I love supporting local places like this. My flat white was strong and smooth IMO. Staff is super personable and homey. Everything about this place gave off a good vibe. I love that dogs are welcome. I saw 4 different family dogs visit with their owners. Place is limited on parking but big on hospitality. Visit if you are ever in the area. *Vegan menu

White mocha

Absolutely one of the best cafes in Oceanside easily. From the vibe to the comfy seats, and the selection on the menu. I got a matcha, white mocha, and an Americano. The matcha was delicious!!! White mocha smooth and not too sweet. Americano is where I could tell their espresso was too notch. I got their breakfast burrito which was really nice light and fresh definitely I could of used some salt and pepper but that's definitely just preferance and I did without. The tortilla was my favorite it didn't have that super stretchy dough where it sticks to your teeth. The salsa had a nice depth of flavor with a smoky undertone. Great spot to get work done during the day. Nice staff and very clean inside and out. Will be coming back, thanks guys

Avocado toast with vegan feta/ side salad, fresh brewed herbal iced tea

Great experience at Jitters coffee pub had a delicious avocado toast that came with an amazing side salad. Love supporting a local place like this, freshly brewed iced tea, so many choices. Enjoyed the whole experience, I will be back.

Went to jitters and really enjoyed the experience! We had need up going here with a friend who frequents this spot and learned that Jason Mraz comes here sometimes! Everyone here was extremely welcoming and service was awesome. The ambiance here is warm and cozy. For food/drinks we tried the cortado which was yum. We also got a savory pastry with cheese/vegan meat which was nice. The raspberry cheese pastry was also fantastic! Definitely give this spot a try!

Breakfast burrito with the most delectable vegan crema

My family and I absolutely love Jitters!! The food is amazing, the coffee is great, and the environment is cozy, planty, and a breath of fresh air! They even have real cheese and eggs to accommodate anyone who may not want a fully vegan meal, which definitely helps to please everyone. I enjoy supporting small businesses like this one, and you should too! You won't regret it!

I am all about supporting local places and this place has been here as long as I have. (Which is a hot minute) I have been in for a quick coffee prior but this morning I woke up super grumpy and with a ticket from the city of Oceanside on my windshield. I walked in and told her I was grumpy and needed a latte. Made me laugh and told me to have a seat. Shortly after I received a delicious latte it was the perfect amount of espresso in it. It really lived in my spirits along with their beautiful ambience. It is my dream to walk in someday and see Jason Mraz working at the front which he is known to do. Oside Till I die, so it may happen. Enjoy and support this wonderful little place

Decaf Americano
Sharon A.

Visited for a cup of coffee with Friends. The drink menu has no prices which is the main reason for this review. Price transparency is important. That said, I got a decaf Americano, which was four dollars and fantastic! I asked the cashier if they had decaf brewed already and she said yes. When I said I would like decaf coffee she replied that they would have to make an Americano because that's how they do decaf. Not sure if she understood my question. I ordered it anyways and I'm glad I did.

Great atmosphere and great customer service! I ordered an oat chai latte, and it arrived in a ceramic mug - just a very home-y, welcoming vibe!

I loved the cozy vibe of this spot. There's enough seating for chitchatting, getting some work done, or reading a book. What I think I loved most about this place is that you can tell they value customer service - which will always be a plus in my book.

As a long-time vegan and north county native, I can't believe I have never been here before!!! The atmosphere is so cozy and calming, the staff is kind and attentive, and the food is nothing short of AMAZING! I will definitely be back to try the coffee :)

Came for a late breakfast with a friend. Staff was amazing and friendly. All the items in the case and counter looked delicious and tempting. My friend who is gluten free loved their gf options. Opted for the avocado toast and friend got the açaí bowl. So good...even the little side salad was packed with flavor. Definitely cute spot worth a visit. Small parking lot.

We drove up from San Diego to Oceanside just to check out Jitters Coffee Pub, and it was absolutely worth the trip. This place is a five-star experience all around. The service was spot on, and the staff felt like an eclectic crew of people who genuinely enjoy what they do, which makes the vibe even better. The ambiance is super inviting, cozy, unique, and clearly designed with a lot of care. It is exactly the kind of place you hope for when you hear "coffee pub." The coffee was delicious, and the sweet treat we ordered (a cookie brownie hybrid situation) was equally amazing. You can tell quality is a priority here. If you're in the area, or even if you're not, it is worth making the drive. We left feeling like we found a new favorite spot.

It's moist and buttery, with a thick cinnamon crumb and a sweet glaze drizzled on top. - **Chile verde omelet (mine):** Tender pork machaca and melted cheese, smothered in homemade verde sauce and topped with sour cream and fresh pico, over crispy golden hash browns. It had great flavor and a little kick, and it was exactly what I wanted. - **ABC omelet:** Fluffy and packed with crispy bacon, avocado, and melted jack and cheddar, served with well-browned homestyle potatoes. It was simple and done right. - **Corned beef hash:** Generous shredded corned beef, crispy potatoes, peppers, and onions, topped with melted jack cheese and a perfectly fried egg. - **Awesome omelet:** Loaded with shrimp, crab, scallops, and bacon, served with a giant crispy potato pancake. Even on a cloudy morning, sitting outside on the boardwalk with the breeze was so nice. Parking was easy, everything was clean and really cute inside, and you order right at the counter. The adorable girl who helped us was SO sweet and friendly! We weren't sure what to order, so she helped us pick some of their more popular dishes and promised we wouldn't be disappointed. She was right! I got the Stratford Scramble and a mocha latte with oat milk. The scramble was a HUGE portion and delicious. Did it completely wow me? No, but I definitely enjoyed it! The mocha latte was SO good. Nuzz got the Chilaquiles Jalisco and his first ever nitro cold brew. He loved both! The chilaquiles weren't too spicy, and he said the nitro was different from any cold brew he's had before and almost creamy. But the COFFEE CAKE!! When they asked if we wanted toast or coffee cake, we both chose coffee cake and thank goodness we did Soft, sweet, icing drizzled on top and SO good. That is something I would 100% come back for! Beautiful location, friendly service, good breakfast and great coffee. Such a relaxing way to start the morning. We'd definitely come back! And next time, coffee cake again. No question.

The fountain drinks, coffee, and tea are self-serve, which makes everything simple and convenient. Our visit was great! I ordered the chilaquiles, and they were delicious--flavorful but not spicy. My kids ordered chicken and fries, while my daughter got a hamburger, which she really enjoyed. Another thing I liked is that since you pay when you order, once you're finished eating, you can simply leave without having to wait for the check. I also want to give a special thank you to Tiffany, the manager. I accidentally forgot my wallet, and thankfully someone turned it in. Tiffany was extremely helpful and made sure I was able to get it back. I truly appreciate her and the staff at Stratford! Overall, I'm very pleased with the location, the food, and especially the customer service. My family and I will definitely be going back!!

I thought, I just might! Pulled over and pulled up the internet and man, this could work out. As I found the place, it was next to a tire shop but it's it own deal. The menu looked great, but I was HUNGRY. 2 items stood out to my taste buds, either the Tuna Melt or the Italian sandwich. I asked the guy at the counter for his recommendation and he (and the lady) both offered their input. I pulled the trigger on the Italian, hot style. When I say that this sandwich slapped, I mean, it hit on at least 5 levels. Every sauce, ingredient, combination was 10/10. The bun was great, the meat was great, the sauces, I mean, I was blown away. I absolutely want to come back hear for a breakfast item. This was an absolute gem of a find. Our server was genuinely kind and noticed small details about our family throughout the night, going out of her way to make sure everyone -- baby included -- felt taken care of. The ambiance is gorgeous. It's a smaller restaurant, but well appointed, with a visible open kitchen and bar that give it energy without sacrificing intimacy. It's family-friendly, but easily works for a date night too. Drinks were alcohol-forward and well made. Mine was similar to a very well-crafted old fashioned. For appetizers, we had the oysters and the pea soup. The oysters were very good, though the greens mixed in made them a bit tricky to swallow whole. The pea soup, on the other hand, was delicious. For mains, my wife had the sea bass and I had the pork schnitzel. My wife raved about the sea bass, saying it tasted a league or two above what the price would suggest. My schnitzel was equally delicious -- perfectly deep-fried, with vegetables on the side that cut nicely through the richness.
