I tried the blended banana chai for the first time and it was amazing. This was my first time here, and the whole experience was great. My family and I even got to enjoy the photo booth while waiting for our drinks -- such a cute touch! There's also a thrift store attached, which makes the visit even more fun and unique. Staff had a great recommendation.

I ordered the acai bowl and it was delicious! There can be a long line at times but service was quick. Although when I was next to order, I wasn't greeted or acknowledged until they finished giving out the order they were working on, then I was approached. But I guess that's why the service was quick. I would definitely order the acai bowl again and next time I'll have to try their coffee.

Overall, a cute little coffee shop that you can walk right up to from the sidewalk. The menu is pretty small so it's pretty straightforward on what to choose from. We went on a Saturday morning, so it was a little busy and our coffee smoothie and bagel took about 10 minutes to be ready. They call you by the name to let you know it's ready and you can pick it up inside on their counter. Their smoothies don't have milk. They use apple juice! Pretty delicious and not badly priced for the area. They also have a store connected to the coffee shop.

This is the best local owned coffee shop around! They have amazing avocado toast, breakfast sandwiches and of course my favorite iced matcha with almond milk and honey. Wasn't familiar with this coffee shop, only here for the week on a beach house vacation. Glad I chose this spot! Got a decaf Iced almond milk latte and added a little honey and cinnamon, which was delicious! Loved the taste of the decaf espresso. Girl at the register was sweet. I also got a plain bagel with cream cheese, which was good but needed a lot less cream cheese. I had to open up the bagel and remove more than half the cream cheese. :( (maybe I'm just pregnant and being extra picky) Would definitely recommend this place.

Great coffee, reasonable price. $6.25 for a 16oz iced latte with almond milk - some places are charging upwards of $9 in this area! The baristas are always friendly and have dog treats (which my dog appreciates). Heads up, it will be busy on weekends, get there before 9am to avoid long lines. read more

Classic cold brew and bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Both were good, not like wow yum but not bad. Staff work efficiently and churn out orders. Outdoor area but right by the street so noise from traffic is right there if you wanted to study or whatever. read more

I have been coming to this spot regularly for the past three years and it has been my cafe of refuge in Oceanside. It provides a lovely seating area in an area otherwise lacking much seating or gathering space. The staff are able to keep up with massive customer demand and the drinks and food are consistently great. I love the variety of their menu offering. My go to is an iced dirty chai, which is sweet and spiced along with a turkey and egg breakfast sandwich. Highly recommend this spot if you are looking for an authentic, local North County cafe with charm. read more

I'm loving this little coffee spot! They have better prices than the place next door for equally good coffee and food. Their lattes are delicious and they offer a variety of milks and add-ins. I also love their breakfast sandwiches and my partner enjoys the bagels with avocado, unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of that. The staff is friendly, though I will say the food and coffee takes a while to come out. That said, I come here far too often and I plan to continue doing so! read more

I really like the good vibrations at the coffee spot. It offers a unique outside kiosk for those walking by just to pick up coffee to go and an inside bar for guests to linger. This has been here for years and I am surprised it took me so long to get here, as local business owners that I respect have told me, it's the best on the street. I ordered a hot mocha to go and it was good. Attached to the coffee cart/coffeehouse concept is the retail store with new/handmade and vintage finds. You can tell they really focus on what will sell, both new and used. It is very thoughtful. I'm a beret fan! Go for the nautical theme, beach side city vibe with local support. Just keep 6 feet apart, which was just put into place when I visited at the beginning of quarantine. If you want to support a local coffee shop, this is where all the locals go!! If you want a consistent regular cup of coffee that doesn't taste burnt or bitter this is your spot. Employees are kind and helpful. Small coffee shop and busy (because it's good!) so you may need to have some patience, but worth it! read more

The girls there were not nice, they just stared at us and didn't even say hello or anything. When they did say something to us they just ignored us and had attitude it was not the vibe. The coffee is good but with the service and everything id rather go somewhere else. read more

We ordered a latte, a matcha latte with oat milk, and a chocolate croissant. Milk texture and temperature were right on point for both drinks! Nice strong coffee flavor in the latte. My husband thought the latte was a tiny bit runny/watery (if that makes sense) but I thought it was fine. I'm not an oat milk drinker, but I enjoyed the flavor of the oat milk. The tiny downside is that the oat milk kinda overpowers the matcha flavor. It was a nice smooth drink. We also ordered a chocolate croissant and it was good too. I was happily surprised to find this coffee shop and will definitely go back and even get coffee beans there.

I really liked what I can only assume is their in house syrup. Think Starbucks pistachio latte, but two times better. This coffee place is for those who don't do Starbucks. Vanilla flat white was just as good. I would say Carlsbad for coffee this place is a must stop.

The donuts on display look so gooddd, we had to try one even though I was originally there for coffee. Person behind the donut area was really nice with great customer service! Cashier was the same! They have a little water stand you can get some water from too which was nice after chowing down on the donut. The donut itself was so good. Right amount of fluffiness and taste and crispiness. Traditionally they stop and make the coffee and then move on to the next guest. She was in a really bad mood so she kept taking donut orders until about 5 guests deep. Then she got 2 other coffee orders so she stopped to make coffee. About 10 to 15 minutes after I paid for my other order she makes my dirty chai. A kid and a mom are right by the counter. The kid grabs my drink and spills it on the counter and on the floor. She sees this. It's right in front of her. She says oh no that's not yours. Then she wipes it off and tries to pass it off to me like I didn't see. I said no, you're not going to re make it? She goes no, it's not my fault he spilled it. I was like I want a refund. She goes why. I'm like the drink spilled and you didn't even offer or try to remake it. This place had really gone downhill. Service is awful. The donuts look nice but they've been sitting out and are stale. The same with crossaint I had. I would not go back here anymore. Awful experience. Drove out of my way to come here today. It's a shame. This place used to be really friendly and fresh and top of the line customer service, Management needs to rework things before they completely go downhill but it seems they are already there.

The spiced dark chocolate paired so well with the marshmallow cold foam and graham cracker topping, and I especially loved the warm spices throughout the drink. Next time, I could definitely see myself ordering a cold brew with that marshmallow foam. Not pictured: the ham & cheese croissant, which is a must-order every single time I'm here. They don't serve food, but there are plenty of restaurants near by where you can order food to bring in with you. They did sell little charcuterie boards and snacks though, which was nice to see. The outdoor patio was so cozy with ambient string lights and plenty of seating. Definitely a great place to have a drink and listen to some live music. Thank you to the gentlemen who made us feel welcome and inviting us for a tour before you were open.

I look forward to trying some other dishes on their menu.

I don't know why I was so hesitant to try this place but after 15 minutes of hunting on Yelp I decided to just try it. I'm so glad I did! The vibes of this little place are so great all around. Jen was so nice from the start, I told her it was my first time there & she let me know I can ask any questions. You can tell she really cares about her customers because she was making genuine conversation and being really nice! I've only had one drink here but so far it's bombbbb.com. Dirty chai latte is so good!! Definitely coming again, can't wait to show my gf our new coffee spot;D read more
