Stopped by for the first time. Was out shopping and walking around and wanted something quick! Was craving pizza but didn't want to have to order a whole pie, so looked for a place that sold by the slice. Always seemed to be busy when walking by so figured should give it a try. I got a slice of cheese. Ny style slice. And it was good. The crust was firm and crispy and the sauce/cheese ratio was good. Their ranch was also good. The person I was with got Sicilian slice and said it was okay. We then got the garlic sticks to split. Website said knots but then it was sticks that came out. The dipping sauce was good but the bread was soaked in garlic and out of the order of 4 I only opted for one since it was soaked and a little to heavy on the garlic imo but to each their own. Again, loved the slice of cheese and would get it again.

In a pinch we needed to stop for lunch after walking around Old Town and popped in the Old Town Pizza. It was phenomenal! The pizza was huge and everyone in our group agreed it was one of the best if not the best NY style pizza that they had. Perfect blend of flavors, sauce and fresh ingredients. The crust was soft yet had a little crisp. Glad I found this place and cannot wait to go back. The service was great, friendly and helpful. Thanks!

Sweet Heat by the slice

This pizza is DELICIOUS! Perfectly crunchy crust, melty cheese and bursting with flavor! It's a tiny to-go shop featuring a small outdoor patio with a few tables. This place deserves all the praise for exceptional food and service. Been here 3x and look forward to going back.

My pizza and bread smelled and tasted like soap. Had one slice and tossed the rest. What an expensive waste.

The family is awesome, great grandma slices too. Not many spots in town do a thin grandma style pie. Parking can be a pain.

The chicken was juicy and tender, lasagna was creamy but not too greasy, the rigatoni was full of flavors (spicy, lemony, and fragrant), and the fried seafood had a light batter. Not to mention the tiramisu - you could feel the coffee and mascarpone melted in your mouth immediately. I would say since this is a global chain, their Italian food is globalized in a way that some Italian tastes are gone. But still , you can tell the food is high quality and the chef put efforts in it. We also liked the Italian vibe in the restaurant - really bright and inviting. Overall, a great place to hang out with family and friends to get some Italian taste!

I'd go back if I were in the area and try some of the other pasta dishes and maybe a marinara pizza, but still have a lot of other pizza/pasta places I'd like to try first. Pros 1. Very nice manager. The real deal Italian from Naples! 2. Pizza was simple and very good 3. They have ricotta gnocchi (preferred over the heavy potato gnocchi) Cons 1. A lot of the food on the menu was very pricey. The pizzas and pasta without protein were a more reasonble price. 2. Very dark and empty inside the restaurant (this may have been because it was late).

Funny a friend told me to get the cannoli espresso martini and while it was no longer an item, they still took the time to put it together, certainly glad I got to try it! We all round robin our different martinis and can't say there was a bad one! We started with the Carpaccio di Manzo and I gotta say...it was real hard to not order a second. This was so good I cannot say if any other way. Just order it TAGLIATELLE BOLOGNESE was cooked perfectly with amazing pasta, also ordered was SCAMPI TAGIOLINI and Peppino pizza, nothing but happy remarks around the table! Nothing could have improved this dinner, wonderful place!

I have maintained that the best pie experience I've ever had in America or Italy was once at BIANCO with a celebrity friend who the kitchen adored. That pie was amazing. And my next dozen favorites were IL Bosco. I have tried pizza all over the world (surprisingly good Napoli-style in Sydney AU), and lots in NYC, all over Jersey, Hartford, Detroit, Chicago, LA and San Francisco. I just found IL Bosco's most consistent. Well, last night IL Bosco was FIRE, and changed everything. My friends and I went simple this time...just salad and pies. They were impressed by the dressing on the Kale salad, and the flavorful pancetta. But the pies!!! We wanted extremes...that would complement each other so we went with the white Alba, with caramelized onion, sautéed mushrooms and a honey drizzle. The slightly salty cheese was a beautiful palate cleanser from the other amazing pie...the ZA! With Hatch Green Chili, Pepperoni, Peppadew peppers, red sauce and cheese with hot honey...it was the opposite on the red pie/white pie spectrum. And they were cooked beautifully. A just-right hint of char, beautifully light and flavorful crust and flavors that hit you individually rather than as a mess, they combined careful execution with intense and wonderful flavors. That moved into my #1 slot! And, instead of wine, we all had a Menabrea beer, one of my favorite Italian brews. The hops and subtle citrus and caramel notes worked beautifully to show off the pies. Absolutely amazing evening sampling the pinnacle of pizza.

They are located near Hayden and Royal Palm Road, just north of Via de Ventura. The parking lot gets very busy because Crust is in close proximity to Butters restaurant, which is a popular brunch spot. Pro tip: there are plenty of parking spaces near the office building next door. Just don't park in one of their reserved covered spaces during business hours. One of my favorite things about Crust is their iced tea. They have their own blend and it is fantastic! I can't get enough of it. They also have some great lunch specials that are available every day of the week. I like their pizza and salad lunch special. The restaurant itself is spacious, with plenty of booths, tables, and bar seating. They have a very nice covered patio as well. Their service is top notch. The menu has pizza, pastas, and entrees. My boyfriend's Dad swears by the chicken marsala. He orders it every time he goes there. Their Sicilian pizza is really good, if you are in the mood for thick crust. They also have a delicious thin crust pizza. Crust Simply Italian offers a rewards program, so be sure to sign up. They have another location in Chandler, AZ.

In the lunch section, we had to ask the waiter to finally understand that most items are sandwiches, but there's no indication of that at all on the menu. Just wish they did a better job with the menu.
