I feel I should warn people about the milkshakes. When they say large they mean it. The food I had was pretty good. The milkshakes are great. I will definitely be coming back here. read more

A bit overpriced but it is delicious - guacamole bacon cheeseburger. Shakes are good too! Super greasy feeling after but it is delicious!

Not the best burger, but definitely really good! Good fries and great shakes!! Always a nice place to chill

Terrible customer experience. The burger was pretty good, but the shake was mighty lackluster and came to me small (the one on the display screen was heaping over the top, but the one they gave me barely came to the top of the cup). When I complained, they ridiculed me. I won't be returning for fear of another terrible customer experience. read more

Burgers to die for. Nothing better exists in Utah county. Try this place once and you'll be hooked, I promise!

I still recommend this place to people for good burgers and shakes, but the burger I got last night was super poorly made. Patty was broken and missing a chunk. The BBQ sauce was just in one spot in the middle of the burger. Not impressed with the burger assembly. read more

JCW's - Inside my hickory burger: missing a chunk, and BBQ sauce only on one spot in the middle. - Burgers Near Me - Provo, Utah

This place is pretty darn delicious. I can't remember a negative thing. Great for families, for a date, or just for your good ole self.

Not a huge fan of fast food. But this place is a step above fast food, yet cheaper than sit down burger joints like Red Robin. I love their fries and the mushroom burger. I would recommend this next time you are about to pull into a Wendy's or McDonald's. read more

The wait time here is ridiculous. I'm a fan of the food which is why I come but make sure you're not in any kind of hurry. The drive thru is especially bad. read more

The burgers here are amazing. I always go for the jalapeño bacon burger. Their shakes are huge, you can always share. Their fries are also super delicious. You can't go wrong if your looking for a good burger, fries, and shake. read more

Love this place! Great tasting burgers. A little pricey, but only because they use super fresh ingredients and the burgers are big. Shakes are super good, but again, that's reflected in the price. The ice cream cones are HUGE and only a buck, so that's what I usually stick with. read more

IMHO, JCW's is one of many restaurants in Utah Valley that's trying to straddle the line between fast food and a higher quality sit-down restaurant. And if that's their aim, then they're not doing badly. Their burgers are much better than McDonald's or Burger King- and while you pay more for them, it's worth it. The only two problems I have with this place are 1) that their menu is too damned big. If you're going to be a burger place, be a burger place. Gyros, fish platters and a long list of salads have no place on your menu (burgers only account for 1/3 or so of the menu's real estate). 2) they are painfully slow. I've written this while not moving in their drive thru line. read more

17 minutes at the drive through for a single order with only one car in front of me is not acceptable for fast food.. I asked for a refund then it just got worse... Won't be going back there for a while.... read more

How does this place only have 3 And a half stars? My husband brings home food from here all the time and i can see why, their food is incredible! Even their root beer is good and i usually can't stand root beer! Seriously though don't even get me started on their fries. Holy mother of god! Everyone i know locally who eats out raves about this place. Legendary food! read more

JCW's is pretty great. The food is a little more pricey than most fast food places, but the food is a lot higher quality and you get a lot more of it than you would elsewhere. When they say that it's a "mini" shake, they really mean that it's a regular sized shake. Their fries are big enough to be a meal in and of themselves. The real risk here is overeating. Keep in mind that you don't have to/shouldn't eat all of that food at once. They server your food in foil tins, so it's pretty easy to take it home and reheat it in the oven. read more

Ok, so part of my bring up was done in American Fork, which is where the original JCW's is. The one in Provo is located conveniently to where I currently live.....and I love that. Yeah, there are similar places around (Crown Burger, Apollo Burger, etc.), but I have to say that they don't compare, to me. There is something about this place that is superior. The portions are excessive, so be prepared for that. When you're paying $7-$8 for a hamburger, it could EASILY feed two people. The greatest and best kept secret is getting a kid's meal. The portion is still pretty large, and the meal with tax is under $5. And now they have toys!!!!!! Not to mention the $1 soft serve. And be a man/wo-man. Get it in a cone, and not a cup. And duh--the shakes here are the bomb.com. ;) read more

The burgers are a little expensive, but they're worth it! Get the cheese fries. The shakes are huge. Unfortunately, they seem to consistently hire people with very low intelligence. I usually have to repeat my order at least once as the cashier looks at me with a blank stare. It's weird how they all do that. One time I asked for a "raspberry" shake 3 times. After them making me 3 blueberry shakes I gave up. read more

Food amazing. The service on the other hand was poor. The blonde girl in the drive through wasn't friendly at all and acted like I was an inconvenience read more

The Provo, UT location has always been wonderful for us. We go there to get dinner every so often, inlcuding every year for the Stadium of Fire fireworks show. It get super busy that night but despite the crowds and crazy orders, they always make sure our orders are accurate. They serve with a smile, even when super stressed. These guys fo AMAZING work, and I would be more than happy to return. read more

JCW's offers bland burgers, floppy fries, adequate onion rings, and lots of litter and noise. The prices are high, considering some burger chains can dish up better food for less. The ice cream was good. But it would be really sad if you could mess up ice cream and candy. Nevertheless, this redeeming end to the meal added a star to an otherwise regrettable dining incident. Heaven help JCW's if they ever get any real competition. read more

Best burger place in Utah county! They're buggers and big and delicious. However, it is a little pricey but it's totally worth it! I highly suggest the Hickory bacon burger! read more

The jalapeno bacon burger is my favorite burger of all time! It makes my insides happier than anything I have eaten. The ice cream is massive for the price, everything I've eaten here is great. read more

Okay the one complaint is that the wait is forever long. Especially in the drive through. I've waited in the drive through for 30 minutes once. Other than that the food is great. The chicken finger platter with cheese fries is amazingly good and greasy. read more

Worlds slowest "fast food " joint in all the land! Do not go here. Avoid the drive through at all costs.

Jcw just doesn't have good burgers. Maybe people go for the shakes or for the chicken but I had a buy one get one free coupon for 2 "gourmet burgers" and was very disappointed. They lack flavor and they are super expensive for fast food burgers. I would rather have a burger from anywhere else. I will never go back, just not good food. read more

Will never go here again I have never posted a bad review ever in fact this is my first review. Being that I own a restaurant I thought I should share. First of all I ordered 3 meals through a drive through 3 burgers 3 fries 3 shakes. Simple right ? Wrong ! They charged me 45 dollars that breaks down too 15 dollars a meal. I thought I misheard her and when I got to the window I asked her " I just want to make sure you got my order right I only ordered 3 meals right ?" She responded" yes but you got the large shakes " like that was normal to charge an extra 7-9 dollars per meal for that. This place is the worst rip off . read more

I love the food here!! Yummy! The shakes, fries and burgers are big! This is one place where you do not leave hungry. The fry sauce is delicious. I come back to JCW's every time that I am in town. read more

Food is not bad.. more like mediocre. Customer service is very distasteful, very very slow. When taking your order I feel like I am at a mortuary and the employees are just counting the clock to go home. Just a terrible experience coming here I don't feel like I was asking for much either. read more

Beware. They raised their prices but they didn't update their menu nor have any thing posted. We ordered and then got slammed with the price. What a joke read more

drive thru worker sounded faded as FUUUUUQ. he was on the phone too before taking my order.. food is guuuud tho

Not impressed with this restaurant at all. It's a Wednesday night around 9:30, not busy at all, we ordered at the drive through, when we asked if they do a milatry discount the young lady working the drive through said ya with a slight attitude and slammed the sliding door shut opened it again and read us our total, I was just slightly confused because she had only taken the discount off one of our meals. I work in the food industry and I've never heard of them only taking the dicount off part of the whole ticket. I just wondered why and she rudely said well he's the only one in military so he's the only one who gets a discount. This triggered me a little because as his wife I am considered military along with him. I was just asking a question and since she rudely responded I asked to speak to a manager. She came up and explained it to me what jcws policy was nicely and I was okay with that. Not to mention, when we drove off they had gotten my order wrong :( and the fires were burnt. Probably won't ever be visiting another JCW's again. read more

They have a huge selection of menu items you can get! Anything from burgers and sandwiches to french fries and shakes. The cheese fries and fry sauce are my favorite! read more

This was my first time eating at JCW. I ordered a pastrami cheeseburger and was disappointed. The burger was dripping with grease and as a result the bun was very soggy. I ended up only eating half before I just couldn't take another bite of the soggy bun. read more

Waited over 20 minutes at the window for 2 milkshakes at the drive-thru and when we got them they were all melted. This was waiting at the window, not waiting on other cars! Terrible service! read more

Great food, the staff is friendly. It can get busy and is a little pricier than traditional fast food, but the portion sizes are huge and the quality is really great. Try their shakes and chili cheese fries! read more

Excellent burgers and fresh lemonade! Such a great place to relax at the end of a long day.

Every time I think to go here it's only because so many people like it. But every time I give in then I'm disappointed. Their prices are way too high. Their service is never very good. Their food is good . . . compared to Wendy's or McDonalds, but if I'm going to pay these kind of prices I'm going to Red Robin or somewhere else I can get some real beef and cheese on my burger. read more

The cheese fries are my favorite and the shakes are great. Its a bit pricey but worth it.

Horrible service. We had to wait for one of the employees that were "willing" to serve us. When there was one family seated and already waiting for their food. Employees just sitting around not even deep cleaning or doing anything. We were served our food and received over cooked cheese fries, and the cook was mad at me for asking for "non burnt fries" as I went back to our table he makes a comment of " I can't melt the cheese without burning the fries!" Well if you cannot cook for shit, then why have a job here? This is one of my favorite places of burgers and food that you have made so very unfortunate of a place to come to, especially when you are just lolly gagging in the kitchen not checking around to see if everyone is pleased with their orders. I am not planning on ever coming back due to the inconvenience and rude behavior of your employee Andrew. read more

Best burger I've had in a loooong time! And the fries are yummy too. Only thing I don't like is they charge you in the drive through for fry sauce or if you order fry sauce on your burger, but you can get it for free inside... rip off! But still worth it. Delicious! read more
