Memet has an incredible depth of knowledge and you can tell he truly loves what he does. We had wonderful conversations and learned a great deal about Ibrik/Cezve process. And, although I claim to know my fair share about coffee, Memet taught me a thing or 2. The workshop was intimate and well laid out. All the information was clear, concise and easy to follow and went far beyond 'this is how you make coffee'. We talked about every factor of making a good cup and experimented with different variables to achieve different results. I've already recommended Memli to several people and plan to come back for another workshop with some other coffee lovers. If you want to take your knowledge beyond just drinking coffee this is the place to go.

Awesome, fun people serving some legitimatly good beers. Not 40 different niche beers..but doing a few and doing them well. Sometimes that's all ya need (along with the smiling faces and HiFives). Had a chance to stop in for their carshow today and have a few beers. All were very tasty, I particularly enjoyed the Yokyo Drift pilsner.
