I love their Banana Iced Shaken Espresso! It's a different combination that I would never think to have, but the banana pairs perfectly with the espresso. The baristas are friendly here and prepare your drinks with much TLC. It has seating on the inside. There is art on the walls along with an area of merchandise that can be purchased. Tote bags, tee shirts etc. When I want something different from an ordinary latte, I come here. Also, you can order this drink half-sweet if that suits you. The only downside is that parking is sometimes difficult. However, with that being said, if you've never tried the banana- espresso combination, this is the place to do it! read more

Banana Dang in Oceanside is an absolute gem. Parking is street parking only, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a spot right in front of the shop, which already felt like a good omen. It was an introductory meeting, we will see if he has any sites worth considering. Seemed like a nice dude. This was a perfect place to meet because they have plenty of seats and they serve more than coffee. This is such a cute spot. I meet up with a friend when we had the kiddos and liked how kid friendly they were. They offer coffees, smoothies and really unique style toast options. I loved the concept of this place- it combines two things I love, Bananas and Coffee Shops! The shop was busy when I came and the cashier/barista was super sweet and kind- one of friendliest I've met! I tried their popular, Shakened Banana and had some sips of the Blue Banana Mylk. The Shakened Banana has coffee in it and it pairs well with the Banana flavor. Overall, it was a good drink to walk around town with. Their Blue Banana Mylk was super delicious! It has no caffeine/coffee; just oat milk blended with bananas, blue spirulina, and probably some other ingredients. It was a thick consistency, but so good!! I love banana flavor and took the recommendation of the girl taking my order in terms of a coffee thats strong in banana flavor. My latte was sort of sour. Street parking wasn't a problem but can be if it's the morning time. I went for a mid day pick me up coffee and ordered their Shaken Banana (which comes with oat milk by default btw) and shared a PB, Honey, and Banana Toast with my friend! It was the perfect snack, and I enjoyed my Shakened Banana drink. I don't like the overpowering banana in smoothies and I tasted this a lot in my friend's Banana Mylk. Just an FYI -- if you're expecting a more creamier taste, I'd go for the lattes. They had funny decor and merch all over the cafe.
