Cheesy Bread: very tasty, not soggy at all, would order again. Cinnamon Stix: also some of the best we've ever had from a chain pizza place. Just sweet enough. I first had Jet's when I lived in Saint Louis and was so happy to find them once we moved to the Valley. This location is a smaller location but it does have some inside seating. We typically only carry out, because we live outside of the delivery area. Their pizza is Detroit style which is typically cooked in a cast iron pan and features a buttery, fluffy crust with a crispy bottom. Think of a thick focaccia bread with tons of cheese and toppings! We always get a deep dish duo and a 4 corner! The deep dish duo is enough to feed two and comes with pizza and deep dish jet's bread! Make sure you get the turbo crust topping, you will not regret your decision! This location is particularly busy and I'm so glad to always see it busy! Wow, I really regret not trying Jet's sooner than this! I have heard great things and finally came. They're located in a small shop with just two tables, so mainly a take out place. We order the Chicken Parmesan deep dish pizza. It was better than I imagine it could be. The crust was a really good butter crust, which reminded me of a garlic bread. The guys working there were great! We told them it was our first time in; they were open to giving suggestions. It was tough to describe at first, but I figured out why Jet's was love at first bite. It tastes the way I remember pizza when I was a kid. The pepperoni is the old school kind that's small, thick, but still crispy on the edges. Both the crust and sauce have a little bite to them, and you can taste actual herbs instead of just tomato and oil and salt. It isn't too greasy or heavy. I'm a big fan. Friday night pizza night. It's going to be busy, I get that. Placed the order online and was quoted 35 minutes. Gave them an extra 10, showed up 45 minutes after placing order. They tell me they haven't even started in my order, it's going to be another 25 minutes. Wait 25 minutes, now they tell me it will be another 15-20. Now I'm waiting longer for Jet's than Spinatos. What?! Try to get a refund and am told "I wrote down your order number, we'll get you a refund later." Lol No. I had to demand that this kid go get someone else, as he tells me whoever I talk to is going to say the same thing. Another employee comes up and voids the sale. Try's to convince me it's a refund. It is not a refund. No receipt showing funds put back on the card. Finally I just have to leave. I'll just dispute the charge, so it will be fine, but this is not how you run a business. Absolutely shocked a place like this stays in business. The place is small and not really condussive to eating there so I decided to just get the pizza to go since I was there already. I ordered my pizza and sat down at a table and started reading my book. 35 minutes later I finally went to the counter to ask about my pizza. It was sitting there for about 20 minutes. Never been and never will go to Detroit, so had no idea what to expect. Ordered a Meaty 8 Corner, not knowing what that was either. In case you are wondering, an 8 corner is two 4 corners... Lol. OK, a 4 corner is approx. 6"x8" rectangle. That makes a 8 corner about 12x8. It is also an inch thick. The pie was for 3 seniors to share. We only ate half of it. I ate 2 pieces and was pleasently full. Oh, we also ordered it with a butter crust, which was very good. With tax it was $27. Overall a good deep dish pizza that will last us for two meals (unless I get the midnight munchies). For starters, the pizza is incredible !!! Golden crust with a nice crunch. Absolutely delicious. It has the perfect ratio of crust, sauce and cheese. The pepperoni even has a nice char. Amazing ! Secondly, I usually order my pizza from a third party delivery service that I use frequently. After I placed my order, said third party service , failed to assign a driver to my pizza. I waited over an hour then I decided to reach out to Jets directly. I was becoming annoyed. I was greeted by a nice young lady who was able to assist with the missing pizza. She politely let me know of the situation and how it had been a common occurrence. She then came to a solution on how they could remake a fresh pizza (ours had been done and waiting for driver) and deliver to us promptly. Custom ordered my pizza online and had it delivered. We ordered a hand tossed veggie pizza with mushrooms, green peppers, and pineapple. We were able to easily customize the pizza online, placing certain a toppings only on half of the pizza. Their unique customization is flavored crusts...offering butter, poppy seed, sesame, Parmesan, etc. we opted for butter. Note: there was no extra charge! We were quoted 30-45 min for our delivery, and the pizza certainly arrived 40 minutes later. We paid ~$26 for the 3 topping large pizza +delivery+tip We don't have pizza very often, so we wanted a place that would make it worth it. Seeing the good reviews on this place made me want to try it. I'm glad that I opted for this place. The pizza was delicious, the cheese was melty and stringy, just the way I like it.
