Asked for light grilled jalapeños on my veggie burger. Not grilled and extra jalapeños.

Asked for lite grilled jalapeños got extra fresh jalapeños. Extra spice when I bit into crunchy, fresh, super spicy jalapeños. Also chicken fingers meal can feed multiple people. Super large serving! Thank you!

Grabbed dinner here before a BYU Football game and it was jam packed. Despite how busy it was, I was lucky and got my food cooked and served within six minutes of ordering (the shake came out very quickly, with the rest of the food not far behind). The others I was with weren't so lucky -- even though we ordered at the same time (at different registers), their food came out nearly ten minutes later. The burgers and fries are solid, but it's the ultimate fry sauce that makes this place truly special in my eyes. I used to love the Training Table (RIP to an Utah legend), and the ultimate fry sauce here is the tribute to that restaurant that keeps me coming back.

Burgers are literally my favorite food! I'm a classic American and have no problem ordering a burger no matter the restaurant. I really enjoyed it, especially dunking it in the fry sauce! Speedy service and kind stuff. My only complaint is the chicken tenders were very mid. I will come back, this isn't my first time at this establishment so that's a good thing!

I am not sure how to feel about JCWs the burger was good and fries and onion rings were good as well but it was 65 dollars for our meal. And it was good but not 65 dollars burger worth. The service was quick and resturant has plenty of seating though.

It's been years since I tried JCW's and remember it to be a great experience. Sadly it has gone downhill really fast and based on the reviews, I received the same treatment most customers have received. I hope that instead of just reading the reviewing and putting in their standard corporate replies, that the company could read this free feedback (some companies pay hefty fees to get any feedback) and make some changes. Here is my take. Location-The best part of the whole meal. Really open areas, with nice decorations and large televisions. The local teams is and military wall was a super nice touch. Really clean everywhere. Service-Our cashier was nice but that's about where it ended. Getting anything from the counter like a lid seemed like a huge chore. When our food did come, which took about 25 minutes, the sever did not say a word, just plopped our food down. Really sad. I'd almost rather have them call out our number and we get it from the counter. Food-The blue bacon burger was the best of the bunch followed by the wings. Both were tasty. The kids meals of grilled cheese and fries looked so sad and unflavored. It's almost like the fries are left out to dry for about three hours before serving. The cheese fries use to be a highlight, but now they are the same sad fries with an insane amount of cheese that made the whole thing taste terrible. The place can honestly save money on cheese and make a better plate. Win-win. All this for 43 bucks makes me think that I'd be better off at McDonalds or Culver's for what I pay.

JCWs customer service is always great. The only downside is that there are always a handful of customers in the restaurant, resulting in JCWs taking a bit longer to serve the food. I love how juicy and flavourful their patty is. My favourite is the mushroom truffle burger. It is so fragrant and just satisfies my cravings! The milkshake here is also very large and definitely settles my sweet tooth!

I haven't been here for a very long time. Like probably a year. This place was packed full because of the BYU football game too. I have always liked their food, shakes, and onion rings! I was so hungry tonight that I totally forgot to take a picture of my food. I got the Bacon Blue Cheese burger and onion rings. Let me say that it tastes as good as it did from a long time ago! They are consistent in quality! They were also quick and great at customer service even though the place was literally at capacity. My only complaint would be the price. A bit over $15 is a bit high for a fast food burger combo in my opinion.

Love me some JCWs! Here's some of the things I've learned over the years-- Tip: Always ask for their ultimate fry sauce (bbq and mayo = remember to mix it) Tip: the Mini shake is big and the perfect size for one person. Anything larger is easily shareable. Tip: you have to specifically ask for them to use their chocolate ice cream if you want a TRUE chocolate shake. I really like the chocolate Oreo or chocolate grasshopper Oreo or chocolate banana cookie dough. Tip: order the cheese fries. #yourewelcome

Their burgers are mediocre, but the shakes are amazing. Super thick, and huge. Little bit pricey, but worth it.

Good food. Burgers are a little thin if you like a really meaty burger. Prices are high.

We loved the sausage soup and beet salad! So unique and flavorful. For the main entree, the gnocchi and winter pasta were also a hit. Hard to top the soup and salad though! To top it all off, the pumpkin pie panna cotta was amazing. They included it free of charge, as an anniversary gift. What a nice surprise! Great service, great food, great time.

However, we did have one drink server where we had some issues with, but our main waitress was lovely. For starters, our table shared the baked ricotta, balsamic glazed brussel sprouts, and bread rolls with honey and butter. The brussel sprouts were good, but the bread rolls were my favorite! They were so incredibly soft and pillowy. They honestly didn't even need the bread and butter! I was most excited for the baked ricotta, but unfortunately it was a disappointment for me. Ricotta is a very mild cheese to begin with, but I tasted absolutely zero flavor from it and it was mostly just adding a textural element to the bread. The fig walnut guanciale jam was overpoweringly sweet and the guanciale was also nonexistent. Overall, what I expected to be a flavorful combination, fell pretty flat and bland for me. Onto the main, I got to try the Block burger and the house made gnocchi. The burger was a standard burger, nothing too crazy. I was surprised the patty was actually moist because it was cooked well done. The same jam from the baked ricotta was used, so wasn't a big fan of it because again the overwhelmingly sweet didn't do much to elevate the burger. I also missed any flavor from the truffle cheese sauce. So it was a pretty average burger. My gnocchi definitely tasted better than it looked. Another friend also got the same dish and it looked like they just split our portions in half and served it on two separate plates. In general, I wasn't a big fan of this dish. The braised short rib was very tender, but the whole plate sat in a pool of salty sauce. I couldn't really make out any other flavors. The scoop of crème fraiche tasted exactly like sour cream and was not the consistency that I expected. The gnocchi's were made well, but I prefer mine a little firmer. However, this is complete personal preference. Overall, service was good, but food fell severely short of what I expected. I was so excited for all of these elevated flavors and ingredients, but, sadly, none of them came through.

For food, the calmari frita it was called but it was squid, some kind of white fish, shrimp along with fried, thinly sliced red onion, bell pepper and jalapeño. GET THIS, one of the best things of the night! When you do get it, make sure you get bites of the chopped veggie mixture that's buried under all the fried goodness, thank me later. Main course, we got the Parillada de Buenos Aires, this is where the issues start, our waiter said we were able to sub out a couple of the items on platter as tripe and sweetbreads (the glands of a veal if you weren't aware) are not things we enjoy. So we swapped them out for a chicken milenesa and a grilled chicken breast. It also came with 1 each of the sides that were pretty basic, and honestly lacked flavor in comparison (rice, potato salad, house salad, mashed potatoes and roasted veggies). Then the meats it comes with, a half chicken, a 12 oz skirt steak, 4 short ribs, some other grilled cut of meat (menu doesn't specify what kind) and a variety of sausages. The waiter, through super nice, totally messed up the substitutions. He brought them out but from the time ordered to the time we ate was about an hour, and for the correct food to come out took even longer. The food itself was pretty good, meats had great flavor and the milenesa when it came out was hot and juicy. The meats didn't need any dipping sauce because they were that well seasoned. Dessert we had the lemon "cheesecake" which was just a lemon cake with a cream cheese type frosting, not at all what you think of with a cheesecake.
