Saw this new spot on a drive around town and decided to stop in. It didn't disappoint. Place is immaculate with great customer service! Ordered: Pistachio ice cream and floating kinder - both of these were awesome. The combination of flavors are great and didn't feel overwhelmingly sweet. Great post meal dessert or just a refreshing treat to cool down! We'll def be back to try more flavors!

Really enjoyed this dessert spot! They have a huge variety of desserts, so it was hard to choose, but the staff was super friendly and helpful with their recommendations. First time at Juice Time. I coincidentally saw a TikTok on it the morning of but didn't pay attention on the location. After dinner I looked for a dessert place and Juice Time popped up. We got there right in time it was still "slower". After a few minutes, families and big groups started coming in. I would recommend the Dubai Chocolate ice cream to everyone.

Juice Time is a solid late night dessert stop. The neon sign catches your attention right away, and inside it's clean, bright, and easy to hang out in. Big plus that they're open until midnight every night. They have a lot more than just ice cream too. Fresh juices, crepes, pancakes, waffles, and a wide variety of ice cream, so there's plenty to choose from depending on what kind of sweet tooth you have. We tried the Dubai chocolate ice cream, Dubai chocolate crepe, and the cotton candy kids item. The Dubai chocolate was definitely the standout. Rich, sweet, and loaded with flavor. The cotton candy one was more of a fun kid-friendly treat, but still cute and playful. Quick service, clean shop, and a fun spot to hit when you want dessert after dinner.

I'm an avid fan of Dubai chocolate so I had to get Dubai chocolate Roll from here even though it's pricey. Turns out it was huge that I couldn't finish it. It was really tasty though. Crunchy kataifi & pistachio, fresh strawberries, and all chocolate sauces were perfectly balanced together. It's kinda sweet but in a good way if you like Dubai chocolate like me. Pistachio latte was unexpectedly delicious! Sweet, creamy, nutty taste in one sip.

Decided to try this place out while we were in the Tustin area. I have to say I would definitely come back here. The cashier was super sweet and after reviewing the menu with my daughters I asked if they had the Labubu Dubai dessert because my youngest saw it on the tv screen, but on the menu it was not listed. When I asked the cashier about it, she assured me they have it and can make it for her. Wow this totally made her day and she was so in love with how it turned out. The staff member making the desserts he was so nice to my girls, and they kept watching him make it. They were fascinated and the staff were engaging with them. Clean in the inside, tons of tables. The parking lot can be crowded during lunch time, but this place was worth it! The girls said they approved and loved their desserts and can't wait to bring Dad and their brother to try it! We ordered the Lotus (Biscoff), Nutella ice cream and the Labubu Dubai with strawberry dessert. Wow we couldn't stop raving about how good everything turned out. It wasn't overly sweet like most places.

Juice Time is located in the same plaza as Gen, Kean Coffee Roasters, and Okidoki by Meiji in Tustin. We found them when having dinner in the plaza and we were curious because of their bright light. I feel like Juice Time was an awful choice of a name because it limits them from what a consumer thinks they can buy here if they weren't looking. They are more of a dessert shop with ice cream, crepes, waffles, and all sorts of goodies, and they specialize in the Dubai Chocolate products. The 3 of us were full from dinner but we were curious so we decided to share a Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream ($8.99). The base was a vanilla soft served with the Dubai Chocolate ingredients drizzles on top. It was a naughty delicious treat and I'm glad we shared it because it was too decadent for me to eat the whole thing. I'm not even mad that it's pricey but I didn't like was the 3% service charge I saw on the receipt after we paid. Also, the tables could be cleaner. I feel like there is an alluring experience element with these type of dessert spots. I would take someone here for the experience since they have gimmicky stuff like a strawberry Dubai fruit cup with chocolate labubus. I think it would be cute for someone like my niece, but I don't personally have those needs to have it.

Decided to come here because I just finished eating at Okidoki and was feeling dessert. It was conveniently next door and it was one of the best ice cream shops I've been to. I got the Cinder and Lotus. The little drizzle they add onto the ice cream enhances the flavor so well. This place got pretty packed quickly when ai was eating. Rightfully so because this place deserves more hype. The shop itself is very clean and spacious. Definitely coming back here to try their shakes next time!

I honestly always come to this place just to support and i'm never one to write bad reviews, but everytime i order a crepe to go with strawberries they put me 1 strawberry and call it a day. The next time i came i asked for a good amount, i always leave tips as well even though the price is outrageous, they didn't include any strawberries again, except for one. It also took an hour for one crepe, so .. It's unfortunate to say i wont be coming back since buying stuff at home and making a crepe at home will be better and cheaper. read more

We came here recently and tried the Dubai chocolate strawberry labubu. It was so cute and honestly really yummy. They had so many dessert and beverage options and it was super easy to order. We came around 8pm on a Saturday and it was kind of busy. It did not take that long to get our order when we ordered we waited about 8 minutes and then there is seating inside which we found easily. Great place for chocolate and sweet lovers! Also great because they are open late at night on weekends so it adds as a great option. They have a lot of different items from juices, shakes, ice cream, and specialty desserts. One thing I wish they did was describe the smoothies and drinks with what's in it because it will just have a name but no description so that falls on the cashier or explain every drink verbally. I ordered a mixed Crepe (which comes with chocolate, pistachio and biscoff), their Dubai chocolate ice cream, and a speciality smoothie (mango, strawberry, avocado and pomegranate seeds). Everything was made very well and was very rich. I was just completely sugared out after a few bites of everything. It was the first time so I had to try a little bit of a few things but definitely didn't crave anything sweet for a few days after it. Interesting concept for sure. There are so many choices to satisfy your sweet tooth!!! We had the pistachio ice had with real crushed pistachio on top. The ice cream was creamy and NOT to sweet. I also had the mini pancakes a little more dense than traditional pancakes but still had a nice texture that complimented the light sweet flavor with chocolate sauce on the side. Staff is very helpful and friendly despite the large crowds. We will be back to try the very extensive menu. read more

I just had the most wonderful experience at Juice Time my first time visiting. The environment is bright and spacious and inviting and beautifully maintained. The young lady who helped me was kind and welcoming. The menu is quite extensive and (I was pleased to see) in two languages, and she offered help with explanations and recommendations. I tried the Lotus soft serve with the addition of caramel, and oh my goodness, I haven't had anything so delicious in a long time. The portion was extremely generous (I took half home). It comes with a Biscoff Lotus cookie and sprinkled generously with Lotus cookie dust. The additional caramel was incredible quality. (It's totally different to the uninspiring liquid syrup that you find elsewhere.) I don't know how Juice Time manages to make it so substantial and yet soft... something like what comes on a really good caramel apple. Friendly staff, obviously happy customers, and amazing quality. I'm sure this place will be a tremendous success. read more

I was visiting this shopping center today when I stumbled upon Juice Time! I previously heard about their locations in other states, and was excited that we finally have one in Orange County. I tried their avocado smoothie which was amazing!!!! Not too sweet and a strong avocado flavor. They opened in December in the spot that used to be Creamistry. The setup of counter and table space is the same. They even kept the TV menu. Place is clean, bright. Staff were diligent in making items. Will come back again to try different items. Stuffed waffles ($15) and Dubai chocolate strawberry cup ($13) are decent sized dessert for 1 person each. Note if mobile ordering they will not give/make your order until the time it says. Placed an order at 7:13pm and I arrived at the store at 7:28pm and checked in to let them know I was there to pick up mobile order. They told me it would be about a 10min wait I said no problem. After 10 mins I headed to counter only to be told that the time on my mobile order pick up was 752, I said thats estimated time app gave not a time I specifically picked. They told me I had to wait till 752 for them to make the order. Meanwhile I'm standing right there watching people come in, order, and receive their orders while I'm just waiting. I could understand if I specifically said for order to not be ready till a certain time but that wasn't the case and making me stand there and wait till that time was ridiculous when I could have just placed my order at the counter and gotten it way sooner. Not sure if I will be back if this is way they treat customers. read more
