For the vehicle safety inspection, I didn't have to make an appointment.  It was fine to do a walk-in. When I visited Emily's Garage, there was a customer who was pretty upset with the repairs and the cost.  I was able to hear what the customer had to go through but I would not comment on that as I have limited information. From my experience of getting my vehicle inspected, I was very surprised at how quickly they were able to complete the vehicle inspection.  It was done in less than 2 minutes, and I paid over $50 for that service.   For comparison, when I had my vehicle inspected at Les Schwab Tire Centers in Portland, they spent over 20 minutes to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and the cost for the inspection was only $20.   Will I re-visit Emily's Garage for the vehicle inspection?  Probably not but if the state requires me to get the vehicle inspection done, I will probably have no choice as there are not that many shops that offer the ASE-certified inspection.

I had Eric (the manager) come check the car out. On a beautiful Saturday the Lynnwood locations car wash was unfortunately closed. Against our better judgement we went to the dreaded Alderwood location to clean our son's car. The car wash started and immediately the middle of the windshield cracked and then spidered into the entire windshield. We reported the incident immediately and took several photos. There was no manager on duty on a Saturday? We then contacted him first thing Monday morning. He insisted we drive the car back where he told us the crack was in the inside...hmm. I guess not only is he a weekday manager but also a glass expert. We have tried several times to get anyone (else) to return our calls to no avail and there is apparently no other manager to talk to at anytime onsite. Our insurance has told us they will not cover it as it is considered third party damage. Not to mention at time of purchase on the inspection of the vehicle no windshield damage was found. So my (Autistic) 16 year old is left with a car that is illegal to drive. Thanks Levine family, we will never use your company again. If coupons are at the discretion of this particular location, then state if in print so people can clearly see it. Ultimately the coupon was scanned and applied to the invoice with no further discussion, but why would he say that at all regarding the discount price? Of course, one should expect the up sale, it's part of the business model and it was put into play in this scenario, (you know, the conventional oil isn't that great,) "Yeah, well, it's in the budget. Manager Dana Parton (swindler) also talked about their American financing option to me. He tries to push customers into debt using American financing. He is cheating cunningly. Think about that if you are customers... I've been driving a 2005 Chevrolet Aveo for 10 years. There were no problems with my car (140,000 miles). An oil change was required. I went to Bucky's Everett (auto repair shop) on Tuesday, October 4th. There the manager Dana patron (swindler) said my car was in danger so fixed it. The cost was $5,000. I paid for it. I got my car back on Thursday Oct. 6th. I t was broken down on the freeway in front of I 5 Everett Exit 192 on Thursday, October 13th around 4pm. I called Towing Company and took them to Bucky's Everett. It cost $320 towing fee and $230 to fix. A few days later, on Sunday, October 16th, the highway in front of I 5 exits 189 in Everett, it was broken down again. To fix the car, this time with the help of a Towing Company driver, it was towed elsewhere (in Everett), because Bucky's Everett is closed on Sundays. I don't know how this keeps happening again and again. And I don't know what to do. So far I've spent $5730 including two tow services. I didn't know how much it would cost this time. I almost had a car accident on the road. It was a dangerous situation. Since I trusted the manager Dana Patron (swindler) there, I am having a hard time and spent lots of money. I am in deep debt. I feel this good car became a junk. Another $1100 is spent to fix it now. Total 5730+1100=$6830. What would you do? Where is justice we believe?
