Pulled up with out an appointment right as they were opening the garage and got out within 35 minutes with a basic oil change. The associates were friendly during the check in process and while processing the payment. Also let me know of a light that needed to be replaced on the back end, something I was unaware of prior to the service. read more

Positive ratings are well deserved. I'm new to the area took my Mustang there. First time it was ever serviced outside of a dealer. They did a great job with unique requirements. Even put on new plates and removed old out of state certification stickers, At no charge. It is a little bit out of my way but I will go back for sure. read more

We have been good jiffy lube customers and it's always a bummer to be treated poorly and we are thankful they have a manager willing to acknowledge and fix a situation the best they are able. I have been coming here off and on for the past ten years and today have had one of the best customer service experiences probably EVER ...at ANY place for that matter. The manager Brian really went out of his way to help not only myself but kids included and not just help but made the experience even enjoyable in the past I am sure I have gotten "regular" service which was never to complain abouy BUT today I actually felt special just by getting the oil in my car changed. Staff is always fast and friendly. They have my car in and out in a "Jiffy". Needs a TV in the lounge and a better heater. Owners need to add some heaters to the garage bays...it is freezing out there for the technicians. Give the crew some heat and I'll edit for a fifth star. read more

Went in on Thursday morning and was given a 25 minute wait but honestly, it took only 10 maybe 15 minutes! Never had an oil change so fast! Husband and I were the first in line with both our cars on Saturday morning at 7 a.m. The two men working were on time, awake and very pleasant. They had all our information as we are repeat customers, however, we had always used another Jiffy Lube - never again!
