The best Detroit-style pizza I've tried so far from Jet's Pizza! The smell when you walk in instantly makes you hungry. I usually go for the pepperoni when I'm craving something greasy, but the All Meat is actually the way to go. This time we ordered the Detroit-style pepperoni with ranch on the side and it was super tasty - just a bit on the greasy side. The people working in-store are nice and efficient! They made sure I could carry my order all the way to my car. The space is small so it seems like more of a takeout place than a sit down type. They also have gluten-free options and lunch deals. Parking can be a little tough when it's busy, but you can usually find a spot nearby and walk. Definitely coming back! read more

You are being ripped off by Jets. I ordered online for pick up, their Wednesday special 8 corner pizza + 1 topping for 15.99. They charged me $20.30 for a pizza that should have cost $17.11 I contacted Jets and they told me I didn't click the coupon online which I know I did. I went through the process a number of time because I was trying to figure out why a $15.99 pizza was costing me $20.30 7% tax is only $1.12 on $16 They did credit me $5 but the website is still selling the pizza at $20.30 with tax included. read more

This review is coming from my second visit at Jet's, and it's important to mention why. The first time I came here I ordered 2 pizzas and I was given one wrong pizza, waited 30+ minutes for it to be remade, in the meantime given a refund and a free dessert. They were kind about it and those did ease the experience in my mind. I'm not one to hold grudges, but I didn't forget. This time I came with a friend and we ordered 2 large Detroit pizzas, cinnamon stix, an 8-piece wing and Jet's sticks. My friend picked up the food and brought it to our place, thankfully only a few minutes up the road, because our veggie pizza was missing again. He went back to retrieve it where it was said that they hadn't made it in the first place. To make up for it, we received a free water, more mozzarella sticks and some free side sauces. I hate to give this place a bad rep, but my 2 experiences here my veggie pizza was forgotten! On the food side, I love their deep dish pizzas and breadsticks! Their cinnamon stix remind me of the Wetzels Pretzels inside of mallsbut for a better deal. Soooooo if you are from Cleveland & know Geraci's pizza this is closest thing. I have literally tried dozens of pizza places here not liking one. Pizza is so personal. There is no right or wrong. But this one is a right. BUT ..., They are very skimpy on their pepperoni & toppings which you pay extra. Wouid rather have them charge more for decent amount of toppings. Really great hidden gem. Amazing Detroit style pizza joint hidden away off N. Tatum Blvd. Really friendly and professional service. The ambience of this tiny little pizza place is quaint yet clean. I got a large Detroit style pizza with black olives, red onions, and Italian sausage absolutely delicious extremely crunchy savory crust. The toppings they use are fresh and delicious, big chunks of Italian sausage and plenty of black olives and red onions. I also ordered their Jets Wings with their sweet red chili sauce which was delicious. A mixture of savory and sweet and spice, but not overly hot. I will definitely be returning here again. There are so many pizza places and types of pizzas, but Jet's Pizza is Detroit-style pizza, and it's so tasty and can only be found at a handful of restaurants in the Greater Phoenix area. Detroit-style pizza is typically rectangular with thick and airy crust and cheese along the edges. The cheese is usually placed on the sides first, which leads to a crispy edge. It is also known for its sauce, which is often added last, either before or after baking. If you haven't had Detroit-style pizza, you NEED to try it! In addition to the Detroit-style deep dish pizza, they also have hand-tossed round pizza, New York-style pizza, and thin crust pizza. They also have seasoned cauliflower, gluten-free pizza, and many different toppings. My wife and I really enjoy the four-corner pizza (small) or the eight-corner pizza (large). We will get the Romano cheese on the crust along with pineapple on it and occasionally chicken on it, too. Yum!! It also makes great leftovers when reheated. This particular location is great! The staff are friendly and helpful, especially if you order using the phone. The biggest challenge with this location is due to their popularity, there are sometimes days when the pizza is not ready any time near the quoted time. While the easy way around this is arriving a bit after your quoted time while Jet's keeps it in a warmer, it may need to still be a bit warmed up when you get home. Other than when the pizza is ready and the occasional line to pay, it's still more than worthwhile to go through that to get your Jet's pizza! You can join the Jet's Rewards program by going to https://www.jetspizza.com/rewards. You will then earn 10 points for every order placed of $10 or more. You can then redeem the points for rewards (food). The website itself is also a helpful place to go, especially for good deals. This place is FANTASTIC. I don't think I've ever had a pizza that was so scrumptious! When we arrived, the staff was super kind and tailored to our needs. They made the pizza FRESH and ON THE SPOT. Let me tell you, it came out piping hot and so fresh cheesy. The crust astonished me! It was perfectly crusty and that worked amazing with the softness of the pizza itself. The location is also so cutesy. You walk in here and you can tell this place packs and great punch! I 1000% enjoyed and would come here again and again. Co-worker had mentioned Jet's and said she really likes it, so I decided we should try it out since I was planning on picking up a pizza on the way home from the airport. I ordered a NY style with a couple toppings and an antipasto salad. Total with tip was close to $50 which I thought was a little pricey, but figured we'd have some left so we'd get a few meals out of it. We thought everything was just ok. The pizza itself was a little bland, and I didn't love the ham that they used in the salad, but everything was fresh. There are pizza places in the valley that we like better for NY style, but my husband looked over the menu and said we should try the Detroit style pizza sometime. I am a big fan of deep dish pizza, even though this is fast food pizza, it is not bad, still would put this up with a better fast food tasting pizza. Five stars for pizza, NEGATIVE for service. Stopped in to pick up a pizza someone else had ordered and signed for it. Guy at register screams "NO TIP" as I'm picking up the pizza box. As I'm walking out, guy in kitchen echoes back "NO TIP!" Now I'm not here for the tipping debate but I can tell you I work an hourly job where we accept gratuities BUT any one of us would be fired on the spot for that behavior because a gratuity is not required in exchange for service or product. Now, above and beyond services SHOULD be greeted with gratuities. They are not always. I never would make a customer feel in the wrong either way. In this case, one pizza ordered and placed on counter after customer pays does not justify grat. read more
