Exceptional Experience Buying Sight Unseen -- Trustworthy, Honest, and Seamless!…read more I had been searching for months for a used SUV with third-row seating within a specific price range here on Maui, and it felt like I kept hitting dead ends--until I found a Land Rover Discovery Sport listed by Auto Connection LLC on Facebook Marketplace. I sent a message, and to my surprise, Dragan responded within seconds. We scheduled a call for the next morning, and from that very first conversation, I felt at ease. Dragan was kind, patient, and not at all pushy. He answered every one of my (many!) questions with calm professionalism and total transparency. I was skeptical at first since I live on Maui and the vehicle was on Oʻahu. I had never purchased a car without seeing or test-driving it, but Dragan walked me through every step and made the process incredibly smooth. He helped me get a great interest rate through HOCU, found a warranty that gave me peace of mind, and even had his mechanics inspect the vehicle. He explained the entire process clearly--including shipping to Maui--and when I got nervous, he gave me space to think without any pressure. When I picked up the car at Kahului Harbor, it drove smooth as silk, the AC was ice cold, and all the paperwork was neatly organized in the glove compartment--just as promised. The car was exactly as described, with no surprises at all. Dragan went above and beyond to make this the best car-buying experience I've ever had. He's sincere, trustworthy, professional, and clearly holds high standards for the vehicles he sells. Even after the sale, he offered his support if I had any questions in the future. If you're looking for a quality vehicle and a dealer you can trust--whether you're on Oʻahu, Maui, or anywhere else--Dragan at Auto Connection is the person you want to work with. I'm so grateful I trusted my instincts. You can buy from Auto Connection with complete peace of mind. Mahalo, Dragan, for everything!

I recently worked with Adam at Autozilla (Beretania location) while considering a used car…read morepurchase, and I wanted to share my experience even though I didn't end up buying. Adam reached out promptly, kept communication easy and consistent through text, and was genuinely friendly throughout the process. What stood out most was that he seemed truly invested in making sure the car was the right fit for me -- not just closing a sale. I also had an independent pre-purchase inspection done through my own trusted mechanic of 20 years, who confirmed that Autozilla is honest and runs a good operation. That meant a lot to me. Ultimately I didn't move forward with the purchase, but that was purely a personal preference about the specific car -- not a reflection of Adam or the business at all. I'd feel confident coming back here and would recommend Adam to anyone looking for a no-pressure, genuine car buying experience.

Title: Disappointed - Vehicle Issues Within 30 Days…read more I purchased a Mercedes from this dealership less than 30 days ago and have driven it under 600 miles since purchase. The vehicle has 58,000 miles and was sold to me "as-is." Shortly after purchasing the car, I began experiencing significant vibration during cold starts when the vehicle is placed in gear while stopped. This is not something I would expect from a properly inspected luxury vehicle at this mileage. What concerns me most is the lack of response. I have reached out multiple times to address the issue, but I have not received any reply. Even for an "as-is" vehicle, customers should expect transparency, basic roadworthiness, and communication when problems arise shortly after purchase. I am simply asking for accountability and a response. I will update this review if the dealership chooses to resolve the issue professionally.

I was in the market for a used car for my son. Saw a low mileage civic on sale here, contacted the…read moresalesperson, came in and negotiated a good price. I didn't see any problems with the car and it drove nicely. This was my 1st time buying a used car. When I got the car home, I saw a rusted spot on the inner driver's side door frame. So rusted you could poke your finger through it. The passenger side had some rust forming in the same spot but nowhere near as bad as the other side. With the door closed, it was easy for me to miss especially in their dark garage. Lesson learned for the next time I'm in the market for a used car. I figured I was out of luck as I signed "as is" paperwork. I was bummed. I started calling body shops to repair it. But a couple friends suggested calling pacific Honda back and tell them of the situation. So I did and spoke to a manager. After seeing the pictures I sent them, they said they would repair it. I was pretty shocked! Next thing an appointment was made to bring the car in. As the car would be going to a body shop that they work with for an indefinite amount of time, they also gave me a loaner car for the duration of the repair! After the body shop took a look at the doors, they recommended replacing the driver side door completely and patch repairing the passenger side. Pacific Honda agreed to the recommendations they made. After about 3 weeks, my son has his car with all the repairs complete. To say that I'm impressed with Pacific Honda would be an understatement. They really stepped up and took care of the car even though it was a used car. I am very appreciative of the service I received. I would definitely recommend them!

No longer have a Honda…read more.. Though I've had one in the very past this visit here actually has me with junk mail that I've gotten for over a year and though looking at it it didn't sound like it as it was notifying me of the recall on a 2012 Odyssey which I've never own and it kept reminding me that it needed to be done or whatever it was more annoying as it kept on coming. Not sure what it was about so I stopped over to ask and there was a couple of staff there and instantly said it was something that I had to call myself to have them to stop sending me...insane! Honestly I said as I approached them with my issue that I understand it's not what they did but was frustrated that they could do nothing for me and though I never inquired about looking into a Honda but just a random spam mail but left even frustrated and ALL my mail there as well and you know what it shopped coming. Thanks but no thanks...three stars cause it finally stopped.

Buy a premium car and expect to pay a premium price to maintain your car…read more They renovated their waiting room and restrooms. I don't agree paying $300 for a 15 minute work, like reinstalling the back seat (to access the battery) is reasonable. I previously removed the seat before having my car checked: so that it would be faster for the mechanic to diagnose my problem. I agree with the price of the parts. I don't agree with some service prices. The maintenance prices are fair. However, rounding off the service price to the nearest hour is outrageously unconscionable. 15 minutes of work does not constitute an full hour worth of service. There are better independent BMW shops in Hawaii. Yes, the renovations to BMW Honolulu looks very posh. However, the service and reasonable price rates are more important. Support the independent BMW shops and save your money. Unless you want to pay an unreasonable price for service. Go somewhere else. It's not worth your time and money.

I visited the store the same day, it's kind of by the Medical School, back roads are faster than waiting at each stop light on Ala Moana Blvd. When I arrived, I was quickly greeted and directed to the parts guy. He remembered our conversation. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. There is plenty of parking. Overall I enjoyed this easy experience of buying a needed OEM Mazda Part.
