Thank God JCWs fills in the cheese fry void left by the training table. Burgers are similar fries are similar in their wings are great. The wings with no sauce I tried chicken rub are delicious. If they could somehow figure out the training table cheese fries and not have them so moist and the 10 I don't think I'd ever have to go to any other burger place. When do we get one in Murray? read more

I love the veggie burger and fries here. If it weren't for how much I love it I would *never* give them my money based on the service. Every single time my husband and I go we're given a different way to order our food by the staff. If I order the garden burger and sub the cheese I'm "supposed to order the all American sub patty". If I order the the all American and sub the patty I'm told "its really easier if I order the garden Swiss and change the cheese". Either way the staff is aggressive, condescending and doesn't just take the stupid order. Today the guy spend ten minutes arguing with me. I almost walked out. Either way I order about half the time it's wrong and needs to be fixed. TERRIBLE staff, good food. Its almost not worth it. read more

I have literally never waited so mf long for 4 milkshakes to be ready. We honest to everything waited 35 MINUTES for our milkshakes to be ready. This place is overpriced as fook and takes a ridiculously long time to produce mediocre food. I will never go back to this JCWs and neither should you. read more

Man. I love JCWs food... but their customer service is the WORST I have ever dealt with. Not just this location. JCWs in general either hires the wrong people, or does not know how to train their employees. I have never left a review anywhere before, but because of how many bad experiences the employees have given, it's time for me to speak up. it was a couple months ago, I ordered a chocolate Oreo shake. The boy on the drive, said that they didn't have chocolate ice cream and that they would have to use chocolate syrup, which I said was totally fine. Then, probably 10 minutes later, I finally get "my" shake... but there were no Oreos... and the chocolate syrup wasn't even mixed all the way. It was dripping all over the place and making a mess. I told the girl it wasn't what I ordered and she said she'd go back in and get me a new one. She came back out to tell me that I had not ordered the Oreos in it and that if i wanted it I would have to pay extra... WHAT?!? what kind of service is that? After waiting so long and getting a piece of crap shake? I told her that was ridiculous and just ended up throwing the expensive shake out when I got home. Ridiculous. I've worked fast food before. And if a customer has a problem, "the customer is always right". You want them to have a good experience so they come back right?!? Teach that to your employees! I can't tell you how many things have happened that I've been so surprised about with your employees. So rude and careless. I once asked a guy for the wifi password and said he didn't know it and walked off.... so I had to get up and ask someone else. like come on... If I could rate 0 stars I would. Step it up. Your food is great but customer service is the WORST. read more

Okay so I'm chillin with my friends we go to this JCW's, We get a small fry and two mall Oreo shakes I get my shake. It's lookin good. I'm feeling good. I take a spoonful and shove it in my mouth... IT TASTES LIKE GARBAGE!!! POOP TO THE MOUTH!!! IT DIDNT EVEN HAVE OREOS IN IT BESIDES THE ONE ON TOP!!!! THIS RUINED MY NIGHT COMPLETELY!! IF I WANTED A NASTY LIQUIDATED CUP OF RUBBERY TRASH I WIULD HAVE GONE TO MCDONALDS!!! Other than this experience they have done good to me. I leave it to you to decide your fate. Goodbye. And goodnight So now I get here and it takes over 45!!! Let me say this again 45!! Candy crush games until my food came!! Aaaand my friends burger was charred!! I have to say the more I go here the more problems come up. read more

It's always really surprising to me how many very average hamburger places are rated highly. I don't do shakes, so maybe that's what gets this place high rankings, because in my experience it's not the food. This is your run-of-the-mill extended hamburger menu place. It's not bad, it's just nothing special. Fries are especially meh. For the price you can go to a really good hamburger place with waiter service where you can actually get your burger cooked-to-order. read more

The cashier was playing with her phone while we were ordering and didn't speak very good English. They got our order wrong twice, and it took them over 20 minutes to get a new sandwich out and it was not even busy inside or in the drive through. Very good shakes though. Also the food is way over priced for a mediocre burger. I'd much rather go to Burger Supreme or Habbit Burger for similar food, at a better price and how neatly it tastes sooo much better. read more

Had the worst experience at this location. My food was brought to pour table and I reminded the very inexperienced waiter that we did not get our 2 piece chicken tender kids meal & his response was "yeah, it comes out at different times." I've never had that happen while visiting a JCW's but said ok. Well 10 minutes has passed and he still did not bring out the rest of the food. We had finished dinner without getting my sons meal. I went to the counter to ask for a refund. After speaking to 3 different people I finally received a refund. There was never an apology for never receiving our food, if there had been I probably would have just continued to wait but they did not care that they forgot our food. & the wings we ordered were horrible , so overcooked!! I don't know if I will visit any location ever again because this experience was so bad. read more

I got one meal to go, it took 30 minutes to get to me. There were only 2 people in front of me and they seemed to be fully staffed so I don't know what took them so long. Also when I got my shake it was the wrong flavor. Total waste of time and money. read more

I've always loved JCW because of the quality of food and service. However, that was not the case when I went in today. The cashier had no interest of being there, let alone actually helping people. The food was good, as usual. But the service definitely needs some work. Update: two weeks later. I appreciated the response from the owner on my previous review so much that I decided to go back. This time for one small shake. It took 20 minutes. 20 minutes. If the point of making me wait that long was to deter me from coming back to that location, you won. It's unfathomable to me that people were getting food, eating and leaving before I got my small shake. read more

The burgers are amazing. The sheer size of them is enough to leave you with your belt unbuckled after the experience. They have a variety of burgers to choose from. This isn't a place to come to if you're pinching your pennies. The food is a little over priced, but it is easy to understand why after taking your first bite. The wait after getting your food is a little longer than expected, but that's just fine because you know they didn't just have your party sitting under a heat lamp. The staff is a hit it miss. Somedays they are very good. Others, thy act like preteen gossip girls, easily overheard by the customers. Overall I have given 5 stars because the food is just down right delicious. I would normally take a star off for the customer service, but despite acting preteeny they still deliver good service. read more

I take my bacon burgers very seriously, and I don't think I've ever eaten a more perfect bacon burger than the one served at JCW's. If you truly want to live through a big, juicy, bacon burger with fresh condiments, you must eat one here. I'd go every week if it wouldn't kill me and my wallet. read more

So disappointed. I love the food from JCW but there online ordering/curbside pickup is terrible. I placed my order at 7:12 pm and received confirmation that I could have curbside pickup at 7:25pm. I arrived @7:28 and called to alert them that I was ready for them to bring it out. They asked for a description of my vehicle and said they would be right out. 10 minutes later I called again and was told it was the next order on the docket! I finally went into the store. It was sitting on the counter. Cold. They had to remake the order. They did refund my meal however I never got my drinks that were part of the order. Why bother having online ordering if you don't have a good plan in place to deliver the food fresh and in a timely manner? read more

Food is really really good. I've been through the drive though 3 times and 2 of those times I had to wait FOREVER to get my food. Was it worth it? Yes, the food was awesome but seriously it took forever to get my food. read more

Great shakes, good burgers, looks like Burger Supreme/Crown Burger has a solid competitor for the best burger in Utah. Love all of it, including the fry sauce on tap. Ask for fresh avocado on your burger, and thank me later. read more

Good burgers and shakes, but service is soooo slow. It took 30 minutes to get our burgers and another 10 minutes to get our fries after we had already finished our burgers. Disappointing. read more

"Meh" is right. We stopped by JCW because of the big banner advertising the best burgers in Utah County. The burger was huge. It had juicy beef with fresh, crisp tomatoes and lettuce. So why am I giving it only 2 stars? Because they LOAD their burgers with mustard. First of all, putting mustard on a burger is arguably a sin in and of itself, but piling it on the burger is just disgusting. Was there mayo on this thing? Ketchup? I have no idea because there was so much mustard. It overpowered the entire burger so that I didn't care about the rest of the fabulous ingredients. One bad apple, people. If you don't like mustard, don't eat these burgers. I may revise my review if I return and try something different. I hear they have pretty good shakes... read more

Good food and great customer service. My family and I will be back often. My burger was under cooked and I showed it to one of the employees and they took it back and they made me a perfect one and brought it back out to me in just a few minutes.. read more

We were not happy with the service we received. They messed up our order, charged us for something we did not order even when we felt our bill was a little high and we asked for them to review the order and they were rude when we requested a refund when we realized they had added something extra to our order that we didn't ask for, it took forever to get our food... I ordered a caramel shake which turned out to be a vanilla shake with just a little caramel on the bottom. They also closed at 11:00 instead of 12:00. We were highly disappointed with our experience tonight. read more

Good food but the service is SO DAMN SLOW. They really need to pick up the pace, it's ridiculous.

I usually don't leave reviews but I had to this time because it was so disgusting. I found a FINGERNAIL in my shake! The service was quick which I appreciated, but I don't think I'll ever trust this location again. read more

This was my first time here at JCW. It was highly recommended by my coworkers & I was really excited to try it, as I hadn't really eaten all day & was starving and craving for a good burger. I ordered the All American Cheeseburger Combo, with no onions, pickles or tomatoes. (I just don't like the taste of all those vegetables on a burger, lol) We didn't wait that long, but when we got our order - my burger came with all those things. Granted, I could take all of it out & just do without, but that's not the point. Also, it was dry, cold & not very good at all. I let the person who double checked the orders know & apparently, the cook messed up on a lot of peoples burgers, maybe next time they should check the tickets huh? My advice: go to McDonald's. read more

The burgers were way overcooked. The fries were gross, the shake wasn't spectacular. About half the quality and twice the price of in and out. Wouldn't recommend. read more

Best bacon burger I have ever had! And if you're gluten free, the gluten free bun is amazing!

I'm giving them one star because the employees were unable to correctly fulfill my order. I asked for a mini grasshopper MALT. I asked for a MALT twice. By the time I made it to the window it was clear the employees were having a hard time. One asked if I had told the employee who took my order that I wanted a malt? Yes,twice. Well they handed me my order and guess what wasn't a malt? That's right my mini grasshopper. I understand it takes a little longer at the drive up because things are made fresh, but is it really that hard to make a malt when a customer clearly tells you they want a MALT!? I'M NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN! read more

The selection is great! I really liked their crispy onion rings. Customer service was very poor. When we told the young man at the cash register it was our first time he just ignored us. There was no greeting and we waited in line to order for about 10-15 with only 3 people in front of us. read more

The bacon jalapeno burger was amazing. It was thick bacon and for once in my life the jalapenos has a little kick. i had the grasshopper shake and I ordered the small. It was enough for about three days. HUGE! read more

Good food. Terrible drive thru. Turned into a 3 lane deep parking lot that i sat in for 25 minutes for a salad.

Amazing food with good portions and great employees. However, the kitchen is in the front and all the employees talking in spanish is so loud, I couldn't even have a conversation with the people I was with. I couldn't hear the music either. I'm all about having fun at work but the volume was just too loud. read more

Okay I honestly love JCW's. Really good classic burgers, and one of the best shakes I've ever had. Surprisingly they have really really good salads as well, I always get the chicken and bacon salad with ranch and it's amazing. This location is always clean and the service is always great, there's also plenty of parking. The only problem is that it takes forever, and yeah they're making everything to order, but so is in n out and they're much more faster. As I'm writing this review I've been in the drive-thru line for at least 15 minutes....and there's one car ahead of me....and I only ordered a salad...so yeah they need to be faster. But all around I love JCW's, the food is great if you're craving a classic American meal. read more

Food is good enough, but the drive through is quite possibly the slowest in history. We are talking 20 min + sometimes. If you want a 7$ burger, just park and walk inside. read more

The Malibu Chicken sandwich was amazing! The onion rings are great too. A little pricy but really good food.

My wife and I tried out the Oreo sundae and Reese's shake. They were pretty good and weren't too expensive. The atmosphere is fun and full of families. read more

I was getting tired of in and out's small patties and bland tasting burgers. This burger is substantial, filling, and tastier than chain restaurant burgers. Service is fast and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely come back. Avocado bacon Swiss burger is the way to go. Shakes are amazing too. read more

Kind of expensive for me as a college student but still pretty good food. I like the grilled cheese on sourdough, the burgers, the chicken strips , and the shakes. Essentially it's all good. Just a tad pricey. read more

I am a big fan of this place. The burger, fries and soda combo is heavenly delicious. Wish they open up in SLC.

I have to say when I first walked in the door I thought I would feel uncomfortable that they would stare at me. After having a staring contest with Tess I decided that she was friendly. I quizzed her emphatically about the peach cobbler milkshake I felt comfortable that she understood the ramifications of not explaining what a good milkshake would be. After discussing the quality and quantity of the food that we would be ordering we noticed 14 people standing behind us Tess grew weary that our order was taking so long. We ended up ordering ribeye steak with the Friday we did not get the Friday and the ribeye was very thin but what do you expect from a hamburger shop. The jalapeno hickory bacon cheeseburger was truly amazing! Our little haole boy eating the Hawaiian burger said it was great! The root beer freeze was a lot of rootbeer with a little bit of ice cream eh.... Not so much My sons concoction of Dr Pepper and barks root beer was actually truly amazing! read more

Came here with my son who attends the nearby University. I ordered the Fish n Chips. The breading was crunchy and tasted OK. Not sure what the fish was, but it wasn't anything remarkable. It reminded me of the fish sticks my mom used to feed us on those old aluminum tv dinner trays. My meal came with the 50/50 fries/onion rings. I didn't eat any of the onion rings. I took them home in a paper bag and several hours later they were still crunchy and delicious! I probably wouldn't order the Fish n Chips again, but that wouldn't stop me from coming back again. This it still one of my favorite eateries. read more

This location always forgets something in the drive through. Tonight they forgot my dressing for my salad and my wings. Happens all the time

The sloth from zootopia might as well work here. Every single one of the workers Iv encountered here is slow and incompetent. I'm not even going to leave a review for the food because the quality of the food doesn't even matter when it takes 30 min to get to you. By then you're already pissed the hell off. read more
