I have been on a hunt to try the top pizza places across Arizona. I try my best to go to different cities & try different variations of pizza. Since I was in the area, I decided to give this place a try. The place is very inviting with the retro wave colors and car theme, and if you're into the car community, you know this place is owned by the popular supercar YouTuber "The Stradman." The prices were cheap and always appreciate a place that offers pizza by the slice. This is one of the thinnest crust pizzas I've tried by far which I actually enjoyed. Pizza is solid, expensive but solid. Garlic knots are amazing! Came in a few months ago and they were extremely busy and missed 3 separate things on my order. Not a big deal but let the guy at the register know and he was arguing with me despite me showing him the receipt. Missed an orders of garlic knots. Out of the two liters I ordered so subbed with cans of regular Coke. Hadn't tried this spot yet, so I looked up reviews and headed over one afternoon. I heard they offer a lunch special: 2 slices and a drink for $8, M-F 2-5pm. The place itself is colorful and inviting and I put in my order easily. They have a soda machine with a variety of drinks, and I got a mix of regular and cherry Dr Pepper. I got their cheese and veggie slices and they were heated up in a few minutes and put in a to-go box. The slices were large which was nice, however not much flavor to them. Quick, easy, and tasty -- Strad Pizza is a solid grab-and-go spot when you're craving a good slice of pie! We finally got to try their pizza after first checking them out during their grand opening event. That day was packed (which was cool to see with all the cars and buzz), but it was so busy we didn't get a chance to actually try the food. Glad we came back and finally got to enjoy their slices -- definitely worth it. They offer big New York-style slices with a few variations ready to grab, heat up, and enjoy. It's a true grab-and-go vibe: the space inside is small with just a couple of tables and a stand-up counter. If you're lucky, you can snag a spot, but it's clearly designed for quick stops. They do have plenty of tables outside, which is great -- though in the Arizona summer heat, it's tough to really enjoy those patio spots unless you're brave (or eating fast!). Between the four of us, we tried the pepperoni slices (a hit with both kids and my husband) and I went for the veggie slice with jalapeños -- great flavor and just enough heat. Everyone walked away happy and full. We also grabbed one of the Strads refill cups for $8 -- you can bring it back and refill for just $1, which is a fun perk. That said, it would be great if they offered lids for the cups -- especially if you're taking it to-go or trying not to spill in the car. Price-wise, it was about $50 for four big slices, three regular drinks, and the refill cup. A bit on the higher side for pizza by the slice, but the convenience, flavor, and portion size make it fair. Great spot for a quick slice or a full pie. The prices here are as expected $22.00 and up for pie. They sell ice cream in a few flavors along with A few different deserts. Scottsdale has some great choices for pizza. The boxes here are cool, but I am sure you're paying for the multi colored box and the expensive printing that comes with it. Pizza is SUPER thin and crispy. The flavor is mild and it's not too oily. I didn't feel like crap after eating it which means they're using good, real ingredients. I'm from Philly so I'm picky about pizza but this is definitely extremely well made, similar to east coast slice shops! The self-serve ice cream is delicious, very creamy! The employees were incredibly kind and we love the inside vibes of the pizza place. We got a few slices and they basically just reheated them and put them in a box for us. Costco pizza twin ? That's kind of the taste this pizza gave which was yum! The crust was crunchier though which I liked. Right away we got to choose our slices and then waited a short time for them to be warmed up. I got the vegetarian and then the pepperoni. They both were big slices. Saw online how absolutely insane it was when this place opened so waited a bit for the hype to calm down and tried this spot today! It's cool inside, light up car pictures and car races playing on the big TV. You can order huge pizzas or by the slice. We got it by the slice! I tried cheese and a veggie with jalepeno, ranch on the side, and my husband got cheese and pepperoni. We also got the truffle cheese knots. It cost $38 for 5 slices and 3 giant knots. Service was not bad but they were a bit forgetful and kept asking the same things over and over. But was not a big deal at all. The pizza was pretty good! Only complaints was that a couple slices were slightly burnt and my veggie slice was slightly soggy and falling apart. But the flavor was good and we loved the crunchy crust! My son was very into it and kept asking for more haha. The knots were a bit cold but again good flavor. They have more outdoor seating than indoor so it will be good when it cools down. I wish there was a way for me to give this place 4.5 stars. I decided to go to Strad after hearing about it from a review posted online saying it offered "tasty New York style pizza". I was looking forward to trying a new pizza restaurant and ordered 2, 20" pizza using their website. Their menu is limited and offers 6 different pizza options, slices or 20" pizza, and some dessert options. The pizza was ready quickly and I went to pick it up. There is not much seating offered but there are a handful of tables inside and outside the restaurant. I ordered the pepperoni pizza and the meat lovers pizza to go. The meat lovers pizza is a pepperoni pizza but with beef on it. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful during my time inside the restaurant. I also enjoyed the mural on the outside of the restaurant. The pizza was tasty! The sauce had a level of spice that I appreciated. I look forward to eating more of their pizza in the future. read more

Don't bother. We ordered delivery directly through their site. Estimated delivery window started at 57-60 minutes, immediately increased to 90 minutes. No way to cancel. Ok owning a pizza place back in the day for 15 years and from New Jersey the pizza was really good sauce and cheese was great price a little high but hey 2025 it cost a lot to make those fancy boxes that get thrown out. But who ever was the contractor that set the place up should shot in the head. The layout makes those poor guys work way harder I mean insane harder nothing flows , but I hope they figure it out cause the pizza was really good !! Will be back but not at a busy time Also for person taking slice orders if you put gloves on you won't have to worry on using the spatula to get the pizza onto the tray and then slide the pizza in the oven.
