Some of the girls here are sooo sweet, but some are so rude and short with you for no reason. They have also changed their matcha, too. It tastes so milky and bad compared to their last one they used! Their coffee has been missing lately, too. It's less sweet/flavorful. I really hope the owners can see this and help fix what has happened. I have been won over since my first time coming, and my family and I are regulars, but we haven't been in a minute due to this decrease in service and quality.

Walking up there was a bit of a line but it was moving at a fair pace. It gave us the opportunity to really read the menu above the register well. There's both outdoor and indoor seating. And both areas were pretty full with a bustling vibe. There were specialty drinks so I wanted to try the Pistachio latte but they were out so we ended up trying the Left Coast latte, Vanilla Bean latte, a plain bagel and Lil Dippers. The lattes were wonderful. Smooth and tasty. The Lil Dippers (mini burritos) were pretty substantial and the plain bagel surprisingly was the best we've ever had at any coffee place. SO good! Great taste and perfect texture. It was unfortunate though that the cream cheese cup that comes with it didn't suffice. It wasn't at all enough for a good ratio. And to think that at one point my bagel was forgotten by the employees. I would've missed out! Overall, we're so glad we went, it was worth it!

They should have outdoor signs to make it easier to spot while driving.

I ordered the caramel brulee with 20 percent sugar, but it was not for me. The coffee itself tasted a little burnt and somehow was still overly syrupy sweet. I was hoping the lower sugar level would let more of the coffee flavor come through, but the drink just felt unbalanced. The staff was friendly and the service was good, so I appreciated that. Unfortunately the drink was enough that I do not see myself coming back.

You can tell they really care about their customers and the quality of what they serve. It's always exciting to find a local coffee shop that's both welcoming and serves great coffee. The menu is completely over the top and over complicated- sugar upon sugar. The menu doesn't even list the basics- it jumps right into things like tiramisu cinnamon swirl. The last time I went I ordered a matcha which was just a cup of milk and barely any matcha. I hope they simplify the menu or make it easier to read- it's all over the place. Additionally, the music was so loud I couldn't hear my friend talking. I really hope things evolve and their business can grow.

The first time I went I wanted the seasonal banana bread drink (I think that was the name) but they had ran out and were sweet enough to give me a discount card for another visit. I got the banana latte and it was a bit too sweet and chunky at the bottom with the banana for my liking. The second time I went, we got the 4x20 special. My husband doesn't take milk well & we saw the poster of the cafe de olla drink and it was black. Therefore he chose that one. We got our drinks and there was no black drink so I asked them which was the cafe de olla, and they proceeded to point to one of the drinks and I asked if it had milk, they said yes it did. So I said we ordered it based on the picture showing it black, they said it was fine and they would remake it. When my husband tried the drink it was sickly sweet. Like they replaced the milk portion with all syrup. We all tried it and agreed but at that point we had left. Anyways I feel that if the recipe calls for milk they should show it in the poster, so they don't have to fill the drink with syrup to offset the volume change without the milk. Idk if this was a normal thing or maybe just my order. But I'm always willing to give small businesses some support and try new things. They have great deals and they seem to really try to foster community and I love that so I will be back to try other drinks :) oh and a bonus is they're a small coffee business open later than others. Picture with the book is from first visit on July 28, pic with the 4 drinks is from August 1st.

Of all the things I've tried, their Salted Caramel Latte is king! I love a mixture of sweet and salty and this latte really delivers. The coffee is smooth and on the stronger side. As for matcha, I think Bound is miles ahead of any spots in the area. Matcha notes always shine through and it never tastes milky. Lastly, shoutout to their Breakfast Burrito! Every burrito is made to order and features tots, cheese, bacon, egg and a roasted Fresno Chile crema. It's served with TWO (red and green) salsas on the side. Could not be happier every time I order this!
