We got to try these guys out at Barrel Harbor Brewery. They trailer in their wood fired oven, set out their dough and make whatever you want off their menu. We tried the bbq chicken with pineapple....best pizza I've had in a long time! Loved the crust not to thick but not too thin and not over cooked. I wish I could give Scott and his team 10 starts instead of 5. Not only was he easy to work with before the date, but he showed up when he said he would, his team was competent and friendly, his prices were reasonable, and most importantly he makes the best pizza I have ever had. I know that sounds like hyperbole, but it is not. One of guests, who is a mom of 3, said she was so done with pizza and was disappointed that was what we were serving. She came up to me later and told me it was like eating pizza for the first time again. His toppings are creative and so delicious that I tried to not eat the crust so I could try more, but I couldn't help myself. It was so good! He hand makes all of his dough, the sausage, he hand cuts the pineapple, peppers, and everything else. I cannot recommend any one better! Also, half of the guests that RSVP'd did not show up (half communicated with me that morning and the other half didn't so I was very surprised and disappointed) and he did what he could to help. Asked his employees to make all remaining pizzas and didn't cut them so I could freeze them for left overs. We had Scott and Andrew come to the house last night and help us run our 3rd annual charity event and HOLY CRAP was it awesome. They were super nice and made the event much easier for us, the co-hosts, who only had to do a little prep work for 2 custom pizzas we designed. Why should you use Inferno? because the dough is *that good*. I'm a NYC pizza snob and this dough was some of the best I've ever had. also, their mobile oven and prep stations were awesome! the oven, I was told, reaches about 600º and the dome about 900º--so the pies cook fast and yummy. The fellas were great and kept the pizzas moving quickly for party-goers who devoured them as soon as they came out. One star to many. First I would like to start out with the tasting. Scott the owner came to our home with his pizza oven and did a private tasting for us because of COVID. With the COVID situation he had no events for us to attend to do a tasting. So I offered to pay him for a private tasting. I paid $200.00 for the tasting that fed my family of 5 people and his crew of 3 people. Now we loved the tasting! The pizza was some of the best pizza we had. He had multiple pizza toppings, several different pizzas were made, and he took pride in the fact that he was one of the few Pizza Catering companies that offered several different pizzas rather than just a few. Even had a vegan option! He promised us the menu was the same for the wedding. I will leave extra pizzas for the wedding party too he said. Scott also said he would have 3 to 4 helpers to help him keep the pizzas coming. He said he can cook 6 to 8 pizzas at a time. Wow we were so impressed. We hired him right away for our May 15, 21 Wedding. We paid $17.50 per person to include pizza, spring mix salad, and a caesar salad for 117 guests. So here comes the NO STAR REVIEW. Scott showed up late, he came with 1 helper, he made peperoni pizzas, cheese pizzas, and only a few had jalapeno on them or some sausage. My sister asked for the vegan pizza and was ignored, My Maid of Honor asked not once but twice for the goat cheese honey pizza and was ignored both times. Neither of them had any pizza. The worse part is yet to come. He took 2 girls from my staff to help him at the pizza oven and My team had to pull the girls away to tend to our event. Then the absolute worse the feedback from my guests the next couple of days. So many people didn't get pizza at all! Many guests said every time they went to get a pizza there was no pizza's at the table. All most ALL of our guests that were so lucky to even get pizza said it was awesome but they wish there was more. Sadly so many didn't even get pizza. Lets not fail to mention both salads ran out as well and some guests didn't get salad either. I reached out to Scott and shared my experience and guests feedback. He acted as if that was not the case and tried blaming my day of Coordinator, the Venue, and Weather. Sorry but none of those have anything to do with the fact he showed up late, unprepared, under staffed, and without enough ingredients/food. no one complained of cold pizza lol just that they didn't get any. I asked for a partial refund since only about half my guests got pizza before he packed up and left. Then he accused me of threatening him for a bad review?? WTH? So Unprofessional. With or without the partial refund he was getting a review. I'll say the partial refund would have made me happy and I would have probably mentioned I got one and at least he would have looked like he cared or owned up to him mistake. Rather he was just argumentative during the entire call, wouldn't even listen nor hear my concerns, then sent me this ridiculously long email that had nothing to do with any of my concerns but why would it he never even heard me. I'll never hire him again or refer him out. read more

Man this pizza is good! We went to a brewery where this food truck was at, and I am so glad we decided to try them. We ordered the Salami Jalapeno pizza, which was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! When I initially ready Salami Jalapeno, I thought "this is my kind of pizza." But then I read it had organic honey on it, and honestly I don't care if it is organic or not I am not a big fan of honey at all. If honey is in my food, I would rather not taste it. However it did have the words "trust me it is incredible" in the description, so I gave it a go. OMG how have I not had honey on a pizza before? All I have to say is, do not pass this up. The other pizzas, we saw others had ordered, looked and smelled amazing, but we only had the one. We are planning for a college graduation next month, so we are considering them for catering that event. I think they have a $750 minimum on Friday and Saturday events, but they appear to have many other options besides pizzas so you could easily meet that amount. When we initially set out to find a caterer, he was the first to respond (same-day) and extremely flexible with everything we needed (vegetarian options, adding coffee service, etc). I have zero regrets or complaints and would absolutely hire him for any event again. The pizza and appetizers were phenomenal! The website says gourmet toppings for the pizzas- and that was exactly true. Goat cheese, beautiful basil, fresh tomatoes, juicy pineapple, and the list just goes on and on. Loved the crust, sauce, and all of the toppings- there was a huge variety throughout the dinner service. We got compliments from guests all night long about the pizza options and had several friends ask for his contact information from us. It was just such a hit! Scott and his team just kept turning out amazing pizzas with all sorts of delicious toppings. Some couples really want the chicken/beef dish option for catering for their weddings... not us... we wanted pizza... and it turns out, so did everyone else! Not much goes better with the wine and beer we had. They arrived, set-up, and took down all on their own and left the staging area completely clean. We were also left with some bride and groom pizzas which we loved eating after we left and the morning after. We came across inferno pizza at speckle rock winery. I ordered a pizza with half no cheese I stated that I had family members in my party that were lactose intolerant. As he was making my pizza he started talking to another couple and must have forgotten that I had requested half no cheese on the pizza. When he was finally done talking he said " oh you wanted no cheese on half right? Well that didn't happen!!" No apology , no nothing after I had asked him to make it half no cheese. At that point since I had waited so long I told him I will see if we can try to take the cheese off. However, when I went back to the table we were unable to take the cheese off so my mother went back and asked if he could make the pizza the way we had requested since she's allergic to cheese. He gave my mom such attitude about it and said that I had ordered the pizza wrong which I did not and he finally agreed to make it again. My mother asked you to won't charge us again right? And he said " I'll give you a break". So then he had to wait an additional 30 mins to get our pizza. When he finally brought it out he took the card reader on his phone and said he was going to charge us half price for the pizza. My mother said I thought you weren't gonna charge us and he said oh I'm not going to give you a whole other pizza for free( even though it was his mistake). At the end we ended up paying an additional $12 plus he charged my mom 6% interest because he claimed he didn't have some app for his card reader so he had to charge another 6%. He told my mom that's why you're supposed to have cash. The owner was completely rude to us and did not provide good customer service at all. I would not recommend his catering or service to anyone. On the day of my wedding everything went perfectly, they were set up on time and served on time. There were no "hiccups" that I was aware of which is so important on your wedding day. Scott also had two pizzas of our choice as a midnight snack. I can't even express how much of a life saver those pizzas were. When my new husband and I finally made it back to our hotel room we were starving and the last thing we wanted to do was order overpriced room service. There was some confusion with the contract in the beginning which caused some stress but the final execution out-weighed the issue with the contract.
