Although when I was next to order, I wasn't greeted or acknowledged until they finished giving out the order they were working on, then I was approached. But I guess that's why the service was quick. We went on a Saturday morning, so it was a little busy and our coffee smoothie and bagel took about 10 minutes to be ready. They call you by the name to let you know it's ready and you can pick it up inside on their counter. Their smoothies don't have milk. They use apple juice! It provides a lovely seating area in an area otherwise lacking much seating or gathering space. I really like the good vibrations at the coffee spot. It offers a unique outside kiosk for those walking by just to pick up coffee to go and an inside bar for guests to linger. This has been here for years and I am surprised it took me so long to get here, as local business owners that I respect have told me, it's the best on the street. I ordered a hot mocha to go and it was good. Attached to the coffee cart/coffeehouse concept is the retail store with new/handmade and vintage finds. Worst service ever. We were there before a big crowd started piling up. I only ordered a cappuccino, but somehow people who came later got theirs first. Sure, no big deal. By the time they called out my drink, there was a big crowd in front of the counter including at least 3 dogs, so I decided to go around the other side (by the door) to grab my drink, especially because I had a toddler in my arm. I said I just want to grab my cappuccino, but Ms. Short blonde hair points at my drink on the other counter (the drink and me were both within her arms length) and said "you can go around and grab it".
