Don't let the industrial park vibe fool you. The coffee is well crafted and high quality. I got the flat white and it was smooth, creamy and the perfect ratio of milk to espresso. The menu is mostly classic options with some creative choices as well. It is more of a grab and go situation but there was limited seating out front. The friendly barista is also the owner! I hope to be back soon.

Great unique coffee drinks in an area the seems underserved for legitimate coffee options. Highly recommend!

Owner was rude and I've had better coffee from gas stations. I don't care about "flavours", I like coffee.

I just with the portion size was larger, I could probably eat 3-4 these magnificent morsels. Or I maybe I should be dieting....

I yelped food truck and called a couple before coming to Dripping Kitchen. Garrett the owner picked up and was so friendly and willing to come out to our event. His minimum wasn't bad either. Although the event wasn't as big as the previous food truck events, I spoke with some of our neighbors and they loved the food. We tried some too. I got their drippin Mac, dripping birria sandwich and a jalapeño chipotle chicken sandwich. The jalapeño chipotle chicken sandwich was so good! Highly recommend!! The Mac and cheese had good flavors. Good for the little one. Birria was good, a bit greasy but good flavors. The food is definitely cheat day food!!! Lol. We also drank a strawberry lemonade which was refreshing. Garrett told us he also had an ice cream food truck. Hopefully at one of our next events we'll use both services. We'll definitely save his contact to our favorite vendors list. Thanks for coming out to our community!

Cali Food Truck was out at the Desert Int Horse Part for the Desert Holiday jumping show. They…read moredidn't have the prestigious parking place in the barns but I was great for us rides. The truck became our breakfast and lunch stop for the 4 days we were on site. The breakfast burritos stared off the families day. The Birria tacos and consommé made lunch work. My son lived on the hotdog with French fries. The service was fast, clean, and smooth. Only con was the coffee was weak but not worth dropping a star. The food was too good. I will look for them again.

Sometimes writing reviews isn't that much fun. After having a less than average experience with…read morethe food of a restaurant, I try to look at the circumstances surrounding the meal and maybe find reasons other than the food itself as to why I had issues with the flavors and taste. In this particular instance, the Cali Food Truck II was parked on the playground of an event at my son's Elementary School, selling food alongside another food truck and a snow cone vendor. After comparing menus, I opted on getting dinner for us here and braved the lines as my son played with his friends. I got the Milanesa Torta, a thin strip of fried beef, served on a flat roll with a layer of refined beans and guacamole, and topped with lettuce and tomato. When dealing with something that can easily get messy, like a sandwich, there is a very fine line between too dry, too greasy, and just right. Either your sandwich can get too wet and fall apart or you have to choke it down with whatever drink you have on hand; Cali Food Truck opted for the latter. With a toasted bun, beans with all the water steamed out, and meat that felt more precooked and reheated than fried on the spot, the sandwich was dry to the point where even the vegetables and guac couldn't save it. The flavors weren't actually too bad, but the arid chew was very difficult to get passed when eating. My son had the Cheeseburger, plain with just tomato, and a side of French Fries. The meat felt as precooked and reheated as the Milanese, though that may have just been from the lack of condiments and lettuce to help moisten the dish. And the fries definitely tasted like they had been fried in stale oil, the flavor from everything fried before it, along with dust and age had been cooked right into them. He was only able to eat about half the burger and almost none his side before asking if he could skip the rest and go home. All in all, a pretty expensive dinner for food that neither of us really enjoyed. I would like to think that they probably had a lot of precooked food on hand to help handle the crowds at the school event. But, when it made the dishes suffer this much, and with old oil cooking the sides, it's difficult to justify ever choosing this food truck again next time my son's school has a big get-together.
