsive. They were very friendly and took the time to explain everything they were doing and why they were doing it, and overall general information about the health of my vehicle. I don't even live in this neighborhood, but I will certainly be returning to this location due to the exceptional service they provided. Thanks again! read more

Today, my car broke down near this Jiffy Lube. Although they are not mechanics, they were kind enough to check the car out for me.
