This place is located right next to the Pilates studio which is super smart! A lot of healthy drink options as well. The lavender matcha was very good, I heard the lavender syrup is homemade and it really balanced well with the honey and matcha. The cashier was also really nice, explaining to us what the ingredients were and there were a lot of seating outside which was nice since we got to enjoy the Oceanside weather!

Great service, cute little coffee shop, great drinks and snacks (my wife loved the GF strawberry toast). Small coffee shop, but plenty of outdoor seating and a must to visit. We ent back the next day and J had to get the toasted coconut coffee again. Thanks, High Tide ladies!

Had excellent signature coffee drinks and open-faced toasts under an overcast sky that made the moment even sweeter. The Candy Orange Latte was nice and smooth. Although I thought it would be overly sweet but it was just right. The Chagaccino was a unique one. Chaga mushroom with cinnamon, vanilla and monk fruit. A very tasty interesting coffee. The Honey Matcha was a favorite too. Light, sweet and smooth. We had two toasts to share and they were delicious and satisfyingly healthy. The Avo Tomato Toast, a good amount of avocado mash, sweet cherry tomatoes, micro greens. The Egg Avo Toast another amazing combination toast of avocado mash and egg. The coffee shop is pleasant and cozy. A great place to relax.

such a cute shop & i really enjoyed reading the pay it forward wall. got the banana pudding small sized matcha w oat milk ($8). pretty expensive for the size (as compared to la/oc). a solid matcha if you're in the area. plenty of seating & service was quick!

Pilates princess matcha was absolutely amazing, you need to get it even if you hate matcha. Their avocado toast with cottage cheese and chilli oil soooo delicious almost like a healthy party pizza vibe. The service was great the girl was really nice. Warning they don't do burritos during the week days which I think is weird but whatever I'll definitely be coming back for the avocado toast and matcha again because it was sooo good

The matcha was really good. Amazing taste, not sweet. I got the honey matcha with oat milk. It's delicious. It is a bit more on the pricey side but at least it's good :) The cream is really good; definitely freshly made. I also got an orange creamsicle for my daughter. It's good too. The cashier/employee is really nice :) They also have toys and books for kids :) A good spot for matcha when you're in the area :)

My wife, daughter and I had great coffee and breakfast at High Tide Coffee. Well, actually, I didn't technically have a coffee. I had a Chagacino, a mushroom espresso drink with milk, cinnamon, vanilla, monk fruit and raw cacao. Yum! My wife had the candy cane mocha (espresso, milk, cinnamon, vegan chocolate and orange syrup) and my daughter had the honey bee matcha (matcha, milk, honey, with salted brown sugar foam). All the drinks had great, complicated, smooth tastes. For food, we had the Avo Tomato and the Grated Egg Avo --- both inventive and nutritious variations of avocado toast that were very well prepared --- and tasted wonderful. We sat outside and the ambiance couldn't have been more chilled and friendly. The woman who served us behind the counter was very nice. And a special mention goes to the other customers of the cafe: they were all friendly too and made the cafe a nice place to visit and have breakfast at. On the mugs it says, "good vibes" and good vibes are definitely to be had here.

It's amazing to have such a nice coffee shop in my neighborhood. The espresso beverages are fantastic and the matcha lattes are really good. The baristas have been friendly every time I've visited and provide great service. They even have mobile ordering if you're in a rush.

I was delighted to hear we had a new High Tide Coffee location opening in Oceanside and that I would no longer have to drive to San Clemente when I had the craving. This location is as exceptional as their others and I love that it's inside Rising Co. (Co-op space for brands, events, coffee, etc). While parking is tight in their lot, it's quite easy to find street parking. They do have a few indoor tables, but their outdoor seating is cute with very shady umbrellas! The service here is exceptional as well as all of the baristas greet you and when a barista takes your order they are just very kind and ask all of the questions to make your order perfect. We barely ever have to wait for our coffee, we don't even have enough time to browse one of the stores as our coffees are usually ready. I recently had the iced lavender honey latte and my husband had the snickerdoodle latte. I will say that once I tried his snickerdoodle latte, I immediately regretted my order. Luckily, my iced lavender honey latte was still delicious and had a great balance between sweetness and coffee, so no regret was necessary. The snickerdoodle latte is very sweet but we both agree that it's completely worth it! They do offer seasonal drinks too and honestly those sound like fantastic options. We will have to try them soon!

Oceanside California is known for its cafés and it looks like we've got another gem in the rough now opened on S Coast Hwy. High Tide Coffee Co is no opened to the community and they offer a nice variance to the coffee scene in the area. High Tide Coffee Co is located within the RISING CO building complex just off of S Coast Hwy. So make sure you look for that signage. They've got a shared parking lot in the front and street parking available on both side streets. This is good for now, but it MAY pose an issue during busy hours. It's a good thing they are also on DoorDash and take pre-orders online & via call-in. The entire vibe is for their branding is cute and inviting. Their interior is very trendy-earthy and colorful. But one shortcoming is that they have minimal seating options inside. There are only 3 tables. Luckily, their exterior seating has more benches and group-seating options. Their service is fast, friendly, warm and inviting. I love their merchandising with the cute logos. Their menu consists of staple classics like: cold brew, espresso, americano, latté, macchiato, cortado, cappuccino, and mocha. They also have specialty options like: lavender honey, rose cardamom, snickerdoodle, candy orange mocha, chachaccino, matcha chaga, and moon milk. They also have a few teas and hot cocoa. For foods, they have some solid basics like: breakfast burrito, acai bowls, avocado toast, assorted pastries and granola & chia parfait. I especially appreciate that many of their pastries are vegan & gluten-free. I enjoyed my seasonal special drink, the Espresso Paloma and it was a tasty variant to the typical coffee drink. I also enjoyed my snickerdoodle latté. I'd like to make a small note to pet owners: Although there's a notice that they DO NOT ALLOW PETS (only service animals) - this is not strictly enforced : thank goodness. Overall, I like what High Tide Coffee Co is bringing to the area and they provide a nice variation to the 'average café' and they have personality.

I'm not from the area just visiting. It looked super cute and it is.... First visit, I got 3 pastries 2 out of 3 were really good. The strawberry cream muffin tasted like a super dense croissant muffin, not what was expected no cream but the pop tart and mini cake were really good. I ordered a lavender latte and it was just OK. 2nd visit I ordered the snicker doodle iced latte but then I saw a guy get a cute pink latte I asked what it was and the girls told me it was their seasonal strawberry shortcake latte. It looked so cute and yummy so I kindly asked if my order could be changed, but had they started my order than just forget about it. They said no problem we can change it. I got the strawberry shortcake latte and it looked nothing like his. I mentioned that to the girl, but she said it was the same drink so I went on with my day. Another Oside coffee gem to add to the list! The vibe is quiet, coastal, and cozy. There were friends quietly catching up, others studying, and moms reading with their kids; I felt my nervous system actively chill in this space. The barista was kind, quick to make our order, and the iced coffee is still delightfully warm as the ice starts to cool it down (5/5, IYKYK). It was a quick stop, so I grabbed a ready to go matcha chia parfait (no picture bc I ate it too fast), but I loved that they had a bakery case and the options for quick bites and food to order. I was so excited about this spot based on Tik ToK reviews but it was not my cup of tea :( don't get me wrong, the service was great! But I've been obsessed with matcha so I got the honey bee matcha but it wasn't sweet at all, which is my preference. I also got the berry Nutella toast and the bread was a little too hard on my opinion. It wasn't sweet enough for me but you might like it. It had raspberries on it, but the menu didn't specify what kind of berries so I'll ask next time, that one's on me. The place was very cute though. read more

Welcome to Oside, High Tide! This is the former home of Seaborne Coffee. There are a variety of businesses housed in the Rising Co. collective. This time it's a new coffee shop, which is very exciting! I've been to High Tide in San Clemente before and their coffee is usually great. It's exciting to have a new roaster/café in town. Today I just sampled their brewed coffee and it was so tasty that I got a cup. The specialty drinks look really good though. I know I've had the snickerdoodle latte at previous locations. Looks like they have food options and some merch as well. I noticed a cute kitchen/play area for kiddos so it would be fun to come back with my little girl. Absolutely loved our visit to High Tide Coffee! I got the matcha chaga and was so impressed ! The matcha was a deep, vibrant green, which is a good sign for all the matcha lovers out there, and the flavor was rich and strong. Plus, chaga mushroom has health benefits, so it felt like a win-win ! My sister tried the snickerdoodle latte, and even though I haven't been into espresso drinks lately, I had to admit this one was delicious. It was topped with cinnamon and every sip was super flavorful. My dad got a classic latte, added a little sugar, and they even gave it the cutest latte art. Also, I loved that they let you use your own reusable cup! The shop itself is so cute! It has very coastal vibes, with books, merch, and even a little kids corner with a play kitchen. There's also a beachy store right next door with clothes and fun beach stuff. Service was amazing. Y'all know ordering with a group can be difficult sometimes but they were patient and the drinks were made very quickly! Came to High Tide Coffee today for their Grand Opening and it was wonderful. I typically frequent their location in San Clemente, but this location is fantastic too. It's unique because it shares a space with Rising Co (a retail surf shot and clothing store). The space is beautiful and they have a great outdoor area and you can even order at the pick up window outside! I highly recommend checking out this new location. They even have some great merch like dried flowers, coin purses, candles and much more! read more

Best avocado toast of my life and I've had alot. I got the kickin' cottage cheese avocado toast with some sweet/savory and melt in your mouth! I'm so sorry but $11.50 for a 16oz oatmilk matcha with foam is INSANE.. this is my go to order at coffee shops in sacramento and Ive never had to pay more than $8. not to mention the matcha was absolutely disgusting. I got it with two other friends and all of us ended up throwing it all away. it literally tastes more like cereal milk than matcha. I don't even know how this place got so many good reviews.. we paid $36 for 3 drinks??? INSANE. read more

I gave High Tide Coffee a chance. They're a "speciality" coffee shop which I prefer over Starbucks, Dutch Bros, Coffee Bean and any of those fast food coffee spots. I've been in the coffee world for several years now including customer service and I was disappointed with the customer service I received from the barista and the pour over I ordered. The barista who took my order seemed very unenthused and had a dead pan face and monotone sound, not to mention when I asked about their roasts and if they had pour overs or only drip they talked to me as if I was an idiot without actually giving me information about the process and notes of coffee. They're offered me a decaf or dark roast which is strange to have a decaf pour over but fine, so I went with the dark roast which is an Ethiopian coffee which I generally enjoy but not top of them taking longer than normal for a pour over, say about 15 minutes, the pour over that was called out for me was just moved to the serving counter for me to pick up. I noticed it had some floating particles that looked like dust, and it wasn't the correct temperature it should've been for just being completed. It was warm, not even hot, and it tasted completely watered down. I could see a layer of water on top of the coffee, that's how watered down it was. I gave it a few sips, giving them the benefit of the doubt and it was terrible. It tasted like watered down drip coffee. It was definitely a dark roast, but I didn't get any notes aside from burnt beans and warm water. I was very disappointed. I shouldn't have expected much given they're in a gentrified location and made to look very "basic" and "hip" but I truly expected more from them given how many people have been ranting and raving about how good their coffee is. Also, not that it adds anything more or less but their bathroom has no toilet seat covers or paper towels and wasn't the cleanest. They were also not very busy or had an overwhelming about of customers. Just disappointed. I will not be back. read more

The cut of "skirt steak", if you want to call it that, was extremely tiny pieces of diced "steak". The steak was cut smaller than pico de gallo. Tiny. If I had to guess, it probably came with a 1/4 cup of beef on the entire nacho plate. It was quite pathetic. $17 with a coke. AVOID!!!

I only had the beer, so I can't say anything about food other than they do have food available. The beer alone is a reason to visit. I had two different IPAs. One Triple IPA brewed in collaboration with North Park and Brujos. Then I also had a Cold IPA brewed from a recipe provided by a Japanese brewery. Both were very unique options. Beer to-go is only available in four packs. You can't buy singles nor mix and match.

I believe they have sodas in the fridge you can purchase for the youngsters. The best thing about this place is that every Sunday there's a music open mic featuring local singers and artists from 6-9. The host, local legend Raynaldo Martine, will play along with artists or let them go solo. The list is always fair, and the hosts respect the amount of time artists spend in the venue. Overall, this is a place where you can enjoy some high-end craft wine and excellent entertainment. They have other entertainment lined up other days, so call ahead to find out what's going on.

I think he was the owner and he said they weren't opened yet but invited us inside for a little tour. He told us they had live music every night. We came back later that night for a drink because of his friendliness and hospitality. There was indeed live music and we had a glass of their delicious Pinot Noir and bought a bottle of wine to take home. They don't serve food, but there are plenty of restaurants near by where you can order food to bring in with you. They did sell little charcuterie boards and snacks though, which was nice to see. The outdoor patio was so cozy with ambient string lights and plenty of seating. Definitely a great place to have a drink and listen to some live music. Thank you to the gentlemen who made us feel welcome and inviting us for a tour before you were open.

The selection was pretty good. They had a lot of good California beer but also stuff from the Pacific Northwest and imports too. The guy at the register was beyond helpful and friendly. I sampled some Russian River beer they had on tap. I didn't take an extensive look at the tap list, but at a glance I could tell it's worth a visit for the beer. I'm happy with the beer I took home, and would stop by again for food if I get the chance.

French fries, tarter sauce, malt vinegar. $18 Good batter you ask? No. Not good... Great batter for their hot, crispy and fresh tasting fish. The fries were also hot and crispy. Shoots is located at 2956 Roosevelt Street, in an outside food court type of setup. There are several eateries there with tables in a small central courtyard. Pop Pies is located there too (tasty chicken pot pies). Each eatery is essentially a small shack. Go in, order and Shoots brings out your food when ready. I look forward to trying some other dishes on their menu.
