What a great place for oil change and a few other things. What was so interesting and helpful especially for myself. Anthony the head mechanic would say aloud exactly what the mechanics were doing. Where I was at as far as price. It was different than any other jiffyLube and quality was spot on. He would give me options to what I wanted to go with such as cheap air filters or longer lasting. Great oil or just typical. This was very helpful because if the quality of a product was not important , he would also say his recommendation. They did service requested and some. You really get your choice of levels versus what some would just hand you a bill and it would be like a math test trying to make sense of it. Thank you.!!! You really are a great team. $90 after coupon for a oil change that barley takes 4 quarts? I pay that for a oil change on my diesel truck at the diesel shop and it uses more than twice the oil. Other oil change places check all fluids, lights, air filter, tire pressure. not here, just changed oil and charge a ridiculous price. They couldn't change the manual transmission fluid because they don't have gear oil. They later said if i bring the oil they can change it for $100. A hundred dollars to take out a drain plug drain and refill with fluid I buy. read more

Owner checled my back up lights and tome they were not working. So I went to purchase new back up lights at the auto parts store. I double checked my back up lights be I put the new ones in. and they were working. So I went back to jiffy lube to tell the manager he made a mistake. i asked to look at my back up lights now. He said he doesn't need to go back there to see He said you don't trust me? I said please check to see them again. He walked away from me and went back in his office. I will not go back there again. I didn't know where to go for an oil.change I called 4 places. Jiffy lube was the most expensive. The mazda was second in high price we usually go there but it's over 100 for oil change. A new small business was 85 dollars. I saw a coupon for valvoline for half off wow! So I decided to go what a great experience. Reposting my review from google here because I am so upset at being ripped off by these people. I will find every way both online and off to tell as many people as possible what a scam this place is: SCAMS-VILLE!!! WATCH OUT! I paid over 100$ for an oil change and got a glorified top off instead. They don't even remove the drain plug anymore. They just use a pump from the top which doesn't remove all the oil! Why even have the undercar bay? Even the other tech there questioned how little oil came out. When I asked why, the girl told me "it came in low" - IT WASN'T. I top off regularly and checked that morning. I proceeded to change my own oil at home hours later for fear of the terrible job and discovered it was BLACK AS SIN, almost as if at least half the spent oil was left in. I'm never the kind to leave a bad review, even gave this place a good review a couple years ago (on google), but I truly believe I was ripped off and need to warn others. Also the service interval sticker was interestingly reduced from 5000 miles like before to 4000. Hmmm, maybe they know they're doing a substandard job. Not as if my car manufacturer changed there recommendation or the quality of oil in general has reduced (except maybe the crud they use though). I've never heard of a full synthetic that lasts less than 5000 miles, unless of course they know they're not replacing all the used oil. read more

Went to a different jiffy lube to get an oil change and that place didn't fasten my splash guard all the way. I'm not even sure what the part is called but it came loose on the freeway and and was scraping the pavement the whole way home. Came to these gentlemen the next day - they fixed it for me quickly. Started off easy peasy, rolled me in and asked me to stay in the car due to the Covid, no worries. I drive an F-150 with about 165k miles so i asked for high mileage which they told me would me more which was expected. Then they told me it would be more due to the fact that my truck takes more oil then most traditional vehicles it took 7 quarts. I was not expecting it to be as much as it was so they told me they would give me a discount for the unaware inconvenience and topped off my Rad fluid for me as well! Checked my tires and informed me my K&M air filter was a little dirty and should probably get cleaned soon. Thanks for the heads up Then he said my battery had a little corrosion and would normally charge to clean it up, but said again they would take care of it no problem! These guys went above and beyond a normal oil change and didn't have to but definitely made sure I was in tip top shape before I left, Covid and all!! Thanks guys! **update** I didn't get my oil changed because they didn't have the right filter in stock, so she asked me to come back before 5pm some day. When I asked to pay she said she didn't do anything so I don't need to pay. So I wasted over 30 min for nothing to happen. I will not be coming back. I am here getting my oil changed as we speak. As everyone mentioned, customer service is great. HOWEVER! My oil change and coolant top off is $113. Such. A. Scam. They also don't have my air filter in stock, so that's annoying. I keep telling myself to give up jiffy lube because their prices are astronomical, but I come here for the convenience. read more

Came in to get an oil change at 8:45 this morning, was out by 9am. Andrew and Tim took great care of my vehicle and I liked how I could hear them communicating everything they were doing. Was driving into Everett for Jury Duty , the sign said 'Early Bird Special', I pulled in as 2nd customer of the day....15 minutes later, they got to me, turns out the Special is ONLY if you upgrade to the much more expensive oils, so I declined, just got the regular, no-special full price oil change, was out in 1/2 hr. Stopped by for a quick oil change that took almost 90 minutes and made me extremely late for an appointment. The guy in the bay kept asking how to drain the oil and what tools he should use. The guy up top had to ask which hole to pour the oil into. A mile away and I can smell burning oil. They did not reset the sensor so it still says maintenance required. When I stated a couple of times I had to leave they blamed Toyota for making it difficult?! No one else has had trouble. I would suggest they post a sign stating they can't do Toyotas. They didn't even offer a coupon for it taking over an hour. If I could give less than one star I would. read more

One of the only places open on a Sunday, so props to them on that. The service was alright. I told him I had a $10 coupon and he started the oil change. He showed me my air filter and recommended that I change it I asked how much and he said he can do it for $20. At the end of service he quoted me $75, that was with a $15 dollar coupon. What...the... heck? So it would have been $90 bucks for an 03 Saturn Vue. That is a ridiculous price. Also, the guy said he would use a $15 coupon to discount the air filter, but the filter was 27.99, which means he did not give it to me at the price quoted. Felt ripped off leaving this place. I've probably gotten 50+ oil changes in my life and this was the most expensive. If he quoted that price to me before the service I would not have agreed to it. Oh and they left my driver side window wide open while my car was parked in the rain. Icing on the cake. read more

Very pleased with my oil change! The last Jiffy Lube I went to (on Evergreen) was really shady. This Jiffy Lube was friendly and fast. They didn't act like my car was a ticking time bomb, about to explode the next time I got on the freeway if I didn't agree to $500 in repairs, ha ha. It went very well. They did advise me to get a new battery, and I know I need one because my car was stolen a while back and the thief swapped out my nice battery for a cheap one. So I know that was honest. This location washed 2/8 windows and vacuumed my drivers side and passenger mat and underneath it and that's it!!!!! Lazy!!! I paid good money and got crappy customer service!!
