I always come to Jiffy Lube oil change even though they're a little bit more expensive however I get the top off free which to is worth it. They're advertised open at 9 o'clock on Sundays. I get here about 10 after nine and I sit for almost 30 minutes and then The one person that's here tells he's sorry but his employees didn't come into work today and he's unable to reach anybody by phone to come in not even the manager so I left. I came back 20 minutes later and the that was actually behind was in being worked on. I'm here getting my oil changed now, but the inconvenience is going to make me wonder if I should continue to give Jiffy Lube, my business or not. read more

I need to have my oil changed in my tires rotated so I specifically did not go to the desert. Foothills location and I came here instead.. I called and confirmed that they could do a tire rotation on my 2017 Tacoma with a 2 inch lift. When I got there, they told me they could not do the tire rotation. They said that their lift was broken. If they would've just told me this over the phone, I could've saved myself time and money. Came here and distress after my car started overheating on my way to pick up my kid from school. The only Jiffy Lube I've ever been to where they said for a Coolant top up I was not allowed to stay with my car and observe what they looked under the hood. directed me to walk around the building afterwards, never had this kind of treatment just for a coolant top up. Not sure if this is just how they treat women here but I try to avoid coming here when I can, it was the only place I could force my way through traffic with an overheating car too. Wonder if they would give it to the same treatment to a man. Absolutely unbelievable attitude, especially given I was clearly in distress and clearly noted that I had a child waiting for me at school and was trying to do it as quickly as possible. Instead this fella made sure to take ad long as he could and questioned me about a body issue on the car. I reiterated that I please just needed help getting to my kid via filling up the coolant. This morning I went into Jiffy Lube to get an oil change, as I pulled up I was greeted by the manager and asked to step out of the car and escorted me to the waiting room. As they finished up on the customer before me, I was called to the window, he took my information and then told me $95.00 for a 2010 Ford Flex SE. I said no way, he then said that he can do it for $59.00, I said no to that as well. After the last no, he offered a $15.00 coupon along with the $59.00 oil change. I asked for my car back after that. As I was waiting inside I heard him mumble something, then heard my hood slam shut. This was my very first time at any Jiffy Lube and last time. Just had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube! my car battery blew up and stopped taking a charge. The terminals had become corroded and needed some serious cleaning and repair. If that wasn't bad enough, this was on a sunday. I came to this location because the wait at the other locations was a lot longer and I still had to drive down to Tucson. These guys went out of their way to help me get back onto the road quickly and professionally. I tried calling the location on a Sunday to make sure they were open and no one picked up. I drove over there and they said that I would be next in line. I waited 15 minutes in the lobby when a technician came in and ask me to come back the next day. There was a problem with the car that they were currently working on and said they would give me $20 off. I have a busy schedule and felt like my time was not valued. Would not recommend this location as there were no camera's to watch them work on your car and I'm use to waiting in your car for a quick oil change. Only knock was the price, which might be set by corporate. $37 with a Yelp coupon was high for the area but I was treated well and my car was serviced correctly. I come here religiously to get the oil changed in my bosses Cadillac. At this point, I know more about that car than anyone else in the world. I know how many miles it's at and how many more miles to go until it needs the oil changed, the tires rotated, the fuel system cleaned and when it needs a new air filter - it's sure as hell not every single time I bring it in! It never fails though that they pull out that perfectly white air filter and tell me I need a new one. I use to quip back "it's recommend that the filter be changed every 15,000 miles, it's only been 4,500." I'm past that point, now I just give them the "I take no bullshit" look and they say "you know on second thought, it doesn't need to be replaced." I'm sick of these guys but my boss insists I go here and he always gets what he wants. read more

Well what can I say, It's a dirty job but somebodys gotta do it! And Jiffy knows how to Lube me the right way~ Aside from the desperate up-selling they do every time I go in,(would you like a new air filter, wiper blades , tire rotation etc.) it really is quick and convenient.Their waiting room is pretty grungy though so thank goodness I don't have to stay long. Along with the oil change they also top off all the fluids and put air in my tires, But what I really like is that they vacuum my floors and clean my windshield as part of the service and that bumps them up to 4 stars! read more

I went in just to see if I could buy jumper cables and Ryan offered to lend me a jump kit at no cost as long as I gave collateral, and I was able to walk across the street to my apartment and jump my car and was able to get it to the shop, and make it to work on time. I've been to jiffy lube many times over many years 1st time at this location. Guys here were friendly like at other locations. $80 + for an oil change and rear wiper change was a bit pricy. I said we're going on a road trip to California and to please top off the fluids as well. The $80 I thought covered that too but half way to California we ran out of wiper fluid and had to buy some at a convince store for like $8. This made me angry. Every other location I've been to usually tops off the fluids without even asking, and I asked so now I'm done going here. Plus on the way home from Cali the check engine light was coming on and off too. My cars a 2016 so hopefully this isn't the result of Jiffy Lube too. read more

Mixed feelings on this Jiffy Lube location. 3 weeks ago, I had an oil change for our Land Rover LR3 HSE and Drew who I spoke to said they can order the oil filter for my LR3 and they'll see me the next business daybut when I called back the next day, the other JL employee said there was no order but they can get a filter in an hour. I stopped by after 4pm to get the oil change done on the LR3 and the other JL rep ( I believe it was Enrique) was helpful and did a clean job. This past week, I request to get an oil change on my Mercedes E350 and I called and I spoke to Drew (again). I asked if they had an oil fiter for my E350 and he said he could get it order and have it by the next business day. I called the next day and it wasn't ordered but the other person said they can get it ordered for later today. I stopped by to get the oil change later that day (after 4pm) and the next day, I noticed oil leaks on the ground and drips from the bottom cover. I stopped back to address the issue and today it was Enrique who was good enough to help me but he said he replaced the plug with a universal plug and copper gasket. I still wasn't pleased to know they did not use a genuine MB plug and I have concerns with a universal plug hoping that there are no oil leaks. I'll check periodically to see if any leaks but I honestly will not bring my MB to Jiffy Lube ever again. read more

Asked if they would like to change my oil and filter for a quick 20.00.Since I am currently without a garage I am in a position of being unable to do anything under my car which has no ground clearance.So after letting them know I HAD MY OWN MOBILE 1 OIL & FILTER, THE BOSS (KID) SAYS AND i QOUTE " THAT WILL BE 49.95" at which point I let out a laugh and left the three kids to do nothing. I wonder how the owner would feel about losing not only the 30 plus dollars an hour paying these boys for passing on a cash deal that would have cost him nothing but the labors costs he pays anyways. I just recently moved here from Texas and this is the first place I went to for an oil change. The first time service was fine. I expect people to attempt the up-sale on items and they do. That's their job. However I expected the work to be done right. For 3000 miles after the first change I've had an oil leak. The second 3000 miles the oil leak worsened and caused problems with my engine. I went to them between that time and I was told oils full and no leaks were evident but the oil light kept coming on. I checked myself and the leaks were both in evident spots with the oil filter being one. $300 later and a second opinion I'm good to go. I never comment on things like this but that shows me that they don't care about taking care of your cars but more about the money spent upon visit. read more

It was the case that Jiffy Lube and this location was the only place I would go, until today. For those of you that like is so much, know this - they do not honor their products warranties. I bought a battery 27 months ago and the full replacement warranty was for 35 months, the answer I received from Robert was "unfortunately, we no longer do business with the manufacture of the battery, therefore you have to go directly to the maker of the battery in order to get a replacement, and both my store manager and district manager say that this is all we can do"!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have no paperwork or warranty information from the manufacture on this battery, and the warranty on the back of Jiffy Lubes receipt does not tell us consumers - ".by the way buy the battery from us, pay $130 for it, but if we decide to no longer carry the battery..your shit out of luck!!! "The store manager or the district manager did not even have enough customer service skills to give me a call to discuss and I asked Robert to have them give me a call. But....feel free to go to O'Rally's auto store, they honor their products warranty and the manager assured me that this is their policy, Robert with Jiffy Lube had no clue about policies and he is the Asst. Manager...goes to show you that repeat business is no big deal..well I have news for all Jiffy Lube store owners and their corporate office, it is a big deal and I intend on sharing this experience on every social network source I have, so I can strongly encourage consumers to go somewhere else for their auto needs! As far as I am concerned, I give this company a -10.....and please pass this on, the more the better chance this company will step up and actually live by their customer service guarantee they have documented on the back of their pink receipt.. read more

These guys were honest with me, something that is lacking in the auto repair industry a lot... Went in for an oil change, and they wouldn't do it because of a leak in my oil pan gasket and another leak. They topped off my oil and offered to fill my power steering fluid free of charge.
